The tour was very informative, the facility is well equipped, the staff are very helpful and polite. overall tour was excellent.

The staff have been kind and helpful - the rooms and facilities are very nice. The food is good but sometimes Mom doesn’t like the spices used but that’s a minor complaint. Overall she is enjoying her stay.

We were very happy with both the staff and surroundings at the Bristol Park facility. Definitely 5+. The only drawback we found was the lack of on-site professional medical care. Mom has Type 2 diabetes, and there was no one on-site to perform basic blood sugar testing. This was not something that we thought about confirming beforehand, and no one mentioned that, even though Mom's health issues were examined prior to the move.

[name removed]was very thorough in explaining options I had instead of an ablation. He answered all my questions and gave me a brochure about a heart monitoring device that I am going to try. He also introduced me to the intern who accompanied him before we began my visit. He did seem very busy and somewhat rushed, but I still felt that he gave me the time I needed. I was very pleased to have him see me.

Seem to be having a problem getting credited with my rent payments. Hopefully get it figured out it soon. Still trying to get explanations and check past payment entry with bank. Severe weather has numerous systems closed presently.

Everyone was so pleasant. I immediately noticed how many residents were out and about and engaged. The place was clean.

The staff and caregivers are outstanding. I wish we would have been able to start my mom's Assisted Living Community Journey at the Harrison. The only reason we decided to leave my mom where she is was due to the fact that we are afraid she will be more disoriented with the move, she's 93 and currently in Memory Care.

My husband is coming home the end of this month. That does not reflect my opinion and observation of Spring Lakes. The facility is beautiful, also Memory Care. The staff is friendly, very helpful and accommodating. Overall I like this facility, compare to some others I checked out.

Both my husband and son thought it would be a great place for my mom! I haven’t met the staff but looking forward to meeting everyone. I have spoken with [name removed] by phone and she’s great! I haven’t actually seen the facility yet so I cannot answer the questions below.

The tour was exceptional, especially with the marketing director. All staff members were cheerful, social, and welcoming. They knew the names of both residents and their family members, which created a warm and personal atmosphere. The facility itself is impeccably clean and well-maintained, with a comfortable and inviting ambiance. We were encouraged to bring mom and family members to happy hour and experience their dining service. Dining options seemed diverse and appetizing, with a focus on fresh, high-quality ingredients. The facility layout is easy for the residents. The residents apartments were spacious, just enough room for mom and her personal belongings. Overall, Landon Ridge Alamo Ranch left a lasting positive impression, making it a top contender for senior care options.

My tour started with a brief meeting with the, Executive Director of Asher Point. He made me feel comfortable and asked a few questions about why and for what I was looking. Then the Sales and Marketing Director joined us and the actual tour commenced. She was super. She showed me both various studio apartment layouts and one bedroom layouts. Asher Point had just been remodeled and looked good. Also laundry facilities and activity rooms. Then we went back to her office where we conversed about what I saw and she asked me if I had any questions either about what I saw or what we discussed. Finally, she gave me a folder containing a January daily activity schedule, and some sheets focusing on some of the highlights offered by Asher Point. Chef-prepared meals served in the dining room, housekeeping and laundry services, 24 hour support, health and wellness activities, fun in the activity room and scheduled events were listed and appreciated. She did a thorough explanation of Asher Point.

I would give all of the questions above a five. They are an excellent facility. What we like the most about the community is the food and the camaraderie among the residents who live there. Yes, we would recommend Asher Point Independent Living of Tyler to other families.

I can't say enough about the entire staff they are wonderful! The food has been really good and the servers are like family. Meeting new people starting a new life! All the staff are very attentive to residence needs. Made the right choice moving here.

It's a very clean place, with friendly staff. A very good place, my mother loves it. I would recommend them to others who are searching for a place for their loved one.

Enjoyed the tour given by [name removed]. The grounds were well kept, the interior common areas were warm & welcoming. Events were being attended. The pool, spa, & Patio bar b cue area were inviting. And I was most pleased by the lovely exteriors of the independent cottages/duplexes, as they actually looked like a place one could be happy to drive up to and call home. The interior a most pleasant surprise as it too was warm and inviting. A nice size kitchen and lovely living area opening to a covered balcony within a fenced yard. All pluses in my book.

The appearance of the facility was very inviting. The rooms were very clean and set up nicely. I liked that there were many activities to participate in and able to meet people. I liked that you could bring your own furniture and belongings to make it feel like your own place.

My Father and I have visited several other facilities and Asher Point is the best. The location is quaint and the residence seem to love their home. Everyone we encountered have a great recommendation. Can’t wait to make Asher Point my dads home
