Staff made the transition easy and made my Mom feel comfortable. Based on the experience we have had so far, we would absolutely recommend this community to other families

Our dad just moved into the memory care little over six months ago. The place has been very clean and the staff has been patient with him while trying to accommodate his needs. He has his own little apartment with a little fridge and a sink and some cabinets. They are starting to get more residence so there is different staff there at times. I’m not sure about the food. He doesn’t say much about it. They have had some nice activities. They recently had a car show, they have a family barbecue. They have a service dog that visits. [name removed]and [name removed] have been great. I also [name removed] a few other options for memory care that were not clean and double the cost.

The Village? I had never heard of it, but I'm beyond grateful that "A Pace for Mom" referred me ro visit it. It's tucked away in Westerville, Ohio and the first thing I noticed was the landscaping; big trees everywhere, flowers, a front entrance that has chairs and gliders to sit and enjoy the trees and flowers. In the back of the senior village are raised beds for us to plant whatever we so desire. Plots are divided and whomever signed up gets one for the season. It is absolutely breathtaking to go and see all the flowers and vegetables we are growing. The lobby, I call it the family room, has a huge brick, wood burning fireplace, bookshelves, and multiple couches and chairs, ; which is where I'll be when cold weather arrives. Across a hallway is the activity area where there is always something going on. Parties, live music, games, exercise, a television, a grand piano, and more bookshelves.The staff and residents here are so caring, you feel like you're part of a family.

I would rate all excellent. I would recommend them to anyone needing a place for there loved one. Always something going on, keeping them busy was a plus for me. Staff was interested in every body. Making sure everyone was ok, in more ways than one. Team effort

Mom was busy from the time she left her apartment for breakfast until she returned after dinner. I FaceTimed my mom after dinner every day so I got to speak with the nurse on duty when mom received her meds. All the staff was very attentive to her needs. I would totally recommend this facility.

I would say you have to be on top of care services to ensure what they promise is delivered. Weekend staffing is thin. There was only one registered nurse in the entire building, assisted living and Memory Care. Total staffing turnover occurred in the early spring. Things improved at that point, my husband passed away after only 10 months.

Amazing and wonderful place! They are family and I feel so good about my parents living there. The care and the love they receive from all who are there is just amazing. They almost moved to another location so they could be closer to me but we all agreed it is better to stay there instead. Although the new place was extremely tempting and they loved it, It is worth it having the established care, love, and happiness they receive and have there instead of moving them just to be closer to me. It is worth the drive knowing they are in the best of care. A true blessing. It's good to know my parents are in a place surrounded by love.

I would definitely recommend Reflections Retirement Community to others. The staff is amazing. They are attentive and friendly. The move in process was easy. They answer any questions that you have about your family member.

They were very caring and took the time to get to know his needs. Very important. The support group was great. Only attended once, before he passed. Food looked great, they took the time to feed him, which I had him somewhere else and he had lost weight there. Great place

They are SUPER accommodating. My father had only two challenges in his entire time there: when the nursing staff was short staffed (fixed but it did take some time), and showers were freezing (as in literally no hot or even warm water). I strongly recommend this place--but I also strongly recommend that the resident's advocate takes a shower in their bathroom *before* expecting their elderly loved one to. After my father died and I was cleaning out his room, I took a shower and was really shocked and saddened to realize it was actually freezing. I never believed him.

I would give each one a "5". The people are great, I don't know about the food but [name removed] seems to like it and even though he smells ( hues fault) it's clean. I would recommend this community to other families based on the experience we have had so far. I'd like to see my sister-in-law living there as well but she is an Indiana resident.

Very caring. They Keep me informed of any changes. I feel very comfortable with my mom being there. Very clean. Hardest decision I have ever made but is the best one. Would recommend them to anyone.

My mom is currently in the Grand Vic in Sycamore. It is awesome. More like a resort than an assisted living facility. Beautiful! Friendly! Safe! Good food!! Fun activities! If I didn't have a husband and a 5 acre yard to care for....I would be there!!!

We recently had to switch from assisted living to memory care and the staff was excellent in helping. The facility common areas are in excellent shape. My father in laws new room stinks like urine that we cannot get out :( All the staff members have been super helpful. They seem attentive to his needs. He loves the food. They try to engage the residents in the activities.

Having my loved one at Brookstone gives me peace of mind knowing that they care cared for around the clock in a setting that is non institutional. Nursing staff monitor his medications and assist in controlling and monitoring his diabetes. The compassionate care is above expectations, meals are tasty and the proof is the weight gain that was so needed for him to continue to build strength and enable greater mobility; in fact now he only uses a can to walk. Having the rehabilitation in the same building makes it easier on family as we do not have to take time off work to schedule appointments and deal with. If anyone is looking Brookstone would be the place! Very kind and friendly staff; like home away from home!

She likes living in her apartment at heritage Woods. The staff helps my mom every day. She is grateful for the nursing staff as they help her when she needs it. She has adjusted quite well to not living on her own.

My 92 year old sister-in-law stayed at the Cedar Grove facility in Parkersburg, WV for 2 weeks after she broke her leg after a fall. She was very pleased with the food and care. The admission process was stress-free and the staff was patient and attentive.

We were only at Cedar Grove for 6 weeks. It was a very nice facility. One of nicest we us visited in the county. The director was nice and helpful with anything we needed help with. The PT was absolutely AMAZING! We did end up moving mom to a skilled nursing facility.
