Sagora Senior Living

This place is newly renovated and is beautiful! From the foyer to the TV room, dining room (daily menu was amazing!!), the resident rooms, the Work out room, library, activities areas, hair salon/nail salon, game and happy hour room. We were very impressed with the outdoor areas which one included an outdoor grill! All the staff we encountered were very friendly and caring. The residents all seemed to be very happy. Our tour guide was fabulous! She was very thorough, answered all our questions and was very sweet, patient, informative, personable, and caring. They also informed us they will be getting new elevators int he next few months and new AC units were also being installed. We will be bringing my mother-in -law here int eh next few days. She also toured with us and was very impressed and liked it a lot.

The staff are excellent and friendly. The food is good and the facility is very clean. My sister is happy there. Only a few things have happened there that were related to wandering residence. Overall, I would recommend them to others.

I would give everything so far a 5. I have only been here a week. I haven't done any activities yet, because I am still busy unpacking and moving in. I think the value so far has been great! I liked the independent living idea. There is safety and luxury, but I don't feel like a burden on my kids anymore. Yes, I would recommend this community,

So far, all is well. Mom loves the meals... she's a tough one to please when it comes to food. I definitely would refer others!

The staff and caregivers are awesome. They are always willing to answer any questions and they are very attentive to my mother, and other tenants that I can see. The food seems to be cold and my mother and other residents are always saying it's cold. The private room my mother has is the perfect size but the room is hot most of the time. They are currently working on the air conditioning. In my opinion, there is not enough activities. My mother sits in her room by herself and calls me crying and historical. When I call and talk to the nurse or care person, they go check on her and seems to calm her down. I just think she should not be sitting in her room very long at one time. There is room for changes and improvement but over all I am satisfied for now.

There have been a couple of fumbles that they corrected pretty quickly. We are switching over to their medical providers to make it easier. Some personnel changes have resulted in food being hit or miss. Overall, we are all very pleased with the move.

I love Viera! It is beautiful and has all the features I wanted. [name removed] was great! She made me feel wanted. The residents I meet all seemed happy. I will be moving in later this month.

He had a studio apartment that had plenty of room for him to maneuver in his motorized wheelchair. Everyone was friendly and nice. He liked to sit outside and watch the planes takeoff and land at Spinx airport. We had paid in advance for 6 months, but he only stayed for 3 weeks before passing unexpectedly. We would recommend Heritage Place to other families based on the experience.

The atmosphere felt genuinely inviting from day one. Every question we had was answered with patience. Staff went above and beyond to help her settle in. The daily care is top-tier. The caregivers truly understand the nuances of memory care. The activities keep her active, stimulated, and happy. The staff treats her as if she were one of their own. Knowing she is safe and loved gives our family invaluable comfort.

The decision to relocate to Heritage Place was made after looking at several other properties, both locally and out state. Some had a high turnover rate of both staff and residents which to us was not a positive sign. The facility is about 45 years old but you wouldn't know It. After moving here we saw why, they are always attentive to your needs but are not suffocating at the same time. The residents are very happy and positive but at the same time were not bashful about pointing out what they considered to be a problem. My wife passed away in January and it was like having a large family around to help. In the time I have been here over 96 percent of the occupied

I stopped by to visit a family friend here and was so surprised by the feel of the place and the genuine people here. Wow is all I can say. When it is time for my family to consider a place like this, you can bet Ellery Arbor will be our choice.

My tour of The Brennity at Daphne was a enjoyable experience. The Memory Care section of the facility was clean, well lit, and looked amazing. The hallways of the Memory Care section reminded me of a posh hotel. The dining rooms were well organized and neat. The residents that I saw seemed very happy. Megan conducted the tour and she was very pleasant and knowledgeable. The rooms for the residents were nice though a little smaller than I thought they would be (290 Sq. Ft), nevertheless I was, overall,very, very impressed with The Brennity at Daphne.

The staff are awesome, very friendly and helpful when we have questions. Once she got in the facility The administrative staff has not spoke to us or had any involvement with us or [name removed]. I would have thought they would check with us to see how things are going but there has been none of that. They always have activities for the residents and I see a lot of them participating when I am there which is multiple times a week. [name removed] says the food is good and she has enjoyed what they serve. They assigned a tenured resident that helped [name removed] get acquainted with other residents and touched base with her on a daily basis which was very helpful to [name removed] and us.... took her to meals with her and showed her around. We liked that very much and [name removed] did as well..

Wonderful experience. Great tour guide. Going back with my husband. They have everything. Looking forward to moving in!

My mom loved this place. It is at the very, very tip of her budget. The staff was so friendly and the place was super clean and didn’t smell like a nursing home. It has a very homey feel. The lady that gave us the tour talked to my mom directly and made her feel so at ease about the possibility of this transition. She made it about her instead of taking to us and leaving her out.

The facility was inviting and spacious. The sales manager was very knowledgeable and friendly. Residents seemed happy and friendly.

My direct response is this... They blew us away!! If that isn't clear, then allow me to elaborate. Using your scale of 1-5 (5 being the best) I rank them at a 6, and I'm not trying to overate them for anything in particular because I found [name removed] and her staff were exceptional in all areas! (They went over and above the 5). My wife and I went to 5 other facilities (actually 6, including the one she was in), 3 were good, 1 was ok, 1 was not ok and the final 1 was the facility we had to get her out of. Exceptional attention to your requests and needs right from the start. Facility has all we were looking and hoping for. Made for a relatively easy decision at decision time because they were just "ON IT"!

We have been very pleased with the Hertiage Tomball. My parents and I love the staff. They have activities that my parents enjoy. It's always been clean when I go which is every other day to sometimes daily. The apt my parents is a nice size. My parents say the food has days it's good and days it's not.

The entire staff was extremely helpful and [name removed] worked with us the ensure our Mothers transition was smooth.
