This community has everything. From medical care, resident activities, outings, fabulous in-house food and a caring professional staff to help you in every way.

It is a wonderful place for my mother to live. She says the staff are very friendly and helpful. They seem to have some fun activities that she enjoys. I already recommend them to others

Great experience. [name removed] knows everything about the facility and answered all of our questions. We really liked the fact that each resident was assigned to a specific caregiver so my auntie would be able to get to know them and not have a different person each time .

The facility takes safety and security very seriously. All public and resident areas of the facility that we toured were immaculate. The staff we encountered was friendly and welcoming. The residents are encouraged to participate in the several activities that happen through out the day. The residents are able to bring furniture, wall art and pictures to make their room very homey and welcoming. Most rooms are single. Due to the relatively small number of residents the staff and administration know the residents by name.

Facility is always clean and bright. Staff has always been very sweet to residents and our family. Wonderful programs daily and very welcoming when I bring young grandchildren to visit. Very good places for us to visit with children both inside and outside!

I really liked the atmosphere here. [name removed] was a great tour guide and also knowledgeable about finances. It's a month-to-month rental. Inside is spacious, atriym-style with lots of light. I didn't taste the food, but the menu looked good.

Brookdale is a very nice place, me and my sister went for a tour. The place is amazing, very nice very welcoming and [name removed] did a great job showing us the facilities. Thank you

They are helpful. Everyone is helpful. The people/employees is what stood out.

The staff is gentle with the residents and they understand dementia. They work really hard. The activities people include everyone no matter the residents ability. They do their best to keep in clean but that's a never ending process. The room size is adequate. The cook, [name removed], is wonderful!

Brookdale Lake Tavares seems to be well run. It is spacious, with lots of rooms (library, bingo/game area, outside areas, large dining room, laundry and more). The staff is knowledgeable, easy to talk to and takes ownership of tasks, even if it isn't theirs. The private rooms are well done and have windows in each area. Our visit was successful and pleasant.

A pleasant and informative visit with a knowledgable and caring administrator. Brookdale Rome has been constantly available for all my questions and correspondences.

Nice layout, open rooms. This is the first place I've visited. Looking in advance for when I'm ready, I will have an idea. I'm a one two several years out.

My dad entered Brookdale Assisted Living in Monroe soon after my mother passed. Needless to say it was a difficult time for him. I could not be happier with the care he has received from the staff there. [Names Removed] are constantly being helpful whenever the need arises. The caring and compassion is obvious. I never have to wait for a responses to my phone calls texts or emails. Two times when my dad had to go to rehab all he talked about was getting back to Brookdale. He says he is so much happier in Brookdale than any other place. I recommend it to anyone that is looking for themselves or their family. There is also a lot of activity going on including parties for birthdays and other special occasions. My dad gives the food a good review. That’s high praise for someone who is about to turn 100 and has eaten in quite a few places.?? I heard all good things when we were looking for a place for him. I have not been disappointed. More importantly, neither has my dad!

The staff is very sweet & efficient. [name removed] is so awesome at getting everyone together for the activities she plans & our Dad enjoys her. I will recommend Brookdale. The only problem is getting a hold of anyone on the weekends.

Staff is very Friendly- helpful. Making is so easy to adjust. I agree you should recommend to others. I am in independent living. Right now and this feels more like a Resort. All the residents say that they have been here for various years and also enjoy living here.

My Husband stayed out there for 9mths. for rehabilitation. I stayed out there with him - it's a beautiful place to live. The staff was nice, the food good and it was clean. And they have events for them to do Bingo on Wednesday and they do arts and crafts. I would recommend it.

This facility has a very warm, welcoming feeling. Everyone seems to really care about the residents and the residents all seem happy.

My FIL was welcomed with open arms. He had only been there a few days, when my MIL died. She never made it to Spruce Wood. He was treated so sweetly by all the residents and staff and I think that really helped him through the hardest days. He is so happy and social already joining clubs and activities. The facility is big enough to offer the amenities but small enough that it feels like family. He's been there since January and I have heard no complaints.

Was so surprised at how large the apartments are! It’s a small facility but the rooms are amazing! Can’t wait for my mom to come here! Thank you a place for mom! I never knew this place existed till I made this call!

Overall experience I can say a 5. What has made the biggest impression is the importance of communication with the residents' families. Such as sending a photo of a love one doing a special activity, update family meetings, staff and aides' positive interaction, not only with residents, but with family members as well.
