Everyone who works here is very nice, friendly, and helpful. The bus is hard to get on because the first step is so high and the hydraulic lift is broken. But, the cost of living here is much better than most places. It has recently been renovated and looks very nice. I also like that it is only two stories high and does not look like a regular facility for senior living. It had lots of talk trees and when the leaves come back in Spring, I love to sit out on my balcony and take care of my plants and hope for a hummingbird or two to come to my feeder.

Old owner completed upgrade of facility. Very nicely done, new carpeting, walls painted. Some appliances replaced. Dining hall was redecorated and all of the patio floors were replaced.

They are very nice, helpful and caring people. They took great care of my Mom. They always have activities planned for them each day. On top of that it's a really nice, clean facility.

My experience has been most beneficial. My tour visit and stay have exceeded my expectations. All my requests and issues were given priority attention in a loving and caring way. The feel of home makes it all the difference.

I'm very pleased with the care my stepmother receives at Caydance. After relocating her from a memory care unit in Georgetown, TX, I noticed a significant improvement in her care. The staff at Caydance is attentive and schedules regular outings for residents, ensuring a positive and engaging environment. I appreciate the cleanliness of the facility, noting the absence of the typical nursing home smell, which reflects their dedication to maintaining a clean space. I am extremely satisfied with the decision to move her to Caydance and would not change anything.

Like the fact it is all-inclusive pricing for the care versus added on care fees. The staff are respond in timely manner when assistance is needed. Although, my loved ones do not participate in the activities, they are pleased with the staff and care they receive.

Great admin...made the move in process easy...my mom loves the care staff...great value for the money....I am very happy with Mirabella and love the staff...

What we like the most about Asher Point is that it is clean, nice friendly atmosphere, opportunities for socializing with activities and dining experience , helpful staff, and transportation if needed.

Mom and I came to visit with a tour. Went home to think it over. Decided Asher Point was our next step in our new adventure.

The modern look of the apartment, different activities to enjoy, food are delicious and everyone are very nice on staff.

I have had the opportunity to visit Bailey Pointe on several occasions. I found the staff to be very warm and welcoming, and the residents I met while visiting were clearly very happy to be there. They offer a variety of activities for the residents to participate in on a daily basis that they appeared to enjoy doing very much from what I observed. Overall, I was very impressed during my visit to Bailey Pointe!

This was my only experience with a care facility but I was pleased with how caring and supportive they were. Very patient with explanations of all services. Always friendly and helpful with anything I requested. Very clean and organized. My husband loves the food which is really important because he lost so much weight before moving here from rehab. They let them have a choice for their meals so they don’t have to eat anything they don’t like. They do his laundry ( included) which makes my life easier. It doesn’t bother me but I have seen people frustrated that there isn’t always someone at front check in on weekends. I’m there enough that I see them go deliver to residents or other errands. I do feel like they could use more help.

I can give all categories a 5. It was the best place for her the last months of her life. She passed away peacefully there on [date removed]. I was often concerned about the expense and if she would outlive her funds but God knew her time and it was not an issue. She was on hospice while there but everyone worked together and she was taken care of so well. They truly love their residents and I know it's not easy to do that all the time!

Honestly gives my husband & I the idea for ourselves in the next 10yrs. Independent Living has been amazing. We have also visited the AL for possible transitional move for FIL and hear & see only good things there as well. [name removed],is amazing to tour with, ask any & all questions. Make a visit & talk to residents, watch the FB page for activities etc. Residents can be as involved or not as the wish, but will never lack for options. Dr & PT on site visits, haircuts/nails, rides to & from appointments, quick response for any maintenance etc.... It's all good. Even with the strain of changing ownership & staffing changes, Wilshire has proven to be the best decision we could've made as a family. For our peace of mind, and our parents daily life, this community has been wonderful.

Also, the director at Elison Glen has been very helpful and kind to [name removed], which we very much appreciate. [name removed] also has very positive things to say about the staff, who he states are very professional, helpful and friendly.

I live in an apartment that has a nice wonderful patio that has a lot of privacy. Yes, I would recommend this community to other families. We are almost full. The people are really nice

Would recommend to others. Very kind staff all round. We were attracted to them because of an overall feeling of warmth when you first walked in and very professional senior staff greeting.

The Administrative staff has been very helpful every time I interact with them. [name removed] seems very happy at Stonefield. [name removed] does not seem to be aware of activities and does not seem to participate in them. If the staff could remind her of activities and encourage her to participate I believe she would do more.
