The main thing is that they're taking good care of her. She's 97 and she does not really want to go down to meals with everybody else. She prefers just to be on her own and they bring her meals to her. The staff are caring and loving and make her feel like they really do care about her. It's clean, open to visitors at all times, and well run. If I ever have any questions or concerns, they want to hear about it and they do get back to me. It is expensive, but worth every penny!

I give them all a 5. Any complaints have been addressed right away. My mother is very happy there, great socializing opportunities. We would absolutely recommend this community to other families! I think she's referred 3 others from her Senior Center in the past month

The staff is very nice and attentive and always helpful. Activities are a little boring or mundane at times. Need more encouragement to get involved. The overall environment is great. No clutter. , pleasant odor and a variety of soft music playing at most times. The food is average. Sometimes overcooked, flavor issues and need for better plating & presentation.

It's great. The people are wonderful. Employees are very helpful and kind.

Good Food, For the most part, dedicated staff. One observation, they do not hang the clothes after laundry day.

Every caregiver is extremely kind and compassionate. As my mother-in-law's needs have changed, they have embraced it and worked with us making sure she receives the increased care she needs now.

Mom has live at The Grove on Forest Lane for two years; first year-and-a-half in assisted living and now memory care. She just turned 96 and it has been a wonderful experience for her and our family. She misses her home of course but likes her surroundings now. We know she's getting the best care possible and a big plus is that mom loves meal time at The Grove. I highly recommend the facility for anyone with aging parents.

Great staff. Property is beautiful and super clean. Great food. Super entertainment for residents. My friend is very, very happy there.

A great place. Beautiful, clean, lovely garden areas, friendly and efficient staff. Very convenient to get to. I'm very pleased that I found this place for my friend with Alzheiners. She is very happy there.

When my husband and I turned 72 and 73 we began to feel the beginnings of a few medical issues ,such as falling and mental recall. We had been talking about downsizing for awhile. It was time. We did not want our children to have to clean our home when we passed. We had a 5 bedroom, 4 bath home with a pool and pool house. In other words, lots of stuff. We did not know how easy it would be to sell our home and at the same time, find a place to live out our golden years. Our children helped us as they wanted us in a safe and caring environment. We looked all over far north Dallas and surrounding areas. They actually found the Grove on Forest. So, we moved in and we know we made the right choice. The food is great, the staff is very caring and supportive, and it was all we expected and more. Should you select the Grove for yourselves , you will be glad you did. The transition from home to apartment went easily, primarily through the help of our children and the Grove team.

Faculty/ front desk people are amazing. They're helpful, knowledgeable and friendly. The housekeeping is questionable. They did very little to go out of their way and pick things up off of the floor. I don't think they ever scrubbed my loved one's kitchen sink. The medical staff is amazing. [name removed] on the spot, very cautious about dispensing of medication. The moving in and moving out process was relatively simple. Senior movers are a wonderful group of people. [Name removed] is a one-man power worker. He's friendly, very cordial and very knowledgeable. The food was okay. The salads were a joke. Such a small bowl you couldn't even mix it, all four bites! The soup was good. Overall, I would recommend The Grove. It was a perfect place and perfect experience for my loved one. They did a good job overall.

The facility was very clean and the staff was amazingly pleasant not to mention helpful and professional. Very wonderful place for a loved one needing some level of assistance. I would recommend to others.

Toured the community with regional director. The community is very clean, modern and filled with many lovely staff and residents. Felt very homey with a lot of positivity and joy. Appreciated the many activities and care the staff provide to residents

I would tell others looking that they actually take time to get to know your loved one, their needs and likes. They are respectful to them no matter how difficult they become. They seem slightly understaffed, but management said they are working on that.

Have lived at Franklin Park Sonterra for seven plus years. This is home! I'm here for the duration.

We picked this community, because it was close to my business and I like the area of town. Everyone knows everyone. The staff is very personable and extremely kind. They are relatively quick responding to questions and concerns. I would recommend FP for sure!

The value for the money is good. We picked this community because, we liked the looks, the grounds is nice, the location is good, and it's around a lot of stores. Overall, it's a good place. The residents are very happy.

Overall we've had a great experience. Occasionally we've had some experiences with temporary employees that weren't so great. But it's a lovely place with lovely people.
