Brookdale

I am very happy with Brookdale. The people are very good and the is made fresh every day. There is plenty to do and appt . Is very nice. I would recommend Brookdale to anyone. I have told my friends. The staff is very friendly and through. The foods is always fresh and good!

The staff there is very caring and more than willing to answer any questions I have. [name removed] has been a great help. This is a really good facility.

What we loved at first glance was that it was cozy and small compared to the other places that looked like big hotels. It's homie not overwhelming. The staff is incredible. The aides work well as caregivers and the administrators are great at answering questions and working with us to keep our aunt comfortable and happy.

Been here several weeks. Love our apartment, the choices for meals and not having to cook! Employees are very helpful and are happy. This retirement for women!

5 across the board. Very very positive. They have truly been amazing, supportive, caring and patient. Highly recommend.

The staff and caregivers are excellent. Two caregivers [name removed] and [name removed] are great. The home is always clean. We could not have chosen a better place for [name removed].

We liked it so much we have contracted to place my wife of 50 years into their "memory care" facility. Although it's a bit "pricey" it was far superior to the other five facilities we evaluated.

Truly care about the residents.

The staff are all wonderful—very knowledgeable, patient, and attentive. They take great care of my dad, and every time I visit, I feel welcomed. It means so much to see how well they treat him. One thing that really stands out is how they support his sense of purpose. My dad has always wanted to “work” and feel like he’s contributing, and they allow him to assist with small tasks and chores. That has made such a positive difference for him. The facility is also always clean. They do an excellent job maintaining and sanitizing all areas—from the resident rooms to the kitchen, dining spaces, and common areas.

I would rate them all fives. They took very good care of my mother. I definitely would recommend the facility. When she wasn't eating, the lady that was in charge of the dining room kitchen called me up to tell me my mom wasn't eating and she was concerned and I really appreciated that. The nursing staff always answered any questions that I had. I went there all different times a day almost every day and the place was always clean and everyone was well taken care of.

The staff is kind and always helpful. They are full of cheer and never act like they don't understand what you need. Everyone I have met who has been elsewhere says they are so satisfied with the decision to come here. It is a peaceful but happy place.

The staff are very supportive and knowledgeable. The facility is clean, well maintained, and there are enriching activities every day. I would live here.

We recently toured the facility in Williamsville, NY. We found it clean and in good repair. The residents we met seemed happy and our tour guide and staff were friendly and knowledgeable. There is a nice common area and plenty of activities. There was no dedicated chapel for prayer, but the tour guide said they would put Sunday Mass on the television in the common area. Also, there were no individual thermostat controls in the resident's rooms. Overall, we would be very comfortable that mom would receive good care at Brookdale.

It was a treasure to tour this property and learn more of what it offers. It is an older facility but maintained nicely and had many options for social gatherings, entertainment and pleasant surrounds to relax and 3nhoy. The view over the lake is peaceful and offers a nice walking path. The apartment offered had a view and was clean and nice sized rooms. The property manager was patient, informative and easy to talk with. The halls are a little narrow but residents took pride in their entry doors. Very pleasant environment. We did not stay for lunch but were given delicious cookies made in the kitchen. The cost was competitive and fair. The front entryway is plain and does not forecast the amenities within.

We had a really good day. The food was excellent. The staff was very knowledgeable and helpful. The residents seem happy and friendly.

The staff was very friendly and seemed happy. They were visible engaging with residents. They kindly offered us lunch which my father in law enjoyed. ( he had wondered about what the food was like) the head of dietary came to talk with him . The facility was clean with many activities

My dad is very happy at Brookdale Grandon Farms! He loves the food and you can get second. The room is large and clean. He has made from friends and they have plenty of activities.

The staff there seem like they truly care about their residents. They are very accommodating and inclusive

It was a very good experience. I left there feeling very positive. The facility was clean and didn’t smell. The tour guide, [name removed] was very kind and knowledgeable. She was not in a hurry even though she was working after hours. All in all I was impressed.

The residence seemed happy, and my mother is excited about becoming part of the community. Even during the tour, she was already starting to make friends. It appears that the staff is very engaged, and they’re always friendly.
