Franklin Park Senior Living

I helped my parents move into Franklin Park one month ago, and they have found the community to be absolutely wonderful! The staff has consistently been so welcoming and helpful. The community of residents are lovely and my parents ave made friends very quickly. The amenities are seemingly endless and help significantly in easing the burden of leaving their home of 40 years. All in all they have zero regrets about moving to Franklin Park Sonterra, and we highly recommend it to all!

Most of the staff are great. The responsiveness isn't up to par on the MC side. The food is amazing and the activities are pretty good. It would be nice if the rooms would accommodate a king sized bed

We recently tour FP it was an informative and helpful experience. The staff was outstanding, at listening and suggesting options for our family. I would highly recommend Franklin Park in Boerne Texas.

Rooms are bright and "happy ". My mom is in an efficiency apartment, but she thinks she has a fabulous room and is always commenting on how happy she is.

We were very pleased. There is a ton of light in all the apartments which is really nice. The staff is very kind and friendly. The building is beautiful and the grounds are really well cared for.

The staff and the residents have been welcoming, kind and have taken my mother under her wings to make her feel at home.

They were really helpful and informative. Everything looked clean and up to date. I liked the variety if activities and amenities for the residents at

[name removed] showed us rooms available and gave a tour of the facility. She gave us good information and explained pricing and floor plans and different levels of care. Very informative

The main thing is that they're taking good care of her. She's 97 and she does not really want to go down to meals with everybody else. She prefers just to be on her own and they bring her meals to her. The staff are caring and loving and make her feel like they really do care about her. It's clean, open to visitors at all times, and well run. If I ever have any questions or concerns, they want to hear about it and they do get back to me. It is expensive, but worth every penny!

I give them all a 5. Any complaints have been addressed right away. My mother is very happy there, great socializing opportunities. We would absolutely recommend this community to other families! I think she's referred 3 others from her Senior Center in the past month

The staff is very nice and attentive and always helpful. Activities are a little boring or mundane at times. Need more encouragement to get involved. The overall environment is great. No clutter. , pleasant odor and a variety of soft music playing at most times. The food is average. Sometimes overcooked, flavor issues and need for better plating & presentation.

5 across the board. [name removed] in particular was incredibly helpful! It's beautiful. The residents are all so friendly. Truly a great experience.

It's great. The people are wonderful. Employees are very helpful and kind.

From the beginning, I knew this was the place for my mom.[name removed]welcomed me in for the tour and I also met [name removed] the Director, he was warm and welcoming. The staff in Assisted Living knew my mom from the start and also comment when they see her and ensures she gets bathed, dressed and then again at nights with pajamas. The dining room is tremendous with their offerings, always two specials to choose from and a full ala carte for basic offerings like cheeseburgers and salads. My mom needs therapy weekly and she receives 9 visits a week and they come to her room to work with her or walk her down the hall to the strength room. We chose to have the on-site Practitioner look after my mom and all of her meds are delivered and given twice daily by [name removed], he is very thoughtful and caring. I couldn't be more pleased and assured knowing my mom is here and safe and cared for.

I love everything about Hidden Springs. My apartment is beautiful. Lots of storage in two huge closets. Staff is friendly and helpful. Lots of fun activities and outings. But best part are the residents. They were warm and friendly and welcomed me on day one. I was fortunate to find Hidden Springs. I love my new life there.

All are friendly and competent. Have not had a complaint about anyone.[name removed] that is the director is amazing. You won't find another director as competent as her anywhere in the metroplex.

Good Food, For the most part, dedicated staff. One observation, they do not hang the clothes after laundry day.

There is no place like Hidden Springs of McKinney! It is nothing like a nursing home. Very active seniors.

Every caregiver is extremely kind and compassionate. As my mother-in-law's needs have changed, they have embraced it and worked with us making sure she receives the increased care she needs now.

We really like the facility and they take good care of her. I would recommend it. It is a good facility, great staff, and great food.
