It's a beautiful facility with good support and activities. Both the staff and residents were very friendly to my mom.

The overall 5 rating is due to the staff, they really looked after Mom. Looking after Memory Care patients takes a special person and they did well. Food 4 overall. It started out in 2024 as a 5, but that chef left, the food was still good after that but not like it had been. Activity wise, they were great when we first arrived. They had a new Memory Care director, and she really engaged them. When they wouldn't let her do the program she wanted, she left. It took awhile for them to get a new Memory Care director. We were only there maybe a month under her so we really didn't get to find out her activity program, but it looked like she was bringing in some ideas.

The facility is clean, the meals are very good, there are numerous activities for residents. The best thing is how residents welcome new residents. The majority of residents are very open and friendly. You can always find a friendly person to talk to

The cleanliness is a 5 but my loved ones room needs more attention I'd rate his as a 2. Friendliness of the staff is a 5 but I would give a 10 if available. The staff is total great! My loved one has the best care givers I could ask for. My loved one says the food is not that good and I hear complaints from other residents. The clean of my loved ones rooms falls a little short. I can live with the food being not as good. But cleaning his room better is tops with me.

They are at Landon Ridge. They love the food. The staff is amazing and super friendly. Food is great. The chef walks around and talks to people in the dining area like a 5 star restaurant

The staff are thoughtful and helpful at Bailey Pointe. They plan lots of interesting activities and events for the residents. The food is very tasty. The property is clean with special touches that makes it feel like home. I would have no problem recommending Bailey to anyone.

Friendly staff, amenities that are on site, the various outings and events that the community has for its residents. I'd recommend them to others. I think they were considering a facility for your loved one that cadence is absolutely topped on the list to go check out.

5 for all. The Heritage Tomball Senior Living is so much better than any other place we looked out. There are always plenty of staff available to assist you or the residents. Yes, we would recommend this community to other families.

I have found the Director and staff to be very personable and caring. Any issue we have had they have addressed right away. My mother in law enjoys the activities she can join in at 93. She is a picky eater so her biggest complaint is the food. I find it to be good, trying dishes myself so it is a personal challenge for her.

The staff is very friendly and will go out of their way to help you. The residents are also very friendly. The facility has all of the amid you could ask for.

The amenities and trips offered are amazing! The option of "Independence Plus" is unique to Pinecrest.

I would like to shout out to [name removed] the Director or Viera and the staff for letting me get baptized at our swimming pool on [date removed]. This was the best day of my life and the love of my Christian family and the love of the staff of Viera Independent living family that was there to witness my baptism. [name removed] you are awesome and thank you and your staff. Like I have posted in the past. The staff is awesome. And we are all family here.And i promise this is a great place to be for your family members Independent and assist living. God bless you all.

Make your resident real to the staff. You want them to know that this is a person with people who love them then relax. You have found a good place and good people. Visit often but not so much that they don't go out and make friends.

The staff and the residents are some of the friendliest people. Yes I would recommend this community to other families based on the experience so far.

Staffing was excellent. Every area is a 5. Value of money a little pricy. I do need the add that the facility in general needs help. It looks run down a little bit. Some easy fixes. Doors, pressure wash out side. Carpets need cleaning.

I was greeted by a friendly front desk associate and was politely handed off to [name removed]: sales and marketing director. She was authentic and professional. She shared honestly and listened carefully to my story and my father’s needs. Not once did I feel pressure or doubt she was being forthright about the services. She offered solutions to my family needs. Excellent ability to create trust and potential partnership. The facility was clean and the other residence appeared content. Please visit.

They have been nothing but amazing to my Dad. They were so welcoming to my sister and I, they put at us at ease on entering the facility! They have kept us updated and have even giving suggestions for hospice.

Activities offered on the monthly schedule are likely not to happen, which is very confusing to new residents. These people are the ones who need an accurate schedule in order to feel welcome...
