My son and I were leaving Walmart-Webb Cable and Harvest Hill and we saw the Emerson at Harvest Hill bus with the driver/[name removed] waiting for some of the residents to finish shopping. My son approached [name removed] regarding Emerson on Harvest Hill, they talked a good 5-10 minutes. Next thing I know my son called me to say we're going on a tour, I signed on the dotted line to become an Emerson on Harvest Hill resident. Have not regretted my decision!

I have had nothing but a wonderful experience here since day one. I needed to find a place quickly while my dad was in a rehab facility. Every employee here is professional, kind, genuine, etc.. They are always available to answer my questions or check on my dad when needed. I would highly recommend this place to anyone!

Moved in [date removed] with husband, when it was known as Corinthian. Having lived in Far North Dallas since 1993, the neighborhood was familiar. Friends and shopping didn’t have to change. After investigating assisted living and independent living across Dallas metro area. The location and price worked to choose NW Carrollton. My husband has since died here. The property was very supportive during his illness. I or insurance helped with health care expenses. I chose to remain at Emerson, I am very comfortable, after [dates removed]

Our experience with Emerson at Rosemeade Park has been an incredible blessing. Every resident comes with his or her own set of needs, and five years ago when mom arrived at Emerson she had just experienced a major life trauma and needed time and space to heal and rebuild. In our case—or, rather, in Mom's case she needed a place that would allow her the freedom to charter new relationships, experience new things and continue to grow in her later years. Emerson has provided that platform for my mom within a network of support, safety and caring. Nearly every weekend mom is picked up and spends the weekend with us. Every car ride is filled with "the latest at the Emerson". It is — by far — the best part of her visits and even the kids can't wait to ask Nana for the latest report. Her stories have been consistent. She adores the staff and feels cared for and heard. PT on staff has been a massive breakthrough for mom and the food is good and getting better!

I wish the cleaning team could be more thorough. I spoke to the person that was cleaning my mom's room and said they are not allowed to dust. However the person that is currently cleaning does dust a little because we asked if she could do so. My mom has severe dust allergies and is important for her room to be dusted for respiratory reasons that leads to pneumonia.

I have had a wonderful experience living at Emerson and would highly recommend it to everyone. I feel safe, respected, and honored to be a part of a wonderful group of people.

Tenants and staff are very friendly and food is great! Great value. My Dad and his pup are very happy there and adjusted well. Very clean and cute rooms. Nicely maintained grounds. All inclusive.

Emerson on Harvest Hill is just great! Everything is fine and the food is really good. Everyone is really nice. It has been a great experience, and I have plenty of experience with senior living. It's also very cost effective.

The staff are very friendly and caring. It is a great place and we are so glad that dad is here. I would give them 10 stars if I could. I would definitely recommend Emerson on Harvest Hill to other families looking.

The staff was one of the biggest things that stood out to us, they are super friendly, the residents are friendly and warm. The community has a great atmosphere to it and it is very affordably for what you are getting. We would recommend the Emerson on Harvest Hill community to others.

My loved one has been very happy there. It's been a very easy transition. He says the food is good, and he's pleased with is room.

We chose Emerson at Rosemeade Park because my mom actually used to do private healthcare here so she was familiar and comfortable with the facility. The apartment sizes are on little on the smaller side. I do think they may want to consider hiring a new receptionist, the girl there now is very rude to family members as well as the residents.

We love the Emerson it is such a great community, everyone is very friendly and it has been a great experience so far.

We did not even have to look anywhere else, we toured Emerson and it met all of our needs and was a slam dunk. They were having a move in special at the time we looked as well so the value for the money is great. The food is the one thing he complains about, I think they could offer a better variety on the menu and sometimes they run out of foods. They do have Synergy Health Services here that provide extra care if your loved one needs that. They also offer rehab as well. We are happy with the experience so far and would definitely recommend them.

[name removed] is a great executive director at Emerson on Harvest Hill Drive. He came in and had someone refurbish my bathtub. He gets on top of things and gets things done. I am so very grateful for him . He is so nice. Thank you, Eddie, Claudia Bessner

I would highly recommend the community to others for their loved one. I'm very pleased with their friendliness, cleanliness, and the caring nature of the staff. My loved one describes the food as excellent.

We have heard from our loved one that the meals and dining service are great, and the value for cost is great as well. This community has turned out to be a very good decision for our loved one.
