Brookdale

[name removed] moved into Mandarin Central in July 2024. She is happy and seems to have settled in well. She has developed meaningful friendships and enjoys the food and socialization. So happy with our choice.

Staff is friendly and helpful. My mom is messy. Yesterday, we found used toilet paper in the shower. My mom refuses care from staff.

We were so impressed that we signed a contract on [date removed]. Staff and existing residents were all very welcoming.

Apartment was just the right size and had really nice natural light. The staff all knew my aunt even though she wasnt there long, they all cared for her well, you could tell everyone really cares about the people there. Management and sales were amazing, so kind and helpful, not pressuring at all. It was a bit expensive but worth every penny. Although my aunt did not participate in activity they had really cool ones for residents. Food was good and snacks were given out freely and some out just for convenience. It was as good of an end of life experience as it could be. Very clean everywhere too, very nice place.

I could not ask for a better place to care for my mom. It is such a relief to not have to worry about her. I can visit anytime, they don't have special visiting hours, which some place do and it would make me feel distrustful if that was the case. I come when I am able and she's always content. What a huge stress it has taken off our entire family.

They have great staff. The food is average, but it's a great place. I would recommend them to others.

The room is very nice and only one person per room. And each room has a private bathroom. Yes, I would recommend it to anyone.

My mom recently moved to Brookdale Falling Creek. We were impressed with the facility and the staff from the first tour we took, and that continued through the whole decision-making process and the whole move-in experience. Multiple workers have checked in on her throughout the day just to see how she is, the medical team has been helpful and accessible, her room feels less “dorm-like” and more “home-like.” We are very thankful!!!

All of the above outstanding awesome!! My sister is finally living in a place where she is enjoying herself as she should be once again!! Kudos to everyone, including yourselves for the tremendous effort and support given to have made all of this possible!!

The staff is great with my mom and they have activities that make her happy. I would recommend them to others.

I would rate the facility as a 5 for each of the questions. It is clean, the food is great. They have lots of fun activities and the staff is very attentive and polite. Admin is great and always willing to help with any concerns that we have.

[name removed] provided information about memory care at Brookdale and led us on a tour of the facility. We will consider the facility should we move to Bend the beginning of 2027. [name removed] is great!

Staff is very caring and helpful. Food is good. My mom only eats fish and they always accommodate her diet. The common living spaces are always immaculate and my moms room Is always very clean. My mom doesn't leave her room or participate in activities.

I have a relative who lives here, and I cannot say enough wonderful things about this community. He truly enjoys living here, and every staff member treats him with kindness, compassion, and respect. It gives me great comfort and peace of mind knowing that he is so well cared for and treated like family.

Overall experience has been amazing. The staff goes above and beyond to accommodate and make my family members feel genuinely cared about. My family loves the food and how they know what their likes and dislikes are. The community and apartments are well maintained and kept tidy. The only improvement I could mention is that a one bedroom is tight for two people, but we are making it work.

All of the people here are super. Meals good, place is clean. Many activities to enjoy. The staff works very hard to make the residents feel at home and cared for. This includes everybody from caregivers to administrative staff.

She's very happy with the activities, food, apartment size. She questions the fabric chair cleanliness and prefers vinyl chairs in common areas but I thought all chairs looked good, quality of care- her "4" must be observed bc she is independent living. She's worked in nursing homes so has an eye for care standards. I can ask more about that score if you would like me to

Brookdale in Lawrenceville was an absolute blessing. My mom was in memory care and the entire staff just loved on her. They were gentle and kind, not only to mom but to all of us. Her room was a great size and was always clean. Mom was not eating much, but they were always encouraging and providing opportunities. I loved that there was always music and many of the residents would play games in the commons area. I just can't say enough about the compassion and care they showed us during our stay. I am forever grateful to have found Brookdale.

Brookdale at Gaines Ranch was a beautiful place for my family member to attend. She was in respite care for three months last year (2025). During that time, she received excellent care from the staff and medical personnel. Her meals were very well prepared and tasty, according to my family member. There were a myriad number of activities and social events that were of interest to her. I recommend Gaines Ranch Brookdale highly.

My 98 year old mother has been a memory resident for almost 2 months. She is well cared for and has shown some weight gain while there that was badly needed. The meals are just right and nutrition a top perk. She is a patient that wants to find every exit. Despite the inclination to escape, the care team is very kind. She will do well under the care at Brookdale.
