Brookdale

I had a virtual tour with a tour guide. The outdoor landscape and curb appeal of the buildings were excellent. Inside the buildings, there was modern design and comfortable common areas. The dining room, movie theater, exercise facilities, and beauty salon were impressive. I toured a studio, a studio with alcove, and a 1 bedroom unit. They were not furnished, but I prefer to view units without furniture. I can easily picture my furniture and decor in the unit. All 3 types of units were roomy, clean, and well maintained. I had a great tour guide, who answered my questions and volunteered information that he thought I might need. I would highly recommend taking a tour to anyone interested in Brookville Westover Hills for their future residence.

My mother and I enjoyed our tour of Brookdale in Boynton Beach. The facility is beautifully laid out. The dining rooms are great. We toured the room that she would stay in for respite care when we needed it, and she was pleased with that. The grounds are well kept the director was amazing and made her feel right at home when the time comes that we need a place for her to stay if we are out of town for extended time I will definitely reach out to Brooke Dale.

We thought this place was very nice and what we are looking for. If we decide to place our mom, this will be the place.

The facility is well run and provides an excellent community for my mother. My only comment is the facility is showing its age and needs to under go a full renovation. They are upgrading the furnishings but more needs to be done.

The staff and care at Brookdale has exceeded all expectations. We are happy with the level of care given to my uncle

My Mother has been living at Brookdale Park Place for 9 years in independent living and has recently moved to assisted living. She has a a wonderful experience there in independent living. She has joined several clubs including reading club and bridge club. She has been on several field trips over this time including the museums, botanic gardens, and plays. Over this time the staff and administration has been very responsive to her physical and medical needs. Her move to assisted living has been hard but the staff at Park Place has been so helpful and made the move go smoothly. We as a family really appreciate the service at Brookdale Park Place and know that the great service will continue.

My Mom has lived at Brookdale Park Place for almost 10 years now. I have realized that during this time, BPP has become not only her home, but a home for all of us, too. We now have so many good memories of being together at BPP that I do feel like it's where all of us belong, not just Mom. That starts with [name removed] excellent communication and care and filters down through her whole staff: [names removed] at the front desk, [names removed] and all the excellent helpers in Brookdale at Home, [name removed] and the kitchen staff, [name removed] in finance, and on and on. I recommend BPP to anyone who will listen and, if I'm visiting Mom and see a tour happening for a potential new resident, I make sure to encourage them to move in.

What made it such a positive experience is the Director was welcoming and listened for what the need was. The place is small with 37 residence. Also, did not smell like urine.

I love the fact that the facility only has 24 residents and a good amount of staff. Everything was very clean, the staff was kind and engaged with residents.

There was a sense of warmth, calm and security here that we hadn't felt as we visited other communities. We didn't come for a tour, but it was a pleasant surprise that there was no locked unit or sterility about the place. Everyone was attentive and welcoming, including the residents!

The staff is amazing. They are kind and compassionate to both the residents and the family members. I feel so blessed to have found Brookdale Oak Hollow. They were the answer to my prayers.

Very impressed with our visit. Nicest facility that we have seen so far. This will be our first choice when we are ready for assisted living.

Liked the layout & the philosophy of care. The rooms were comfortable and attractive. The courtyard was very homey. Sadly it was our of our price range. the staff we met were very friendly and welcoming.

Brad and his team are very professional. His single room was very clean when he moved in. I would recommend them to others who are searching for memory care for their loved one.

The staff has been very helpful and accommodating helping us transition Bill from TX to WA. Food and menu are a highlight for Bill. He enjoys several of the activities and gets along well with the staff and residents.

From the moment we walked into the community, Jessica made us feel welcomed, heard, and truly cared for. Touring a memory care can be such an emotional and overwhelming experience for families, but Jessica took the time to answer every question with compassion, patience, and honesty. What stood out the most was how much she genuinely cares about the residents and their families. She explained everything thoroughly, introduced us to staff and residents, and helped us picture what life could look like for our loved one in the community. The environment felt warm, engaging, and full of kindness. We are so grateful for the time she spent with our family and would highly recommend touring with her.

The staff is very friendly and helpful. They take great care of my parents.

They really get to know the residents. The outings and experiences throughout the day/month and how they connect residents to make "like minded" friends. My mom feels safe and supported. It was not the largest nor the smallest place we visited. Brookdale is Enough for her to feel seen but not forgotten. It feels like home to her and clearly the residents too. They have pride in where they live
