This place is a lifesaver. All the people working all the time are all great. I certainly would recommend them to others who are searching for a place for their loved one.

Some staff are bilingual, but not strong in English. Hard of hearing residents may have issues. They try hard to work with individuals personalities and honor Vets...

I have been a resident here for close to a year. I love that this community is lowkey and non invasive. - this is my place of comfort. They have a variety of opportunities for many, games, religious activities , reading, and more! Truly something to everyone should come and see.

Looks and feels good … will need more time to have a meal and talk to current residents. I hope to return to gather more data.

If it weren’t for my major gardening addiction, I would LOVE to live there. From first entering, and feeling like we were about to check in to a posh hotel, to meeting [name removed](incredibly friendly), to all the social opportunities and ample apartments, I fell in love.

The complete focus of the entire staff on the residents. (Activity Directors, Marketing Director, Nursing Directors, etc...) I could tell it was the expectation for all and they were all in it together. My father had been there a little over a month and I am more impressed every day. Got a call today from the Director of Nursing. She noticed my Dad was struggling to make a call on his cell phone. He was trying to call me. So she used her phone and called me so he could talk to me. Who does that? She could have been in her office doing all the tasks she needed to get done. But she is out and about and checking on the staff and residents.

They were flexible and able to work quickly. I would recommend! Albeit was for a very specific situation.

The people at Brookdale were so kind. The 1 bedroom apartment is what took the cake!! It was so far better than the other places we toured. The pricing is fair and I would recommend it!! We couldn't be happier!! Thanks for helping us get there!! An absolute 5 from starting with you all and finding the perfect fit for [name removed] my brother-in-law!!

We are very lucky to have my mom at BSC! She is very happy and it's been like family. All of the executive staff know each resident and their families by name. They gently encourage participation in the daily activities which gets residents out of their rooms, creating friendships. I know that when I go out of town, which is frequently, I have the peace of mind that my mom will be safe and cared for.

[name removed] gave an amazing tour of the facility and showed us many of the offerings and amenities. Very spacious apartments and welcoming atmosphere. Felt like we were up north at a resort. I love it and hope my mom chooses Rose Arbor!

We were highly impressed with the facility; it was clean the people we met were very friendly. [name removed] spoke with us and provided details. He answered all of our questions without hesitation. My daughter accompanied me there and she is a nurse that once worked in that type of environment. She too liked what we were shown. Thanks Very Much

Brookdale Cypress Lakes Assisted Living stands out in Fort Myers, Florida as our Best Choice for a New Home for our Mom!! She loves it! This quality facility has a caring, friendly and proactive staff - and a vibrant activity calendar with amenities that outshine most Assisted Living facilities! The price was a value better than anywhere we had toured, and made it possible for Mom to live this ‘next stage of life’ in such a beautiful, family-like Community! We wholeheartedly recommend you bring your loved one’s for a tour at Brookdale Assisted Living, Cypress Lakes before making a final decision - We sure are so glad we did!!!

Very nice facility and lovely staff who were informative and kind especially [name removed] and [name removed]. Residents seemed happy and plenty of activities for enjoyment.

Activities, friendly staff, good food, very pleasant vibes always. The surroundings are beautiful, people are friendly, a concerned and caring staff. Overall a great place to live.

When I compared with the [community removed], which cost the same amount, the Dr. Phillips location is so much more upscale and beautiful and location is better too for class of living and everyone has been extremely friendly. I have never had a call about a concern with mom since I moved her in [date removed]. I have gone to visit mom every couple of days since I moved her in and have been extremely happy with the kindness of all of the staff

My grandma has been living here at Beckett Meadows for a couple of years in assisted living. There are some wonderful staff members who treat us like family. Resident Care Coordinator [name removed] is especially wonderful and takes care of any and all issues. Med tech [name removed] is very warm and always greets my grandma with great kindness. [name removed] too is responsive and there for us- she is a caregiver and med tech. [name removed] is a beloved caregiver for us- she even does my grandma’s hair with curlers and makes her feel beautiful. There are others too! The facilities are dated and there are some cosmetic problems, but the people who take care of the residents really care and do a good job. Thank y’all for treating my grandma so respectfully.
