Score of 5 in all categories. We were in a short timeline to move in, they accommodated our timeline. Staff are friendly and address Mom by name. Staff are very friendly and assisted her with all her questions quickly. Housekeeping and nurses staff have been extremely friendly. They have lots of activities that she can choose to participate in. She likes that they have a Catholic mass. The ice cream parlor is very nice for when her family visits. Beauty shop in site is very handy.

5 in all areas. They are amazing! Caring, professional and the food is excellent, as we've had lunch there and can attest to that! Yes highly recommend Dogwood trails!

Staff is great and they are very kind and helpful. Room cleaning could be a little bit more detailed. Good food and ok activities. Lots of good times together.

I have been happy with the facility in general The staff is courteous and attentive, they check in on my mom and provide feedback often. I can't say much about the activities. My mom is having a hard time right now and mostly stays in her room... The food looks great, and she has said as much

Very welcoming the minute [name removed] picked us up in the van. [name removed] was very helpful showing us around and walking us through the process. They took their time and didn't rush us through. Though we understand that my husband is too young to be admitted to this care home, that this could be a possibility down the road.

Our loved one has not moved in just yet but the administrative staff has been great. Every time we have been there, the place has been very clean. The staff are friendly, helpful and responsive.

Very nice, upscale community! All the people we met were nice and friendly. Even met a current resident, who was kind enough to sit in and share his experiences with us.

It's a wonderful facility. So vibrant. Residents all looked happy and content. My husband and I both said we would like to move in! It's for more active seniors who are looking for a vibrant community of interesting people.

I was impressed with the staff, everyone I met was super nice, friendly and professional. The facility was very clean and well maintained. I just haven’t made a firm decision on when to move my loved one.

I was very impressed with the facility and the people I met there. Unfortunately, my ex-husband needed a few services that Landon did not provide within the rental fee quoted.

Overall is 5 stars ,every question or issue we had was immediately looked into and taken care of. The staff have been wonderful, allowing my mother-in-law to be the introvert she is, but still making sure she gets interaction without being pushy. The food is good, but mom does like to cook for herself to. It's nice that she's able to make and eat in her room if she wants. She likes the daily trash pick up and the weekly housekeeping. Her apartment is just the right size that she can move around without needing her walker and all her things have their place. We did need to provide her furniture, which made it more her home.

He is the director of Asher point. Also received a discount for my mom because she is a retired teacher that really helped out. Asher point is gorgeous. I would highly recommend it.

My friend lives at Asher Point and has had a wonderful experience there. [name removed] was very helpful and welcoming when my friend moved into the community. The staff are awesome, and the residents are friendly and enjoy activities like card games, chapel visits, and spending time together. Asher Point is a great independent living community that focuses on friendship, quality living, and offering a variety of activities and amenities. My friend enjoys the different card games, puzzles, walking groups, trade days for special fundraising events, and guest speakers. Transportation is also available for doctor appointments and shopping, which makes living there even more convenient. It's a warm, welcoming community where my friend has been very happy.

They are very knowledgeable and listened to what our needs were. The staff is wonderful, mom is enjoying the food and the apartment is just the size she needs. I would recommend the community to others who are searching for senior living for themselves or a loved one.

Very clean and organized facility. People were friendly and respectful.! The location is in a perfect place close to restaurants and grocery stores. Different apartment designs are available as well as different types and medical care.

I have lived here for 3 years and my favorite thing about this place is the quiet neighborhood. I go out on my balcony and can hear the birds singing and being surrounded by so much greenery has helped with my mediations. the outdoor space is wonderful and my pup loves it. Meals are excellent and there are so many activities for me. I recommend Asher Point to everyone I know. Its a wonderful independent community to choose while you still have your independence and to fully enjoy your golden years. Theres so much encouragement umong all of us neighbors and its such a happy place to be.

Very nice tour and very nice place. We just need to make up our minds as to which place is best for them. We are still weighing options at this time.

I was very impressed with facility and staff. The entrance, hallways and rooms were bright and clean. Noticed lots of activities in progress and caring staff with attention to details. Only negative found was slightly worn carpeting in a few areas. Really enjoyed the visit and received useful information.

My experience was outstanding! [name removed] was sensational and very knowledgeable! I also spoke to [name removed]! They care so much about the people at Ellison! I was very impressed.
