See my five star reviews below. Sturges Ridge could be a safe, happy, nurturing place for my husband, and the location works for visits from me and the kids.

So far the staff in the dementia unit are very attentive, the place is very clean, the room a good size and she loves the food here. The quality of care seems excellent. They have plenty of activities to keep her busy. They test her cognition every 30 days. I have had some issues with them not calling back the first few weeks and they were saying they never got the message but that seems resolved now. I will let you know if that changes. I will give them a 5 now for my limited time I have been back. She says she is very happy here and they seem like family. My only concern is for how expensive it can get if her levels of care go too high. She is at a Level 2 now out of 5 at [Amount Removed] a month.

All my questions were answered and the information I was given was very helpful. I also enjoyed my visit very much. Zero pressure which I really appreciate and is one of the positive points I'm looking for in a place like this.

My tour guide was extremely knowledgeable about the services at Benchmark and responded to all of my questions. She made herself available for any questions that I may have in the future.

The tour with Randi Bellamare was a great experience. My sister and I felt welcomed from hello. The property is full of great social spaces and the residence rooms very good space. Although we felt our family member would find East Farm's a safe, social and good option, we did need to make a different choice for financial reasons. Many good comments will be shared about our experience.

It has been a great experience! While we were considering the place, the directors and staff were were accessible as you might have expected, but now, over 6 wks in, they are still every bit as available and accessible as they were initially. That has been very reassuring.

If [Name removed] needs help for any reason at any time, assistance arrives right away. It is especially a very friendly environment. People seem very patient and helpful.

Staff are attentive and proactive regarding potential problems. Very professional and welcoming environment.

They should know about [Name Removed] the guy with the heart of gold who takes us to appointments. We would be lost without him.

I feel like Orchard Valley had a very adaptable process to accommodate Mom's needs as they evolved. Adaptable includes accepting outside services as needed. Orchard Valley also advocated for Mom on intake to be sure things were done the best way for her

We are extremely happy with River Ridge at Avon. The staff is extremely knowledgeable supportive and kind. They have so far gone above and beyond our expectations.

Very kind, helpful and courteous person gave me a quick tour of the Skilled Nursing Facility/Memory care part of the Academy. She was very gracious and answered all my questions.

We think the staff is great. They really know our mom. It takes a special type of person to work at a facility like this and we are very happy with the time they spend with her And we have seen the staff take care of other residents with lots of caring. our Mom does not participate in many activities at 96 but we have been there while lots of activities are taking place and many residents are participating. It's clean and her personal room is clean and neat as well. Nurses are super.

The program director did a top-notch job showing us around the facility. It was encouraging to see the wide variety of activity spaces, the very nice, natural light-filled dining room, and such great access to quality outdoor time as well. Combined with the level of care options, this facility exceeded our expectations as a possible new residence for our family member.

The place is clean and very homey. You feel like you're walking into a hotel. Everyone was super nice and friendly. From the staff to the residents.

Very friendly environment. Not too big so doesn't feel overwhelming. Staff are super nice and do a great job being super attentive to residents needs. Many activities scheduled throughout the day and nice outside areas to sit or go for a walk

We were impressed with our tour of Nashua Crossings. The staff were friendly and attentive and the facility was clean with a good layout, and many inviting common areas. The information was thorough and well presented.

I recently toured Willow Crossings and was very impressed with the grounds, facilities, staff and residents. Out of all the assissted living facilities I've toured in the area this one is top of the list.

The staff was fantastic with my mother. From the time she got there to the time of her passing. Staff individually knew her and cared for her well. She always looked presentable. When she passed caregivers, stopped us in the hall. And said something kind about her... Which really let us know that they truly knew her. Staff knows my dad very well. The only complaint my dad has is, he doesn't quite enjoy the food.

Love the staff at the arbors. They also take long-term care insurance. I highly recommend
