Benchmark Senior Living

We've been very happy with The Atrium at Drum Hill so far. They have been nothing but amazing keeping mom safe and happy as well as helping us navigate whatever is thrown our way. Mom has been having more of a decline recently and has been requiring more assistance. The staff has gone above and beyond treating her with the utmost respect, dignity, and care. Of course there are always a few small things with every place to dislike but the good at Drum Hill greatly outweighs any negatives. Would definitely recommend the facility.

I would give Atrium highest marks on everything but price. Not sure your services could be offered for less but I worry about how long almost any family can afford your care for many years.

My Mom (92 years old with long term dementia, wheelchair) has spent the past year in "The Harbor", the secure Memory Care Unit at Nashua Crossings. It has been the best experience for both of us! Mom is happy, well fed, entertained with many activities, and comfortable with all of the familiar faces. It is obvious that she feels loved by all of her caregivers as well as other staff members. Lots of hugs are shared. She has a generous private bedroom with 3/4 bath and the entire building is very clean, no odors, with many friendly staff members in every area. The residents in other areas are often about and also seem happy and friendly. As the family member, I know that I can call at any time about any concern I might have about Mom- or the RN may call me if she has any questions. It is such a relief to know that my Mom is being lovingly cared for as I can not do myself. I needed to move Mom to [community removed] as they accept Medicaid and Mom ran out of money.....

This place is lovely...the folks that are working there are wonderful , their active programs create healthy alternatives and the grounds the facilities are beautifully maintained. It is so much more and still affordable. I couldn't be happier.

The aids the environment the location and the hospice staff I would rate a 5. Not as pleased with some other factors, 30 day assessment to determine continued level of care has not yet been done and it's over 60 days, family has some questions about medication and we're not aware of all prescribed medications. Family following up on these and hope to have them addressed successfully.

The staff are all very nice and friendly. The food and dinning are always good and delicious. We really don't have many activities. I would absolutely recommend this community to others!

It takes a good month for staff to know your loved ones needs and you need to communicate your concerns with the ones that signed you on and the higher up, otherwise they don't know what's going on. The staff is wonderful and very happy to please. They treat the Residents like family and make me feel like family. I would recommend The Arbors of Bedford and I thank A Place For Mom for their recommendation

My mother went into Waltham Crossings on [date removed]. She had a difficult beginning which I knew she would. She was a big escape risk. Waltham Crossings has a solid plan in place to make sure the Memory care residents do not get out. Once my mother adjusted, she spent most of her days walking all around the memory care floor. She has not been in that good shape since she was 70 years old. The nurses are excellent in the Memory Care unit. They get to know every patient The CNA's are great and very patient and smiling to the residents I am so glad I chose Waltham Crossings

This week is his 1 year anniversary. I am very grateful that I found Whisper Woods. The staff is exceptional. The facility is clean, warm, and inviting. I highly recommend Whisper Woods for your loved ones.

The staff is incredible especially the aides and nurses. The aides at this facility are so compassionate, friendly and helpful.

The staff at Benchmark were unfailingly warm, welcoming, and accommodating to both the challenges my mother posed and to the anxieties of us as her family. They provided us with extra support during an incredibly challenging time.

The reason I gave it a 5 was because of what they were able to offer that matched what they SAID they would give. The staff is very enthusiastic. Not only what they do in morning activities and afternoon activities by engaging each person individually but they keep me informed of changes as they incorporated my mom and sister into their community.

The faculty is caring, knowledgeable, and kind. We would absolutely recommend The Branches of Farmington to other families based on the experience so far. It's an extremely well run facility

Staff...care... administration are all top notch. Staff in entire building are caring and kind. Says the food is not plentiful and not to his liking. activities... he really has only gone on 1 outing.

When my friend was finishing a stint in medical rehab, she would not be able to go back to live alone in her home. Two staff members of Norwood Benchmark came to speak with her at her rehab facility. It was clear from the warmth of the conversation that the key feature at Benchmark is the care and concern for their residents. It clearly and tangibly informs all the decisions they make.

The staff at Benchmark assisted in making my transition so much easier. Benchmark has met all my expectations and have gone beyond the call of duty. I feel wanted, safe and cared for. I couldn't ask for more.

The facility itself is dated. However the staff is lovely and seem to genuinely care about it residents. The food was somewhat sold as 5 star but it is not. It's however decent. I am overall very happy so far with the care mom is getting. I will always appreciate "A place for moms' guidance while I was looking.

I think for the price the staff could of checked in on my mother a bit more often, she has since passed away. Meds were left out, room not cleaned on the scheduled day and laundry and bed sheets were not laundered, I took her clothes and bedding home most weeks. Aids sitting in hallways on there phones

We were very pleased with our uncle's care while he was there. He passed away a few days ago. We would recommend River Ridge to others. Thanks.

Amazing place. It is clear that the staff's primary concerns are the residents' well being, safety, and enjoyment of their life at Meadow Ridge. All facilities are generous, lovely, and well maintained. Communication is not only facilitated, it is frequent and comprehensive. The residents go out of their way to welcome new residents and help them settle in.
