Benchmark Senior Living

I would rate it 5 stars. My mom has had some health concerns off and on, and the nursing staff there has been very diligent in informing me and following up. She has a studio apartment which is spacious and easy for her to navigate. The desk staff always talks to her, the directors are very involved, the restaurant service is kind and courteous and the menu is varied. Mom loves the seafood and the ice cream! Just a wonderful experience overall, and the building is well kept and lovely!

I would give them all 5s. They have been excellent with the whole overall process of getting my parents in. The administration staff and director Amy is excellent. My parents are having a hard time with the transition and Benchmark's staff is kind and supportive. They are working with my parents to slowly transition them in.

Wonderful experience overall. Donna was great! All the staff were pleasant. The building was very well maintained and residence very willing to speak on their good experiences at Benchmark.

We had a tour of the facility and a meeting with the tour guide. He was very knowlegable and answered our questions. We were shown a one-bedroom apartment and it seemed suitable. The faclity seemed clean, comfortable, and well managed.

Very pleasant experience. Everyone that we spoke with was extremely nice. The facility is very beautiful and everything was perfect organized.

I had the opportunity to visit this facility last week. I was impressed with the ample parking and overall cleanliness of the grounds and facility. We were welcomed by the staff and our tour was very informative. We were not rushed through or made to feel that we were causing any backup of people's time. Very friendly administration staff, nursing care, and maintenence department. Overall very pleased with this facility. Hoping my family will be able to make a clear decision on placement into memory care soon.

Wonderful place. Warm inviting and beautifully maintained. Gina was very knowledgable and made us feel very confident.

Every single staff member were amazing. Some of them even spent some of their own time talking with him. They cared about every aspect of his wellbeing. They offered many activities and tried to engage him, but he was still going through the adjustment of not living on his own, he was starting to take part in things before he past. Everything was clean. The staff were always smiling. The food was good, they did listen when constructive feedback was made. The room was small, but that was the size we selected. It was expensive, but I feel the quality of care was worth the cost.

The intake staff were great and things seem to be going well so far, She did say they serve too much fish but she is super picky. Cleanliness is great. Size of the room to us is what she needs but she is still adjusting to downsizing from a 2br 2 bath condo with full kitchen. so it will take time. But it is all appropriate for her situation.

Staff was always readily available. Location and appearance of the facility were the main reasons we chose Arbors of Bedford.

Everything from the first meeting to move in day was informative and very well explained. All staff from Administration to Maintainace were awesome. They seem to treat every client as individuals not as a group

Place is very clean and always smelt fresh. They bent over backwards in the dining room and the meals were fantastic. The ladies that ran the activities were so positive and fun even though a lot of times they ran into resistance from the people living there. The front desk staff was always friendly and made you feel welcome. Being a smaller facility it definitely felt like everyone was family. I only have one complaint. I realize that it is a business and they have to raise money but if someone passes you should not have to give a 30 day notice and pay for that. If you chose to move out then I agree with the policy.

The staff is exceptional each and every day. From top to bottom they take care of any and all needs. Everyone is kind, caring, and loving. They honestly never cease to amaze me. The facility is quite pretty and always clean. My mom's visitors are always impressed by its appearance. There are activities all day every day and the staff always welcomes any suggestions of new ideas. They offer trips to shops and restaurants regularly and even transportation to doctors visits if needed. If there is a need that you may have, they have got you covered. My experiences at Willow Crossings had been nothing short of exceptional and I can't imagine a better place for a loved one. I would recommend them a million times over! I would want anyone in need of this type of facility to absolutely check them out. They have given my family such a sense of peace. Absolutely totally satisfied with them

The Branches of Framingham is a wonderful facility. It is not only beautiful but the staff is outstanding. From the moment we arrived for the tour my Aunt felt so comfortable. After our time spent with [name removed] talking about the community and the tour we knew this was the place for her.

The positive energy of the staff. Also several residents who made my in-laws feel very welcome on first visit.

My mom has been living at Arbors for almost a year now and it's been a great experience overall. The staff is welcoming and I love seeing the managers out and about with the staff and residents. They have a dog too! Nothing like being greeted by a sweet lab named [Name Removed]. Programs are 7 days a week and nurses is there around the clock. If my mom declines, she doesn't have to move. The building is older, but Arbors has been around for at least a decade, so it goes to show how good they are. My Mom isn't always easy, but they have no issues caring for her. Angels!

Wonderful place, just not the right placement for my father. Caring and responsive staff. Residents appeared happy.

The facility and staff are excellent. We were warmly greeted and given a complete tour. All of our questions were answered.

My dad was there for respite care. The facility is clean, staff incredibly caring and helpful, always activities happening for residents, food was very good.

We loved benchmark. The employees there treated my mother-in-Law with love and respect. [name removed] the director is great to work with and was willing to accommodate our requests. I would recommend bench mark to anyone.
