Very friendly environment. Not too big so doesn't feel overwhelming. Staff are super nice and do a great job being super attentive to residents needs. Many activities scheduled throughout the day and nice outside areas to sit or go for a walk

The staff was fantastic with my mother. From the time she got there to the time of her passing. Staff individually knew her and cared for her well. She always looked presentable. When she passed caregivers, stopped us in the hall. And said something kind about her... Which really let us know that they truly knew her. Staff knows my dad very well. The only complaint my dad has is, he doesn't quite enjoy the food.

Love the staff at the arbors. They also take long-term care insurance. I highly recommend

It seems a beautiful, clean environment. The staff was friendly and welcoming. I didn't see many residents but those I saw seem to be active and engaged (they were drumming). It's beyond our budget, but based on that tour, I would have loved to have my mother there.

We really enjoyed our tour. Crescent Point is lovely and in a great location. The staff were welcoming and knowledgeable and the residents we saw were friendly. We liked it the best of the places we saw and decided it was a good fit for myself and my husband. We're in the process of filling of out our applications. It's hard to sell our home that we love, but we think we'll be happy in Crescent Point.

They are wonderful- can't recommend this place enough! The staff from management to daily care personnel went out if their way to assist me with issues with my Aunt. Facilitated arranging outside care as well as handling pharmacy issues. This put my mind at ease for a smooth transition.

The location is very beautiful. It's very close to the water and there's water views from certain parts of the building. We had toured another benchmark community and like that as well, but primarily the location was what sold us. But in general, the offer offerings in both assisted living in Memory Care. We felt were exceptional and perhaps it's because we didn't even know that this existed outside of a nursing home setting. I will also say that everyone is very nice. Everyone knows the residents by name and people have just been very gracious to us since we were in a difficult situation looking for care for my mother and trying to move my father into assisted living as well. I would absolutely recommend a benchmark community

First and foremost the staff is intimate with the residents, treat them with respect, empathy and always look out for their well being. Provides a safe and happy environment with activities for residents at all different phases of their journey

The staff is attentive and very professional, from staff to nurses aids. My dad is very happy there. I would recommend them to others who are searching for care for their loved one. One reason we chose the Atrium is because there is no hallways. All rooms lead out to a common area, making it easier to mingle and socialize.

[name removed], Director of Community Relations at Benchmark, was wonderful to deal with. She gave me a tour of the facility and all the information needed to decide if this is the right place for my Aunt. My Aunt needs a lot of assistance and care. She was always available for any questions. Also, I felt a very warm and friendly feeling upon entering Benchmark. It was like being at home. I felt the same way when I walked around the 3rd floor which is the Memory Care floor. They have a lovely outdoor deck on the 3rd floor that can be used in the warm weather. It is nice that you can easily access it right there. Benchmark is a good value for what you're getting on the Memory Care Floor. There is a nurse there 24/7. There is more staff than my Aunt had at Atria. So more eyes on her. Lots of activities.

This is a wonderful place that offers amenities for people that are further along in their life journey.

So far I give it 5 stars. The people are very nice and accommodating, my moms room is always clean and she is Always dressed well and happy when I visit. I have not seen the food but she does say it's good. The aids are very good at monitoring her as well. Overall would recommend the senior staff listen and reach out I get updates too

Everyone is courteous & helpful. And the food isn't too bad as my late Aunt would say. I would recommend them to others who are searching for a place for their loved one.

Food's better than institutional food, the cleaning people, aids, nurses, and memory loss supervisor are gracious. My wife's first answer when asked to do something is NO, but she is thankful to them after. And they like her

Overall it has been a very good experience especially coming from 6 months of rehab facilities. The staff is great. There are all kinds of activities. The residents are amazingly outgoing and friendly which made the transition very easy. That is what I like most about the facility. A lot of places profess this but the truth is the relationships are between the resident and the staff. At Benchmark, the residents have wonderful friendships. There were a couple of hiccups such as her furniture not fitting in the room she was given forcing us to upgrade to a larger more expensive room at the last minute. There was a breakdown in communication and I recently found out that my sister was not scheduled for regular showers although that has since been corrected. My sister is a vegetarian and I never thought to mention it beforehand. She is the only one at the facility and since protein is served at each meal, her variety is limited. They do have a consistent menu apart from the daily specials from which she can order so she can always find something that she can eat. I have chosen not to dine with her because the portions are small and expensive for visitors. Overall, I would recommend Benchmark to anyone. However, as with all places, you need to keep your eyes open and make sure things are being done as expected as things can and do fall through the cracks. That said, they do everything they can to correct any problems. My sister is very happy there.

Benchmark at Orchard Valley was a truly special place for my mom, and I am deeply grateful for the care she received there. From the start, the strong sense of community and genuine compassion made a meaningful difference during her year in assisted living. As her health needs changed, she transitioned to Harbor for additional care and memory support, and that transition was handled with kindness, professionalism, and respect. The administration and medical care were excellent, and the support I received as her caregiver had a lasting impact on both my life and hers. The facility was always immaculate, my mom enjoyed the food, and the aids, nurses and executive director were incredibly supportive as her health declined. They also helped connect me with excellent alternative care when it was needed. Most importantly, they truly cared about my mom until the end of her life. I highly recommend Benchmark at Orchard Valley at Wilbraham for assisted living and memory care.

It's an overall 5. I could pick apart vs. the "higher end" place she was in before: not as many amenities and activities, but Mom doesn't need the extras she had been paying for. Every person at Benchmark Ridgefield is friendly and helpful to everyone, and so patient and sweet with the residents. I would 100% recommend Benchmark Ridgefield to other families. I feel like their staff went above and beyond to get to know my mom and tailor their care to her needs.

There are many activities. The facility is very clean. All the staff go out of their way. My dad really likes the food too.

For me the staff and nursing staff in the memory care unit is what made it such a positive experience. My mom had a couple incidents they were right on top of. They take good care of people in memory care. I wish my mother could have experienced the other section with the dining hall. The community of residents was very nice there.
