Benchmark Senior Living

Mom moved in to Ashland Farm about six weeks ago. It took very little time for her to meet community members. The staff have been wonderful; caring, attentive, and respectful. Our Dad passed shortly after Mom moved in. The community, staff and residents, were so supportive and understanding. It really has helped our family knowing that our Mom is safe and cared for. Mom has participated in numerous activities ranging from exercise to ice cream socials. Our family visits often and we are always impressed with the sense of community that exists.

The staff is excellent. Caring and attentive. The food is good. I ate with mom several times and enjoyed it. My mom was well taken care of and enjoyed her time at Branches.

My dad has been there for just one year originally planed for a few months till he got stronger but had not improved but is still there and is enjoying being there couldn't be happier. My dad has a small room but it fits him perfectly he does morning exercise and socializes made friends to share meals with.

Sturges Ridge is a wonderful community where seniors can enjoy many activities during the day. The dinning room does a great job with many choices for meals and specials to choose from. The staff is always friendly and helpful, always willing to help in any way.

It was a relatively easy transition for my mom. After meeting my mom they assigned her to a dining table where they thought she would enjoy the women at her table. It was a perfect match. The women are friendly and welcoming. She was given a buddy who walks with her almost every day. My mom has participated in several activities and has enjoyed having a social life again. If my mom needs help she wears a buzzer to summon an aide. The help is there if she asks for it. If my mom falls at has a cut they call me immediately and there is always a nurse on duty. I don’t worry as much about her since there is always someone there to help her.

The residents seem happy. The memory care director, [name removed], is amazing. Very helpful!

Staff are warm and friendly. Residents make new friends easily. The activities are engaging - something for everyone. The food is really good!

I would do a five for pretty much everything. They've been quite outstanding. I'm happy with the amount of service we're getting he likes the food. they have plenty of great activities, but he does not involve himself, but they're always doing something which is nice to see the only drawback that I have is that every time there's a shift change, they change his Depends diapers. So we're going through quite a bit of them even though I've asked them to not change it if he isn't wet yet. But sometimes it's up to six a day that are used. Other than that, staff is fantastic, outstanding polite, really kind and courteous to its residence. My father is in the memory care wing so there's a lot of hands-on with the staff couldn't say anything negative really. I hope others find this assisted living facility comfortable and clean. It is a nice option in this area.

Most of the department directors were very friendly and responsive in a timely manner. All staff we encountered seemed friendly, compassionate and attentive to my mom's needs. I would highly recommend Putnam to those can afford it. It's worth the cost

All of the staff were very helpful and kept me apprised on my sister. Would recommend them to anyone for their loved ones.

I have dealt with [name removed]- all great people. If I have? or concerns they address them immediately. Recommendation, yes.

I would ask- What the costs are and how does the dining room work? Here you sit where ever there is an open seat, not assigned. There are many events so you get to meet different people. Lots of fun exercise programs.

It is impossible to. emphasize enough how wonderful an experience it has been to be working with the staff at Coachman Square. If I had sat down and written the criteria which would have made the perfect interaction and help, all of them would have been met and exceeded! [name removed]s simply incredible! Her help and care could not possibly have been better: she defines that which is the true professional. The facility is amazing, and I am confident I could not find one that is as wonderful. In short, Coachman Square is the perfect place for you to consider as you plan the next change in your life!

This was a great choice! The facility is awesome. Their one bedroom apartment is nicely laid out. Mom and Dad love the food and have made lots of new friends and are enjoying cards and a lot of social activities.

The staff here has been great. My mom has been in the memory care unit since just before Christmas. She is very happy and feels safe. It’s so nice to finally spend my time with her as a daughter and not a caretaker. They have been so kind and patient with her and I’m so relieved to have found this place.

First and foremost, my Mother in Law, my husband and I, and the staff at Benchmark are partners in ensuring her care and lifestyle is exactly what she needs. They aren't afraid to meet her where she's at physically and mentally on any given day. We're pleased at the level of engagement she has with the other members there too.

Evans Park is well maintain and people are friendly.

I have known about this facility for many years. I choose this place as some additional services were available for my Mom. As a retired nurse practitioner, I am confident that my Mom is in a good place. She is doing better than when she was in her own home. I would go there!

My mother has been at benchmark for three months. Her care here has been exceptional. The facilities are wonderful and the food is great. Most importantly, the loving care that she’s received is tremendous. The nurses and aids are attentive and exceptionally loving. There are many examples of me walking into the room and an aid is sitting by her side, holding her hand. They call her “beautiful“ and often give her a kiss on her forehead. One aid offered to come in on a day off to wash her hair, another aid went to lunch and brought back a dessert for her, the list goes on.

They all get a 5! The staff is fabulous ready to help with any problem and so aren't the rest of the people here. Makes it easy to adjust. So far everything has beaten my expectations and glad to be a part of it. The wife's sentiments too. I cannot say enough about them!
