I love this Victoria apartment home and I love to help others whom can’t help themselves or get around. It make me feel very good doing that. The apartment are very nice to live in. I was the first one when we looked here and everything is very clean and nice. We love [Removed], the branch manager. She is very good at her work for us.

I have lived at Victoria Park North East for a while now and can say with a clear heart this place is enjoyable. We have committees that help [Removed] do things around the building,we play bingo twice a week, there is game days, exercising for those who want to do it,, and there is Bible study for those who wish to study the bible. [Removed] is one of the most pleasant people to have around you, she will make you laugh when you are feeling your lowest, and would do anything for her Residents in her power to do for them. If a Resident ask her to start having something or the possible of having something within a few months that project is up and running. There is so much going on here since she has been here that wasn't before hand. Most of us would stay locked up in our apartment before she came, now we are roaming the halls sitting in the lobby, sitting outside (when weather permits) and doing things together as a group.

Our experience at Victoria Park has been stellar! The move was an easy, stress free event with the help of the management at Victoria Park. At every turn we were delighted to see such a well kept property and my mother has truly found a safe environment. She has great relationship with the other tenants and it has become her second family. We appreciated the professional manner in which all things were handled. I recommend this place without reservation!

My Brother moved in a while back and loved living there. He feels safe and doesn't have to worry anymore about the drug activity like he did where he came from. He enjoys the activities they offer there and he said the new manager is so nice. His only complaint was that the previous manger was very mean to them. It so much nicer to be met with kindness and understanding rather than harsh rudeness. He is very happy at Victoria Park. Thank you for having such a lovely place to offer our precious seniors.

Very impressed. Selling our lifelong home since it is too much to handle at our age. We visit with church friends living there and it's where we want to live. Peaceful, warm, friendly, and clean with lots to do and endless social opportunities.

My parents have lived at Victoria Parks for almost a year now. The new manager is extremely considerate of the residents. She treats them and their family with respect and dignity. My parents are much happier now. Thank you [Removed] [Removed] you have been a blessing to the residents and their families. I have kept my opinion of the previous manager to myself because I didnt want to make things difficult for my parents. Now the entire facility has a better outlook and future. This is a beautiful community, clean and well managed. Management is friendly and gave an exceptional tour and was more helpful than any other places we viewed. Mom is on the waiting list and has been invited to participate in all the social activities. What a nice way to get to know your new neighbors and home before you move in. Above and beyond all our expectations. So happy we checked it out.

Victoria Park is a nice facility, to me a great location. Your in town,but also out of town. Close to down town shops and restaurants.The facility is kept very neat and orderly and quiet. Everyone gets along and seems to be enjoying their selves. only reason why I didn't give the rating a 6 is because we could use more support on a couple of issues.. we could use a little more repairs or support for some of the elderly people.. They're on their last chapter of life , so being on a list and waiting a week I'm sure to them it's seems like a month.. overall it's a great place..

Victoria Park is a beautiful place, very clean .. but seems empty and lonely, A friendlier manager would definitely help improve. I over heard a phone call and the manager was not very friendly and quite rude to the resident. not a good thing.

This is the worst place in the world. Do you wanna have to get a screen door replace. Over a year to fix the air conditioner and it's not working no heat for the last week

Not what is used to be! The new manager might be nice but doesn't get the job done. She is too laxed on the rules and it's getting bad again. We've been waiting 3 months for work orders to get done like plumbing issues. The only ones getting stuff done is the residents who suck up to her, bring her food, have her for dinner and all that. A neighbor is missing a diamond necklace and another is missing a diamond ring. The manager has been seen going in and out of apartments when the person isn't home because they are in the hospital and she was [Removed] from residents where she came from but since no one could prove it nothing was done except transfer her here. This place is going down hill fast and the caliber of people the new manager is moving in is not what you would want as your neighbor. Bypass this place because there are better places.

In the last 6 months, over 10 tenants have moved out and more are leaving. The place isn't nearly as nice as it used to be. Not as clean, manager not as efficient, tenants very demanding and nosey. Plus they keep raising the rent and are getting nothing in return. No one gathers anymore and it is a cold and lonely atmosphere. I have been a visitor for over 5 years and am witnessing the decline. There are other apartments in the area that are cheaper and offer more.
