I have had a good experience with communication between the staff and myself. My mother does report that there has been some upheaval and Staff change within the kitchen and dining staff. She doesn't like that.

The staff is thoughtful, caring and give of themselves. They all truly care about the residents and their families. Moving my mom there is something I have not regretted. Very pleased.

What stands out most is the cleanliness of the facility, the friendliness and caring nature of the staff, and their prompt response to any issues or concerns.

They need to know that the staff is very nice and treat their tenants well. The best compliant is the food is not very good at this time.

The facility was very nice and clean. The residents looked well taken care. The staff were friendly. Seems to be a very pleasant place to be as a resident.

Mom fell in love with Brennity because she said it felt like home. Other places she toured was to sterile looking. No natural wood anywhere. She said she gets exactly what she wants to eat, and she can have coffee when she wants. Breakfast is her favorite meal. She can't wait to get down to dining room. The staff is very friendly and helpful. Mom is a social butterfly and she has already made many friends.

We love how attentive the staff is, they are incredibly supportive/responsive. The community is very friendly/open. My mom loves it.

Our experience has been a "5". Very, very friendly and helpful staff...very sweet, calm and reassuring caretakers Food is excellent. Activities are plentiful with high participation - excellent. Currently Mirabella is renovating the hallways, lobby and other various areas and it will look brand new when completed. I am very tough top impressed -- but I am very impressed.

Staff very friendly. The residents go out of their way to help. We have a bus to take you shopping or to your Dr. Lot of activities to enjoy. The only bad thing is the food and keeping it so cold coats need to be worn

The staff and residents are friendly and welcoming-not just during the tour, but consistently throughout our experience. It's been especially meaningful to see my dad, age 78, meet new people and become more active since moving to Asher Point. Before relocating, he wasn't very engaged socially, and he's noticeably doing much better as part of a community. [name removed], the head administrator, has been a pleasure to work with. S[name removed] and [name removed] at the front desk are always welcoming and smiling. Overall, I feel confident I made a great choice.

Jennifer did a fantastic job showing me and my parents around the facility; she is very polite and courteous and knowledgeable; and my parents and I truly liked everything about the facility and it's advantages for them! We are looking forward to continue trying to get into that facility when possible; and hopefully the VA will help accommodate them with the finances that they will require! [Name Removed] was very informative and sharing in her information. The tour was interesting. The resources available to residents seem to be well planned to fit a variety of people of varying backgrounds and levels of care. I like the layout of the apartment I visited and thought the price a good value. I was particularly pleased to see the balcony in the apartment. I am returning to Bella Vita for a meal at some point in the neasr future.

He is very comfortable there and I highly recommend to anyone who is facing this issue. Everyone looks out for each other.

The apartments were very spacious and everything seems to work for what we are looking for. I think it will be a nice place for our mom to live and the location is perfect. Ali was very sweet to show us around and give us the grand tour and feed us a nice meal at the end of the tour

[Name Removed] was very gracious and patient. She spent her valuable time trying to help me. The facility is beyond reproach. It’s clean and beautiful. [Name Removed] even patiently tried to deal with my son on the phone. I filled out the financial worksheet and it was obvious I can’t afford to move in. I would if I could!

The entire experience has been completely positive. Everything from how helpful the staff has been, my mother-in-law has had no complaints about the food. The maintenance is very helpful. Anytime she needs anything. They are willing to help. The place is clean it reminds you of a hotel instead of an apartment. Stephanie and Grant are the best . My mother-in-law has only been there for one day because unfortunately she fell and ended up back in the hospital, but the 24 hours she was there. She had nothing but good things to say.
