All items above are "5" (excellent) EXCEPT for number "6" food, which I would rate between "0" and "2"!!!! The quality of food they buy is good, the amount put on the plate is adequate, and what is on the menu is good but the cooks DON'T know how to cook even the simplest items or what is delivered to the table is NOT what is described on the menu. In the eleven months I've been here, I have averaged over $[removed] a month in eating out at restaurants. If I had known about the food situation here, I would have chosen a different place!! Everything else is great, the facility is clean, the staff are knowledgeable and friendly, lots of good activities, the lady that cleans my room once a week does an excellent job, the maintenance crew are quick and responsive. My apartment is beautiful and functional, and the price paid is reasonable.

My family is just so happy that she is there and enjoying more of a social life than just her family. Many great services to draw out older people who are lacking much of a social life. They have physical therapy, all three meals are included with rent. They have a book club, and a number of activities throughout the week. The staff are all very friendly. My mother is very happy there and her health and outlook have improved. She walks the halls after dinner and the grounds are beautiful for walking as well. Security is very good. We can't say enough about how great it is.

Excellent facility. The staff are very caring and take care of the residents very well. Have no complaints.

They have a lot of great activities even if your loved one is unable to participate they enjoy watching. No one takes care of your loved one the way you do and I think they do a pretty good job although my Mom does have a private caregiver with her for 9 hrs a day.

When it comes to the cleanliness the overall facility is very clean but some times they don't do a good job of dusting my mom's room. The staff are very good to the residents and always seem to go above and beyond to help the residents. The facility itself is first class. Very secure with the new guest check-in system. Has all the amenities the residents need. The meals are always very good. My mom is a very picky eater and she sure hasn't lost any weight while there. When there is an issue, the admin staff are very prompt to fix the issue.

I would rate everything a 5. My only complaint (sort of) is the limited dining hours. All the staff is super friendly and helpful, as well as most residents. There are lots of activities every day. My aunt thinks the food is surprisingly good, although ding hours are limited.

They could Improve the food. But over all I'm happy here. Making friends and the activities seem to be the best part of my stay.

My mom refused to participate in any activities, but it appeared they had plenty of activities. ALL of the staff were SUPER FRIENDLY, especially [name removed]. [name removed] went above and beyond in helping us get everything together and set up for my mom, and was there for us throughout the entire process. The facility was definitely nice, and the food was absolutely amazing with plenty of options. The staff was very attentive to my mom and her needs. I would highly recommend Bristol Park for anyone needing an assisted living facility for their loved ones.

Friendly and facility doesn't feel institutional.

My first meeting the staff were all extremely outgoing. I give them all 5's! I had a really good experience with them.

Seems they are good and the person who is there that I worked with is settled. She seems to be adjusting well

The facility needs to be cleaner. I see the house cleaning always sitting around during the day no matter what is going on. They also out not cleaning the rooms well either.

This is a nice, clean facility with very friendly staff. We had a one bedroom apartment with a kitchen,dining and living room lots of space for two people.

My mother moved from an independent living apartment in Montgomery to Brennity-Fairhope. Though her apartment was larger, the staffing was always turning over and food was awful. We had to pay additionally for sitters. She wasn't sure about leaving her hometown and friends, but once she got to Brennity, she absolutely loved it! The food was 1,000 times better and activity leaders were incredible. The admin staff was always helpful, and the nursing staff was awesome. Unfortunately, she got sick and past only 5 months after arriving, but she was so happy to be "HOME" at Brennity during her last few weeks.

I started looking for an assisted living facility for my dad by reaching out online to a place for mom. I was contacted by a knowledgeable staff person who explained my options for our area and followed up at key times in my journey to ensure I had the knowledge I needed to make a decision. My dad has been at Spring Lake for several months and couldn’t be happier. He is friends with everyone, enjoys the daily activities, and loves the food.

We love the place, very much so.. but she been in rehab over a month.. My brother works in Qatar and came in to see the place, got mom her apartment that day. I know it's will take an adjustment for our mom. People are very nice. Dinner soon can be very overwhelming for her. People has their tables and spots and she don't know where to seat at or make someone upset..that the biggest deal is the dinning room.. the rest has been successfully.. 1. If they had food deliveries. For people who get anxious and overwhelmed. 2. Help with V.A. my dad was drafted. 3. Staff members have been awesome.. 4. Not any no can afford a place like this.. and having a family member has to help out.. 5. Love the names on the doors.. 6. They are dating the place from floors ,bathroom ,kitchen, and outside. 7. The only thing is Texas hot summers. A pool... 8. It was a place for mom that really helped out.. 9. Thank You for helping out for are elders. They paid their dues.

I believe the staff tried hard to get to know my mom and her needs. They noticed things and informed us right away. I received pics of mom in the activities and that made us feel better to see her interacting and having fun.

I absolutely adore Asher Point, it’s the perfect place for my mom. We toured several facilities but fell in love with AP the second we walked in. The staff is absolutely incredible, they go above and beyond and are so patient!

Everything was great there except the finance department. I have been told several times that they will get the reimbursement check to me, and it has been almost 3 months now and still trying to get it.
