Benchmark Senior Living

MP is a very nice place to visit and to live. The apartments are a perfect size to take care of all your living needs. Very clean and welcoming. The spaces outside of your apartment offers so much for the renters to experience. Also the spaces they have for the families to come and visit and enjoy family gatherings with their family member is amazing.

I toured Kensington place with my family and was very impressed with the facility as a whole. The rooms for assisted living were generous and size. The dining area is beautiful. There were many opportunities for activities as well as transportation. We also toured memory care and we were very impressed with the small size of the community, the activities and engagement for the residents and everything that was offered. It was an immediate contender for consideration.

Genuinely friendly and caring staff, tremendous meals (especially breakfast ??!). Full interesting activities schedule all day long. I was there for 2 months while recovering from surgery, but the longer term residents all seem to enjoy their time at Benchmark Chelmsford Crossings. A wonderful interactive experience!

Modern, helpfulness of staff to ensure a success transition that fit our budget constraints and desire to ensure our success. Great food, the gifting of a cranberry loaf had my neighbor staying signup. 100% closeness in proximity relieved substantial stress. Church members have already visited, ease of form submissions and tools online. I like the room that they have available to reserve for family events. Also made room on floor to match my mom's demeanor and with easy access best elevator which helped at move- in. Easily setup great services for speech therapy, occupational therapy and physical therapy which has her walking better with a cane already. They don't seem to be fully able to follow instructions left by family due to instructions and details not being carried over from shift to shift.

We were impressed with the tour and we now feel the timing may be too soon to move to an Active Living Facility. When we decide we are ready we would definitely consider New Pond Village. This facility fits our search requirements for all three phases of retirement living.

The staff is friendly and caring, and have kept me updated on any issues mom may be having. Lots of activities and mom has made many new friends in her short time there. She has been very happy with the food/dining and I've enjoyed it as well. Building is well kept and clean as well as her apartment, which is a good size for her, a one bedroom, which fit a full size bed, dresser, armoire, nightstand. Other room has love seat, two end tables, TV stand and a kitchen table with two chairs.

They were awesome, especially [name removed] the director of the Memory care unit. My mom was in a different community, and we had to move her out for lack of care. Benchmark was so kind to us and my mom for the last 6 months of her life.

Great advice from a place for mom. Her dr loved the amenities and thought it would be perfect fit. . I'd recommend highly

The staff have been extremely kind, take the time with residents to insure they are safe and well cared for, they know residents by name and what their care needs are, this includes the housekeeping staff to the administration, as well as nursing.

Yes, it was a good experience. I filled out the application around 7:00 am and I was contacted about 8:00 am, I couldn't believe the quick response. It seemed a place was available for my friend within a couple of days! Which was just what we needed.

My meeting with the Admissions Director, [removed name], of the Village at East Farms Waterbury was very informative. She listened to my concerns and needs for my wife and guided me in the right direction...even though it was not specifically toward the East Farms Assisted Living community. The Village at East Farms is a very nice and immaculately clean facility. The staff were all friendly and inviting. I would enjoy living there myself. However, my wife needs a nursing home that can handle her advancing dementia related problems.

I Iike the layout of the facility and the fact that its one level. The staff is pleasant, caring, and well qualified. Mom did not want to leave her home but she is thriving there.

I enjoyed my visit to Benchmark. The facility is beautiful and the amenities robust. Management has thought of everything to make those considering Benchmark feel welcome and cared for. The host for my visit provided all I needed and wanted to know, in a professional and personable manner.

The experience for my mother as well as my working with the Birches has been outstanding. My mother is so happy there and is treated with love. I would highly recommend the Birches to anyone who is seeking a community for themselves or a family member facilitating this. I am very grateful. My mother has had this wonderful experience where she feels cared for and safe. I could go on and on, but I'm going to stop there.

Sturges Ridge is a wonderful place but it is expensive. Overall it is a very good place with a lot of activities, the people are nice and friendly.

Absolutely recommend - Mom's only been there almost 2 months and is still getting acclimated but she is loving it so far! We chose them because of the , proximity, customer reviews and customer service

The staff (administrative and on the floor) is strong, the place is really in great shape, and it's nice to see how well known my dad is to the team even after just a couple of weeks. A few times we've dropped in, he was just in front of the TV, and while I know it's not possible to be doing activities all the time (of course) I hope there are sometimes when they are doing more than just watching TV.

The whole staff has gone above and beyond in helping get things done.
