It had everything she needed and we just got a really great vibe. The staff is wonderful, and it gave us all the peace of mind that she would be safe there while maintaining her independence. I would absolutely recommend to other.

My sister has moved into AP 13 months ago. She loves it! Lots of activities and very good food. Lots of celebrations and special events. Transportation to and from doctors appointments is good and shopping on Mondays. Wednesdays are field trips.

It's a one bed. We are very happy with the food and staff. I would recommend this community to others who are currently searching for one.

All the staff at Aberdeen Heights is very friendly which has allowed [name removed] to really relax. The storage space in our apartment is more than adequate. The occasional outings to local restaurants are a nice break. We are very pleased.

This facility is amazing! It is a very personal experience. They make you feel like family the minute you walk in! They treat it like an upscale hotel and not a treatment facility. The refer to the rooms as apartments and have a chef in the kitchen. The food is good and lots for the residents to do. They had a Veterans Days program and recognized all the Vets. They also recognized the residents that have birthdays in November with cupcakes ??!

What they could improve on would be maybe a few more activities for the seniors on site. And maybe a little bit more interaction I know that's hard to do because your residents have to be involved but overall we've been very pleased. Very nice place and nice people. I think my mom is there. She loves it but she's a little bit bored that's all. It's very clean, but it's almost a little bit too sterile but the people are very nice. The dining room is great. It was just a little boring for her. It's a beautiful community so I would give it a 10 on the facilities. 10 the staff was very nice

My in-laws are loving it there. The staff is super friendly and helpful. The meals are amazing, lots of activities and the apartment size is absolutely adequate for their needs. I would definitely recommend anyone to look into moving there! Also, Finding an outdoor space for their little dog was a deal breaker. It's perfect!

We have had a great experience with both your organization and Elison. My mother in law is happy with her apartment, the food is good, staff is so helpful and nice.

5 across the board very pleased with Asher Point. It is the best bang for your buck. They have great dining, arts, and staff.

What we like the most about the community is the food and facilities. Yes, we would recommend Adante Independent Living community to other families based on the experience so far.

5 overall! Everything at the Viera has been amazing and even when my mom ran into some financial issues with her retirement checks suddenly not being direct deposited for 2 months, the director [name removed] has been amazing about understanding and working with us. The Viera lease is on a month to month basis, they could have easily evicted my Mom and been completely within their rights. Instead they have really gone to bat for her in order to allow her to continue to live at their facility. This is extremely important because my Mom has Dementia and moving her would be detrimental to her well being.

Honestly would give a 5 for every category!! I am super happy with everything and she is too! The main reason we chose Elison of Oxford was because of the happiness of the residents there! Staff super friendly, they seem to enjoy what they do. Know how to work with the elderly and their occasional "moods" ??

The meals and dining are excellent staff is friendly. Community and activities are well organized. . I would recommend to others.

Staff is very friendly and easy to converse with however they either dismiss your complaints or have no authority to take corrective action and are unable to guide you to the appropriate person. The amenities are great -- I wish I could afford a larger apartment however my budget will no accommodate a larger place at this time.

The staff is pleasant and well informed to the needs of our parents. With a spacious 1 bedroom deluxe apt. They enjoy their meals in the dining room with a variety of different foods. There are many activities available throughout the week, with happy hour on Fridays.

It smelled good and had lovely decorations. It felt like a place you would choose to live. Yes, we would recommend Bristol Park to other families based on the experience so far.

Staff was awesome! The man who showed me around was very pleasant and was able to answer all my questions. Unfortunately, the place did not meet my current needs. Will definitely keep it in mind if my needs change in the future.
