I am so thankful I found Brookstone for my 96-year-old father! The staff at Brookstone are very kind and caring! Diana Kelly, the Executive Director, has been extremely helpful in answering all of my questions. The residents have been very welcoming. The facility is very well maintained. The meals are delicious! I live in Virginia so it gives me great peace knowing my Dad will be happy and well taken care of.

My mom has been very happy at Heritage Woods. The place is very clean and welcoming. My mom enjoys the food and activities. She has also made several friends. She enjoys the 1 bedroom apartment instead of a studio room. Much more to help keep her active. I have liked the communication about medication and updates on medical needs my mom has.

They are all very kind and welcoming. Very nice place. I would recommend to others.

Very nice visit with director and medical advisor. Place is well organized, clean and quiet. Almost no residents in the hallways. Apartments shown were clean, well arranged, inviting. Very impressive facility.

The staff was very friendly.[Name removed] was exceptional. She answered all of our questions and took us on a tour throughout the facility. She was very knowledgeable in every aspect and was kind and polite. The facility was clean and very well kept.

I enjoyed the tour. Staff were very pleasant and residents seemed happy. Since residents were having dinner and were happy. Some liked the food others thought it was just ok. It’s a repurposed hospital so the hallways feel very much like an older style hospital. The rooms were nice. Very bright with a lot of natural lighting. Very clean. I felt the memory care was smaller than others I’ve seen which may be more comfortable for some. My primary concern is how well my family member will adapt to moving from their home into this setting. I feel the adjustment would be very difficult at any location but the hospital feel might make it extra difficult since she is in the earlier stages of dementia.

Staff were very friendly and attentive to our needs and questions. The empathy they displayed was much appreciated.

I enjoyed touring the facility. Staff and residents were friendly. Staff was knowledgeable. It may be more expensive than can be afforded. However, does include complete service for the client.

Room sizes are great, activities are fun, meals for the most part are all very good ( can't please everyone all the time). For the most part I'm very pleased I chose this place as my home!

I truly loved the tour. Feel it's a wonderful place for care. Love the activities, areas to sit by fire and watch TV or go out side in an safe enclosure and enjoy nature. Great value for what they offer.

Bardwell Residences was formerly Copley Hospital where both my children were born. The complex means a lot to the city and those who know its history. The staff is responsive to any needs. At times communication has gaps among cnas so this is best suited for someone a bit more self sufficient. Overall we are are making it work with no plans to change. My mom received dental care from the contracted dentist that sees patients on site. My mom is happy with her suggested treatment plan. She's also getting physical therapy on site, 3x a week. She also enjoyed the pet visit which happens every other week.

People are very kind and attentive, will work with you on challenges. I would recommend, absolutely! The building is historic and beautiful

Staff is friendly and helpful. Facility is clean and bright. Beautiful restored building with lots of charm.

I was very impressed with this facility. The director has been very helpful, My only concern is whether they can keep my Mom from wandering away if she decides she would rather go back to her home. She is also very hard of hearing and I don't know if they are prepared for the extra effort needed to communicate with her, she can lip read when she tries,

Everyone was very friendly there. The residents came out to talk to us and give us information about all the events at the facility. There were Valentine decorations throughout the facility, and each resident had their door decorated. It was very cute and endearing.

I think the private rooms help the residents feel like they have some independence. The staff is good about trying to encourage my mom to participate in activities but respect her choice when she refuses. I'm very pleased that the activities include an occasional trip outside of the facility. I'm sure my mom particularly enjoyed the visits to the "Kitten Cafe". The Director and staff nurses are responsive to my questions. The facility does not smell like a nursing home.

Everyone at Heritage has been responsive, helpful, caring, and great to work with.

The communication has been excellent. My mother n law loves the cleaning and the fact that they change the sheets. She says when they don't like what they are having for dinner, the staff fixes them whatever they want. Hamburger or grill cheese. So far they have not complained to us.
