My mom loves it here! All staff is very friendly. They are so helpful and willing to assist. One of things she liked is the brightness of the hallway. She also likes their food and the number of hours they are open. I gave her the opportunity to move when my dad passed but she preferred to stay there.

Placed dad in independent living at the Village. He wasn't to sure about this move. Has been there about 2 1/2 months. He is starting to enjoy his place. Likes he can walk hall ways for exercising and doesn't need to worry about weather. Likes having his meals cooked. Seems to enjoy his meals. Stated sometimes it's a bit cold. Going to start some therapy soon. He does enjoy exercise class. Overall he seems to enjoy it more each day.

We picked this community because of the cost, and breakfast, lunch, and dinner is included in the cost. Also, if you need assisted living it is there. They help with cleaning and keeping the room clean. The staff was excellent and very helpful and informative.

This facility is the best in our opinion. My mom was one of the first to reside here. The staff was excellent in every respect We dined there frequently with her. They even had a room for her birthday and we really appreciated it. Many things to do , live entertainment, salon, chapel etc. Well organized and professional nurses outstanding. We strongly recommend this facility.

We re regularly there at Heritage Woods of Noblesville and we have seen how well our loved ones is taken care of. Based on the experience we have had so far we would recommend this community to other families.

I lived alone after my husband died. My home had been built by my husband and I and I never thought about living any where else. But my kids talked me into checking out Brookstone. It was the best for me. I originally thought "just living with a bunch of old people. But I realized they are just people that are old". And they are so helpful here. I really enjoy this joint!

My parents moved to Carriage Crossing in October. My sister and I are very pleased with the cleanliness of the facility. It's modern and tastefully decorated, and any time we have a question or need something we get a quick response. The staff is kind, friendly and attentive. Since my parents moved in they have a renewed zest for life. They are always busy attending activities and enjoy going on joyrides with [name removed]. The social interaction has made a world of difference for them. They've connected with acquaintances from the past and made new friends. My sister and I are pleased to know they are fed, their apartment is cleaned weekly, and their laundry is done. My sister and I call Carriage Crossing "The Ritz of Senior Living!"

My Dad has been a resident for 6 weeks. He boasts about the delicious food and immaculate facilities. After a long day out over the holidays, he returned to his apartment to say “It feels good to be home”. Staff works with families of residents and seeks out solutions to give them their best life. The moment you walk in you are greeted with a big smile from happy residents and staff. Kinda hard to call them staff since they have become an extention of our family. Dad is so happy with all the activities and fantastic food he hardly notices the extra help he was too embarrassed to ask for but truly needed.

My Dad moved in right before Thanksgiving. He was having some memory issues and needed a little more help then he was getting at home. Honestly, this place is like an all inclusive resort. The building is beautiful and well maintained. The staff treat my Dad like family. Dad is so happy with his new home, all the activities and the fabulous meals.

I am a local florist in Arcola. I deliver and assist Carriage Crossing in Arcola. This establishment is one of nicest assisted living and Memory care facilities that I have ever been to. The residents are happy, involved and busy with everyday activities. It is extremely clean and the staff is so kind and will assist in any way they can, not only with the residents, but the visitors as well.

I have visited the community many times and I’m always impressed about how happy the resident seem to be. The food is really good and the care and the staff are fantastic. We will be back soon. i have had the privilege of interacting with the residents. It truly is a happy place!

This is a great place to live. The people are so nice. The food is fantastic. Everything is kept clean. The activities are fun and engaging . I could not ask for a better place for my mom to live at. Amazing.

As soon as you walk in the building you feel welcomed by everyone. The residents are friendly and the care givers go out of their way to make sure you have everything you could want. I wish more facilities ran like this.

Everything was pretty well explained but having any and all financial requirements and processes lined out helps eliminate anxiety. Also to know the medical requirements of the resident needed so family can arrange that as soon as possible. Overall everyone there worked with us very well and at our pace. It was a wonderful experience.

I’ve been here at Carriage Crossing less than 9 months. I’ve made great friends here and I have enjoyed the food and company. This is the best community in the area. Thanks to you all for being so caring and kind.

I like the food. The staff are friendly. This is a nice community to live in. The outings into the community are pleasant. The nursing team takes great care of us. The activities department takes us to places I want to go

Wonderful place to live. I am living here with my husband as he fell and broke his neck, brain bleed, and we needed more care then I could do care of him. This place is friendly and they care about you. I would advise anyone who needs a place for mom or dad. Here is place to come. Good food is a plus here also. Take the tour. You will find out wonderful home.

There are not enough great things that I could say about this community. When you first walk into the facility, there is something different than the other communities in the area. It's beautiful, clean and most importantly it feels welcoming and is clearly a community, not a facility. The staff there are wonderful and genuinely care for their residents. I would recommend this community to anyone looking for an Assisted Living community.
