I thought the staff was wonderful, it was clean, I'd really like the restaurant area was good too, the food seemed to be good, I like that you have the laundry service and hope that you guys continue to keep the rooms clean.

From the first meeting at Martin Crest, the people that work there obviously care a great deal for the people that reside there. The facility is beautiful, clean, and welcoming. While Memory Care is difficult for any family member, the staff are very patient and helpful. We could not be more pleased with the care our dad is receiving.

My sister and I researched about five facilities in the general vicinity where my mother lives. Briarview was the best from a cleanliness standpoint as well as staff friendliness. Food is also very good. I definitely have much greater peace of mind knowing my mother is safe and being treated the way we would want her to be.

Make sure they understand that Landon Ridge Senior Living is independent from the assisted living and the memory care. As far as your health goes there is not much help for those in need of it. For example, if you need individual help you will not get it unless you bring in help from the outside. As a resident I have to pay extra if I need help decorating, picture hanging, extra if I want my meal delivered to my apt. If you need your carpet shampood, extra. A lot of this is not explained up front. There are residents who should not be left on their own. We do have a lot of fun here and the residents are so wonderful. We all help others when they need it. Location of Landon Ridge is wonderful. I feel like I am in the middle for every place I want to go.

I must say I have the time of my life! The Friday night that I was there they had a band playing. They were dancing and singing elegant dining. Ellison's is the epitome of royalty. The friendliest staff the friendliest residents. It just makes my heart So happy knowing I get to see them again. Pink Me Up Paparazzi.

All of the staff is very helpful and friendly. They respond quickly to emails and answer any questions you may have. They respond quickly to accidents. My mom broke her hip and they were on her quickly (residents wear a necklace with button to push), called ambulance and myself.

I would rate them a 5 on every area except Food. There I would give them a 4. What I like most about the community is the staff, the location, and the safety measures. I would recommend Lynridge of San Antonio to others.

They work with you and your loved ones with any issues. The communication is great via phone calls or emails.

The simplicity of it all. Having transportation for doctors appointments if they don't drive 3 meals a day low stress. I moved both my parents in for those reasons initially and since my mom passed a couple of months ago knowing my dad has people around to socialize with is a relief.

All assisted living places are expensive. It is a hardship for any family. Lyndale does a great job of taking care of my aunt! I just wish this type of care didn't cost so much. I get why, but wish it could be different. Facility was very accommodating and my aunt has adapted very well in the year she has been at Lyndale.

My dad lived here from 2019 to 2022 and we felt it was a good place for him. When my mother-in-law needed assisted living, we felt it would also be a good fit for her. She is very happy there and tells us this often.

5 on everything but food. Was a 5. Past several months a 4. The staff really care about the residents and are really patient, even with some of the difficult personalities.

Asher Point cost a little more than other places we looked at but they provide meals 3 times per day 7 days a week. They have been under going a refresh or remodeling of the facility. The place is very clean. All people are very friendly and the food is good. The ONLY less than perfect aspect is we have had a little problem with the billing. At first they didn't charge enough and a time or two too much. When brought to their attention situation was rectified quickly. Sometimes their accounting software doesn't appear to follow standard accounting protocols for statements.

Every one including the residents are always happy and smiling. They are a nice little family and everyone is included. The place also looks like a 5 star hotel inside and out and smells like fresh cookies, popcorn and coffee at different times of the day. The food is also very good with huge portions. It is always clean. We visit often and our only complaint is dad misses a lot of activities because he has dementia and they don't always make it to his room to remind him or escort him to the activities. If we put him in memory care they would, but we want to give him as much of his independence as possible as long as we can. He loves it there.

Lynridge of Murphy provides amazing care, activities, and friendship. A few weeks ago, the residents loaded up the activity van and went to the casino. There is a wide range of activities that will ensure your loved one is never bored!

We love Bristol Park! The staff and the residence are so nice. When we walked in the residence greeted us with nothing but positive comments.

The staff are all are helpful and thoughtful doing anything they can for us. The surroundings are clean and pleasant most of the time and this building is really pretty if you have never seen it. All in all it's a really good place to call Home! One problem is the Alarm System another is the lack of a Security Staff. Also, it's hard to cook a meal when you have guests as the sinks are "Bar Sinks", too small to do many dishes never mind pots and pans and the cook tops require special pans to cook on them! However, I find it suits my needs Ok. The kitchen varies somewhat with each apartment. The people are usually friendly, that is a give and take.

We have only met the sales person, concierge, chief of maintenance and dining room staff. All are really great, especially the dining room staff. We are in an independent cottage behind the main building. 2 BR 2BA and 1600 Sq ft. Really nice.

[name removed] and her manager were amazing. They have been very good to us and to my mom. They were transparent, professional and efficient. I highly recommend Asher Pointe.

I can’t say enough good things about Lyndale Memory care. The whole staff is very caring, attentive, patient, kind supportive etc. The most important thing the residents are happy. The last place I had my friend at was horrible. We felt she was unsafe there. After taking her to Lyndale the weight and worry was lifted off our shoulders. The staff goes over and beyond in caring for the residents. I couldn’t be more pleased with them. They are outstanding and deserves a reward.
