Brookdale

[name removed] was very helpful with answering many of my questions about what price would be to bring my husband here for care! She answered my questions and understood my situation in making a decision in the future! Thank you so very much!

A member of the marketing staff gave us a tour and answered some questions regarding costs and services provided. Very pleasant and professional. We are some years away from needing to move into a retirement community but we are looking now so we can prepare. The facility was clean and the apartments we visited seemed adequate.

It's a smaller community so while they don't have the same variety of activities and food, it's good for those who feel a smaller community would be better for their loved one.

I toured this community today and so glad I did! When I first called a place for mom for help I received a call right away from [name removed] and she was so reassuring and understanding of my hard situation. Seeing the place was just as wonderful

A wonderful and inviting environment. Lovely rooms with plenty of space. Friendly staff that seemed more than happy to go that extra mile if needed. Overall a top pic. And a great location.

My husband entered Brookdale basicly wheelchair bound due to weak legs. After a couple months he is now using a walker most of the time. He praises the staff for their pleasant assistance and personal care.

Overall impressions, was that of a caring and cozy environment. Staff seemed very pleasant. I would recommend this place.

He was there for only six hours before he landed in the ER and was in the hospital for two days then passed away. I would highly recommend Brookdale because they have amazing staff from the Manager down. Delightful people who made things so seamless. Great facility.

A clean, well maintained community with an excellent leadership team. This community is a 2 story building with assisted living and memory care services. The activities calendar is full with a variety of age appropriate programs.

A close friend was a resident at Brookdale Beckett Meadows. I witnessed firsthand the dedication and hardworking staff at the facility. An employee in particular stood out: [name removed]. [name removed] exemplified the care and compassion I witnessed at Brookdale. [name removed] was attentive to any concerns I had and immediately followed up with the appropriate staff. [name removed] was compassionate in her dealings with all facility residents. She was personal and proactive. It was evident to me that [name removed] took her responsibilities seriously and cared for the residents. I witnessed [name removed] interactions with residents. The interactions were always positive and reassuring. Knowing [name removed] sincere nature and assurances eased my concerns about my friend.

My mom has been here around 6 months now and she is her old self again. The residents that live here are so friendly and she has made friends! Management has been great handling issues and concerns quickly. It’s a nice community not overly big

The staff that cared for my wife in her final years was outstanding. [names removed] and others were so caring and so supportive. When my wife first entered Brookdale, I had issues with the management but kept my wife there because of the staff that was with her day-to-day. I'm glad now because the newer management was also supportive and caring. They answered emails and calls and listened when I had concerns. But in my wife's last days, it was the staff closest to her that were so special.

This place is so kind! I just toured on [date removed] and [name removed] was amazing! I have been to so many places and never was given such reassurance and care as a loved one. All the staff and residents were smiling and it made me feel at home. Thank you a place for mom for getting me a tour at this assisted living.

Staff was very supportive, easy to work with, care was good, room was clean and well taken care of, my husband did not participate in any activities, food was generally tasty. I would recommend them to others who are searching for a place for their loved one.

The thing that I found most convincing, although everyone that I spoke with was nice was open, was glad to share and answer questions… the thing that stuck with me after a week of touring several places that were similar in the area was laughter. It wasn’t the atmosphere of modern efficiency that every place had, but it was the sound of people talking and laughing… throughout the whole facility. Sometimes I saw them but many times I didn’t. There was a lightness to the atmosphere that I found unique and there were other factors I considered too, of course, but that was the gut reaction and that was what I was looking for because that kind of firmed it up for me, that there is life beyond home even though it’s a difficult time and a difficult choice. But my goal from the beginning was to make it not just a comfortable place for me but a reasonable place, distance-wise and timewise for my family to be able to stay in contact with me.

The community has a dedicated Memory Care building, which provides a comfortable and focused environment for residents. The staff are kind, friendly, upbeat, and always helpful, showing genuine attentiveness to each resident’s individual needs. We also appreciate the weekly newsletter sent to families that includes updates and lead staff contact information, which helps us stay connected. My mom enjoys the food much more than she did at her previous CCRC, and she looks forward to the activities offered. She especially likes flower arranging, cooking, and gardening, which keep her engaged and happy.

5 for all. We are so happy with everything these folks do for our Mom. She's so happy too! This is our 3rd assisted living and we've been in 3 rehabs over the past 3 years and this is by far the absolute BEST! Staff is AMAZING!!!! The staff is so wonderful and consistent. Most ASF have lots of turnover but these folks have been there the whole time and they really seem to love working there. I'm a nurse and I know how hard their jobs are and not just the nurses/CNA's but everyone from the activities team to the back office are just wonderful. We'll go in towards the end of dinner time to visit and they offer us dinner and dessert!!! Just amazing service. It's clean and never has that ASF smell. It's not the fanciest of places (money is no object and we've been in those too) but it's cozy and really the right place for our mom. Only 40ish residents and even the residents are great. We feel like rock stars when we go to visit (which is about 4 x/week) everyone is so friendly and accommodating. Our son is getting married on Saturday and the beautician is coming in just for her to do her hair and one of the CNA's is going to help transport and go to the wedding with us in case she needs any help. I can't say enough wonderful things about this place and the people...it's just awesome.

Everyone is friendly and approachable. All areas are very clean. Pleasant scents throughout the facility. I would recommend them to others who are searching for care for their loved one.

We're very impressed with the staff and facility. Everyone has made my father very welcome. He's in independent living in a studio apartment and it's perfect for him. The employees are kind and attentive. From our initial tour through move-in, and after, the Brookdale team has been outstanding. Excellent dining options and many activities each day to keep my father engaged. Participate as much as you like as a resident and family is made to feel most welcome. On-site 24/7 nursing staff is wonderful. We appreciate the regular communication the Brookdale team has with my father and with me and my family. We're so pleased he is thriving in this environment. Excellent value. Clean, but a little refresh to paint touch ups around the elevator, and new carpeting throughout would be welcome.

I went to Mediterranean lunch in spindale home. The food was wonderful the staff was top of the line. Had a A plus day and lunch. Learn about diet and plan on starting I. Again thanks to great lunch
