Emerson Senior Living

We chose Emerson at Rosemeade Park because my mom actually used to do private healthcare here so she was familiar and comfortable with the facility. The apartment sizes are on little on the smaller side. I do think they may want to consider hiring a new receptionist, the girl there now is very rude to family members as well as the residents.

We love the Emerson it is such a great community, everyone is very friendly and it has been a great experience so far.

We did not even have to look anywhere else, we toured Emerson and it met all of our needs and was a slam dunk. They were having a move in special at the time we looked as well so the value for the money is great. The food is the one thing he complains about, I think they could offer a better variety on the menu and sometimes they run out of foods. They do have Synergy Health Services here that provide extra care if your loved one needs that. They also offer rehab as well. We are happy with the experience so far and would definitely recommend them.

[name removed] is a great executive director at Emerson on Harvest Hill Drive. He came in and had someone refurbish my bathtub. He gets on top of things and gets things done. I am so very grateful for him . He is so nice. Thank you, Eddie, Claudia Bessner

I would highly recommend the community to others for their loved one. I'm very pleased with their friendliness, cleanliness, and the caring nature of the staff. My loved one describes the food as excellent.

We have heard from our loved one that the meals and dining service are great, and the value for cost is great as well. This community has turned out to be a very good decision for our loved one.

We chose Emerson on Harvest Hill because of what they offered for money, what they were willing to do, also the location was good for us. When we went to tour, it was very clean, set up nicely, and all of the staff were very friendly and helpful from what I could tell. I could not have asked for anything better and they seemed to be the best place. I would definitely recommend them to others who are looking.

I have lived here for about a year. The longer I live here the more I love it. The people here are just like family. I plan to live here as long as I can! If you are looking for a new home, this is the place for you.

As a healthcare professional, I visited several senior living communities. Emerson is one of the well-maintained and run facilities. The staff are always friendly. The new renovation looks luxurious. I would strongly recommend Emerson to friends and family.

I cannot sing the praises of Emerson at Rosemeade Park loud enough! My mother-in-law has lived here for almost 10 years now. The facility has recently been remodeled and renovated to enhance the beauty of the building inside and out. The staff at ERP is absolutely wonderful !!! [name removed], the director, has done a phenomenal job of keeping the residents and staff safe during these unprecedented times of COVID-19. [name removed] and all of the staff at ERP have gone way above and beyond to do everything they can to protect everyone. As of this review, not a single resident has been infected with COVID-19 thanks to all of their diligent work practices. The kitchen staff has done an outstanding job preparing and serving quite a variety of delicious meals even when some supplies became scarce to come by. The entire staff of ERP are what make ERP the best senior living community in Carrollton! ERP offers a wide variety of amenities too. We did an extensive search of multiple facilities before selecting ERP for my mother-in-law to reside. ERP gives us piece of mind that she is in a safe, happy, and well ran facility by people that truly care about their residents. ERP has truly been a blessing!

We recently had to move my mom to us in DFW area, from Houston. It was never meant to be permanent so we started to look after she got settled up here after 6 months. We reached out to several places and narrowed our search to two places that she/we could afford. After speaking to each director and understanding their visions, we chose Emerson. [Name removed] was professional and caring and the staff has helped my mom along the way, even though it is independent living. I recommend Rosemeade. During this unprecedented time, they have had ZERO cases of residents with the virus, and to me, that is what is important--keeping residents safe.

In the last 9 months, we had to move my mother in with us outside of the DFW area, from Houston. It was only meant it be temporary so when it came time to look, we found about four places that we could afford. After a month of due diligence, we settled on two and began conversations with Directors, read reviews, etc. Emerson at Rosemeade turned out to be head and shoulders above their competition. The rooms are perfect sized for a single person and the staff goes out of their way to keep families informed about what is going on. During this time, they have had ZERO cases of residents getting the virus, and that speaks volumes.

We have been very happy at Emerson. My brother is there. They have done a great job with Covid-19. We searched for three years to find a good fit. The food is excellent and healthy. They do a great job with activities and entertainment. They have bands, singers and all types of music. They are bringing happy hour to their doors. They do a great job keeping everyone engaged. The staff is wonderful. They are renovating and have done a great job even during the renovation. Housekeeping does a great job they come in every week,

Treemont has been an excellent experience. Will, [Removed], and the rest of the staff are courteous, engaged, friendly, caring, and they have gone out of their way to make sure my loved one is comfortable. The community itself is clean, and nicely decorated. They also have many activities to keep the residents engaged and social. I would absolutely recommend Treemont to others.

Treemont is an exemplary community. The Executive Director there, [Removed] is a real inspiration and keeps everything spinning like a top. The facility is well maintained, safe and the people are nice and the service is solid. It's a nice place to live and there's a lot of regular activities if you want to be active and stay connected to people and community. We have no worries having loved ones there. [Removed]

I can not say enough about how good this community is. Mom enjoys the food and the large amount of activities they offer. The manager is awesome and acknowledges every resident by name. This community is the highest quality and has the best people for the price. I have not had any problems with this community and I would recommend it.
