What we liked the most about Bailey Point was that the people were very nice and easy to work with. We would recommend this community to other families who may need a place for their loved ones

The staff at Pecan Point is very professional,family oriented,hard-working,and compassionate.The caregiving team,”ROCK!” I love how the Administrator,Memory Care Director,and The Marketing department are hands on with the residents. [name removed]

Bristol Park has a Quiet, good atmosphere, and we can have pets. The staff is very helpful.

We were cordially welcomed by the staff and residents of Asher Point. Our mom felt right at home as she has many people talking to her with welcoming conversation.

The facility is very inviting and beautiful the employees very polite and professional. Lunch was delicious and we appreciate the offer. We're looking forward to [name removed] (even met her neighbor [name removed]) improving her life here.

They love the food and how friendly the staff are. The staff is very friendly with our family as well when we come to visit. They do have a [fee removed] charge for any to go order. I think that if they are not delivering it to your room and someone is ordering and bringing it to u there should not be a charge. They said the charge is for the to go container. That seems outrageous pricing as some people can not make it to the dining room. However, we would absolutely recommend this community to other families.

I felt like my husband was well taken care of by staff that really cared about him. They let me know if he needed more toiletries or supplies. The areas always smelled good unlike some other facilities. His food looked and smelled good. There were a lot of activities that he had a good time attending until he got much sicker and too weak. The facility did everything they could to help my husband.

My mom hasn't physically moved in but everything seems very promising all my interactions with everyone us very positive. [name removed] , [name removed] were very helpful and through with all my questions.

I have been coming to Asher Point for many years counseling with residents. I have always found the staff friendly and helpful, as well as caring about the residents. I am hopeful to see this continue for years to come.

We LOVE Caydance! They are so receptive and caring to our mom. Mom has been there for just over a year. She lives in assisted living. They have a lot of activities and have an outing each week (optional but offered). They include family members on information. Everyone is kind. From the med techs to the front desk, business office, and activity coordinator-- they all are friendly and caring. We are so thankful that A Place for Mom recommended that my sister and I visit Caydance back when we were searching for a place.

This was the transition I had hoped for our Dad. We were received by the staff with open arms and they were available to us for any and all concerns. There are many options to keep him busy and physically strong. He is happy and well cared for !

The whole complex is well cared for. Friendly staff. I’m impressed with the food and menu choices. The only negative is lack of choices for shopping. Currently, other than doctor’s appointments they only take residents to one location which is Publix a couple blocks away.

Asher Point has worked with my sister to get her moved in and settled. She has been there since October and has made many friends and loves the activities. It’s so good to see her happy. They allowed her to bring her fur baby who also loves the patio area to hang out on.

Everyone we met with was wonderful from who greeted us when we came in to who toured us to who toured us to who signed our lease. We are very excited to get settled and get to know everyone.

Asher Point of Arlington has the most hospitable staff that have seen more than accommodating. They took the time to answer all of our questions tour the facility, answer texts/ calls and so much more.

My experience was astonishing, the staff makes everyone feel this warmth of a family environment. Building was immaculately clean.

The director was pleased and courteous to my needs. I was really impress with the service out the outside yard. I love the way the apartment look and deciding where my thing are going to be. I am truly advise with the director.

Martin Crest staff has done a fantastic job taking care of my mother. The staff knowing i am not local has gone out of their way to assist me in caring for my mother. The staff are the best and friendly. Martin Crest team thank you so much

The first thing I noticed was how inviting the staff were. From the front desk to the maintenance person were so professional and too pride in the services they provide from both visitors and residents. I enjoyed my time there.
