The entire staff was so helpful in showing our Mom around and working with us on setting the move in date, etc. Just a great experience from the very start!

The overall price is simply amazing. Without this facility, I would not have any place for my father to go. He's on a limited income and this fits within his budget with a few dollars left each month for him to go to the store and buy his special candies. I recommend you telling the person that you to go to the Emerson on the hill if they live in Dallas, this place is amazing.

Everyone is super helpful and made our process super easy. Obviously it's not the most luxurious place but it has everything we need and they provide all the services we need as well.

It was the best value we could find at the time. Mom loved it there. I was disappointed in the meal schedule change. If you have to drop one, drop breakfast. That is easy enough for them to provide and store. Dinner, come way too early.

I have recommended this facility to several people in the last few weeks. I have bragged about how much the staff cares about the The residents and how helpful it has been to have my mom at this facility.

I really like it from a child standpoint. My mom is well taken care of. It's a clean facility. It is at a price point in which it is not breaking the bank for my mom. It's in a great location. However my mother is old and Crouch and she has a little bit of a differing opinion. I do like the fact that they have a lot of activities to choose from. And when I see other residents there, they all seem very happy. When I've had questions, the staff has been attentive and responsive and quick to reply.

They were very helpful, the procedure was simple not complicated at all, the place is well maintained and clean, people very friendly, all well.

The reason I gave the cleanliness a 1 is because of the roaches in the apartment. However, I love [name removed] and what I like the most about Emerson on Harvest Hill is the friendliness of the staff. Based on my experience so far, I would recommend this community to others.

Called a * place for mom* after spending so much time calling different apartments and facilities trying to find my Dad an apartment quickly to remove him from a difficult living situation. Frustrated I reached out to * a place for mom* , I was unprepared for the kind words and empathy I received. They scheduled Dad a tour asap. He met with the manager and loved Emerson at Rosemeade Park. I also spoke with the manager and she was the absolute nicest person. These folks are angels on earth!

5, the best! Emerson is just the place we needed. Overall it's perfect for my father. The staff is friendly and patient with him. The food is really good. I'm not very happy with not having a hot breakfast everyday. I do understand most people do not eat breakfast there. But they still should have eggs to order. The over cost to live there is perfect for his low income. I am so happy we found this location for him.

What I like the most about Emerson on Harvest Hill is the friendliness of the staff and the value for cost. I would recommend this community to other families based on the experience I have had so far.

[name removed] was very helpful in assisting me in finding an apartment for my sister in law. The move was simplified by movers that work with Emerson. Problems after the move in were addressed and remedied. I have not heard any complaints from my sister in law.

You can feel the joy and good vibes as soon as you enter the building. The day my mother moved in someone was there to greet us. She was assigned an a helper to get her things unpacked and put away. My mother is truly enjoying the activities at the facility.

I actually really like Emerson. Compared to Walnut Place (where I previously lived), this place is off the charts. I would score Emerson as a solid 5. There is always something to do. We have Mix n Mingle, Irish Coffee and Happy Hour once a week. My apartment is cleaned weekly. Everyone is super friendly and very helpful. The food is good. Sometimes I do not like what they are cooking but there are always alternatives to order. I have made a few really good friends which is a plus.

I love living at The Emerson. The staff is so friendly and helpful. You have a sense of family and help is always available quickly and graciously. I love the food which offers a generous selection. I am physically impaired, so not able to share in the large variety of games and activities. I have free housekeeping every Tuesday and I love my staff housekeeper [name removed] . She goes beyond to assist my concerns and special "likes". The price to live at Emerson is very reasonable considering all the bonus extras you receive to enjoy living here. While working, I was in Telecommunications Sales. I traveled extensively and here at Emerson, I feel like I am living in one of the luxurious hotels I visited. Emerson offers transportation to local movies, plays, restaurants, etc for the Residents pleasure and fun. I feel very fortunate to live here at Emerson because I am still "independent " but most Importantly I am safe.

For this property all the categories that are listed would be a five. We have had a great experience. Everything contributed to us having a great experience. It's amazing what you get for the price. I think their price beats most in the area and we would recommend this community to other families based on the experience we have had so far.

Perfect place for my mother in law. She has a community of people her own age and activities that she enjoys but she still has her independence. It also gives us peace of mind because the staff does regular wellness checks on her.
