Franklin Park Senior Living

The regular staff that are there all the time are great. I would recommend this community for you or your loved one. They have activities like yoga, church services, karaoke, art activities and more for the residents to do to have fun. They also have dancing, music, social interactions and more for the residents to do to stay busy in this community.

We had an excellent tour with Franklin Park Sonterra. Unfortunately the location was just too far away for our family, we wanted her closer so we could visit more often.

Our family had an in person tour and the community was really nice but just to high end for our loved one, he would of not really fit in.

The biggest problem is like everybody else, in the sense they have turnover of staff. It would be nice to have the staff encourage the residents to participate in the activities, and have more of them available.

The staff are extremely friendly. They are very responsive and in-tune with your needs. The people who live there are great as well. It's a very good place if you want a quiet place for your family member. It's very comfortable and clean, and the food is absolutely fantastic. It's also a beautiful environment. Their courtyard is like a little paradise.

Our family had an in person tour and Franklin Park is a beautiful facility, we absolutely loved it. However the location was a little out of the way, and we did find that other communities offered a little more for a better price.

My friend was here and I was amazed by how great this place is. They did very well with covid, they had very few cases here so they did a good job keeping residents safe. The administrative staff seemed more attentive here. I think if you really want good care you pay for it and I would highly recommend them.

She went here for the memory care. The whole place is great, the staff are very friendly and helpful. Anytime we call we always get answers quickly. They are really good about showing you around as well on the tour I would highly recommend them.

The team at Franklin Park in Boerne is second to none. Always a pleasant and professional atmosphere. They truly love their residents.

I’ve been in the process of setting up my parents future and toured the property. We’ve decided that after doing research and touring the property that this is going to be my parents future home. I feel very comfortable leaving my parents in the hands of the their staff. I want to send a Thank you to [name removed] and the staff for welcoming us in with open arms.

We chose Franklin Park at Sonterra because it is more of a cheerful and positive environment. The residents and staff members were very friendly when we walked in and you could tell they were happy. The apartment sizes here are wonderful. I like that they took the virus serious, but if you need to visit loved ones they have protocols set up to where residents and visitors are safe. They did not isolate residents to the point of depression, they put in safe guards and followed protocols very strictly. I would recommend to others looking.

I think this is one of the best communities in our area, The staff is very caring and the facility is well kept and clean. I would definitely recommend this community to others

The staff is amazing and they were really really good to our loved one, they made him feel like family immediately. The rooms are fine and adequate, and we would absolutely recommend this community to others.

The staff members at this community are wonderful, and the activities they offered were wonderful. The rooms were very nice, and everyone had their own kitchenette and bathroom. It was like little apartment complexes and i would highly recommend this community.

Our experience we had with Franklin Park was a positive one. We were able to eat a couple meals before COVID and we would say they were good, and we would recommend this community to a family or friend.

Franklin Park sends out calendar events on what activities they have each week, and what the residents are participating in. Each day they have something going on in the mornings and the afternoons, they paint during the week, have balloon toss and basketball games. Before COVID they would even take the residents on small drive. This facility is very clean, and everyone from the staff to the residents is very friendly and happy there. The rooms are set up really well, and are very roomy. Our loved one can look out of her room and see their court yard.

Staff/caregivers treat me like a princess. Everyone takes great care of us.

Assisted living is a wonderful place to me. Staff is so nice and the Activity Director is absolutely for us her caring and compassion, show in everything she does.
