The facilities are very clean. The cleanliness is beyond reproach. All areas of the facility are set up with the residence in mind. The staff are extremely attentive in very caring. The staff treat all residents very respectfully and they treat them like their own. It's truly a wonderful place to see. The amount of patience that the staff has for the residence in the activities that they carry out with them. I really very nice.

To me, the food is great! They have a wonderful salad bar. They have a variety of activities and bring in singers, etc.. The staff has always been super friendly when I visit. They were also very helpful when my friend moved in. my friend doesn't participate in a lot of the activities so I do not know firsthand about all of them.

Definitely a 5. The apt's are nice and roomy, the food is great, the noise level is very low to none. The dining room is elegant. The maintenance is tip top. They have games and activities. I'm trying to find a few girls and boys to teach basic bridge. The parking is adequate. What's not to love

A 5 in staff as far as being very nice and caring but a 3 in the actual care/work. It's big and beautiful and the meals are quite delicious. It's a great place if they don't need a lot of care. I find it necessary to call the nurse at times because the aids are not following through. But I like all the staff.

No complaints. My family member loves it there. He has been there over a year now. This is where I would want to be if the need arises.

They have been extremely welcoming and accommodating. Mom is not easy and they have made this a great transition! Mom was sort of scared to even think about a community until she realized they all look just like have walkers some have wheelchairs some don't have anything they're just normal average people.

Staff is very friendly and helpful. I was surprised how quickly they learned mom's name and a few things about her. Aside from her 1st night there, she hasn't stayed in her room for meals. On her good days, mom likes it there as well.

Good location, great staff, very good care. They could improve on the food by adding more of a variety and serving it warmer than it currently is.

Everyone i have met that works at Asher Point is friendly and personable. They have always taken the time for answering any questions I have had. I love that his meals are included with his rent. Their food is delicious and prepared by professional chefs!

I thought the staff was wonderful, it was clean, I'd really like the restaurant area was good too, the food seemed to be good, I like that you have the laundry service and hope that you guys continue to keep the rooms clean.

From the first meeting at Martin Crest, the people that work there obviously care a great deal for the people that reside there. The facility is beautiful, clean, and welcoming. While Memory Care is difficult for any family member, the staff are very patient and helpful. We could not be more pleased with the care our dad is receiving.

My sister and I researched about five facilities in the general vicinity where my mother lives. Briarview was the best from a cleanliness standpoint as well as staff friendliness. Food is also very good. I definitely have much greater peace of mind knowing my mother is safe and being treated the way we would want her to be.

Make sure they understand that Landon Ridge Senior Living is independent from the assisted living and the memory care. As far as your health goes there is not much help for those in need of it. For example, if you need individual help you will not get it unless you bring in help from the outside. As a resident I have to pay extra if I need help decorating, picture hanging, extra if I want my meal delivered to my apt. If you need your carpet shampood, extra. A lot of this is not explained up front. There are residents who should not be left on their own. We do have a lot of fun here and the residents are so wonderful. We all help others when they need it. Location of Landon Ridge is wonderful. I feel like I am in the middle for every place I want to go.
