The facility is lovely. Only one aide assisting with shower was (according to my mother ) not very helpful. " didn't quite know what to do". Not exactly sure what that meant. Administration very helpful and patient with my mother ( and I realize mom isn't easy.). Families should be very clear in their minds what their wishes are if they choose to use the medical staff there. Was quite surprised they recommended a nephrology consult on a 95 year old DNR patient.

The staff cares about the residents. Good sized apartments with options for singles or shared.

The village is a great place to live. The people are friendly. I enjoy the activity outings.

White oaks was really ready to accommodate my father's needs and gave him the socialization and autonomy he craves while still being a safe environment for all. Staff are friendly and willing to meet the needs of family as well. I can finally enjoy time with my father without feeling overwhelmed or guilty when I'm not there personally. I know he is in good hands and is making friends.

The best of the best in assisted living. The love they show their residents and families is phenomenal. Carriage Crossing prides themselves in the quality care they give and it shows! They are ever evolving in their memory care expertise.

I love all the people that I live with here at Carriage Crossing Arcola. This has been a great experience for me and I’ve made great friends! The food is awesome and very kind staff. Christmas was amazing here!

Carriage Crossing is a great option for anyone looking for short or long term accommodation. After a back surgery my husband spent there a few months of recovery. The staff is amazing, so helpful and friendly, willing to help in any possible way. I can’t be more grateful for all the support and love.

In our search for senior living in Westerville. we were very pleased finding the village of Westerville. From the various senior activities a daily 3 meal offering, large apartment style living space and the friendly staff and residents it felt like home. Making the transition very easy.

The staff at Lacey Creek were very friendly and acted quickly on any concerns or things we needed.

I would highly recommend the facility. It is a relief knowing she is happy and well cared for. We picked them because of the care given and atmosphere

Overall had a wonderful experience while my Dad was with them. Staff was always very helpful and friendly. The staff was very kind attentive, and communication with myself and my father always listened to our needs for him and followed through with everything we asked from them.

My tour advisor was a knowledgeable joy, I really appreciated the time she spent gathering my needs and reasons for my planned more from aa house too large. During the tour we reviewed several of the room/ apartments. The spare rooms were very well planned and much larger than anticipated. I spent enough time in each allowing me to envision me and my stuff inside. I came anyway thinking of the possibilities other than just crossing of my list.

I am very impressed with the floor plan of the large single bedroom apartment and the 2 bedroom. The cafeteria offerings feels like a classy hotel. The large open space in the main lobby is WELCOMING.

What we like the most about Carriage Court is that it is homely and friendly!
