What we like the most about the community is that it is clean, the staff are friendly and helpful and the food is good. Yes, we would recommend Brookdale Potomac community to others

My daughter and I visited Brookdale Oak Park. Rep is very knowledgeable of the facility and what it has to offer. It is very clean and well-managed. A few residents also stopped us and told us what a great job they do there. Rep also invited us back any time we want, and answered all our questions.

It was all very positive. [name removed] was great very nice. Gave me a tour of the entire place. I met some other staff members and some of the residents. The place is neat clean well maintained I have no negatives. Which stood after me was the staff they were very professional and very polite

The staff had been incredibly kind and helpful, working with my mother to get everything she needs. The facility is clean and the patients seem very happy. The activities aren't always my mother's favorite (She is not religious unlike most residents, so activities catered to their worship aren't her favorite) but every need she has had had been dealt with. She also has not liked soup her whole life, so when she says their soup is amazing, you know it is true.

My Aunt has been with Brookdale for 8 years and at this particular one for almost two years. She has been well taken care of throughout her years living at Brookdale. The staff and Management have always been great to her. I am very happy with Brookdale.

My Mom has been here for over a year. Things have improved greatly in the last year. The staff is so caring. I don't know how they can be so kind all the time. Dealing with my Mom can be challenging.

Lovely tour by two very knowledgeable ladies. Very helpful in explaining facility and how everything works.

The staff, activity director, activities, food/dining is wonderful. [name removed] is doing great! Everything about his room is always clean. I know it's hard to get all the washing done for each patient is tough. Last time I was there [name removed] and I went and washed his clothes. It was a good outing for him.

They have excellent cleanliness, no bad smells, staff polite and nice. Has daily activities that include residents. Gives daily schedules to the residents on what is going on that day and times happening. Good experience so far. Only been able to observe since Dec. 2025.

The sales associate, [name removed], provided great information. She's very knowledgeable and transparent. The community is clean, updated and spacious. I toured every unit they had. The residents all seemed happy and glad to be there.

Brookdale Senior Living has been an absolute blessing for our family. The staff is compassionate, attentive, and truly treats residents with dignity and respect. The community is clean, welcoming, and well-maintained, with engaging activities that keep residents active and happy. Communication with families is excellent, and it’s clear they genuinely care. We have complete peace of mind knowing our loved one is safe, supported, and valued every single day

Caring, honest and a very clean facility that's operated extremely professionally and well

The meals are not diabetic friendly. However, what we like the most about the community is their friendly environment with an open door policy. Facility has a homey feeling, the residents seem to be happy and involved in the activities.

Trinity Towers Corpus Christi, has a lot to offer. Staff seemed engaged and kind. Beautiful environment. Loved the pool. Needs a lifeguard and swim classes. Beautiful dining areas. Great views from the independent living building.

We find this community to be the next best thing to home, and my aunt is doing well overall. She's happy here, which means a great deal to our family. The only area that could use some improvement is the dining experience, as it can feel a bit rushed at times and occasionally requires multiple interactions to place an order. Additionally, while we have noticed some administrative staff turnover, we are hopeful that the high level of care will continue without interruption. Overall, we truly appreciate the support and care she receives.

The help & support were amazing. I had no idea that this is what a place for mom was. I've told people about it since then thank you very much for the help you gave and I know I'll be calling you soon for more help..
