This community is the best. The Activities Directors are the best and love putting a smile on the residents faces.

Went over and loved the facility and like the option of sharing a room since my mother wants company. 2 year old facility so it is extremely nice.

Moved here transitioning after empty nesting and sold house to downsize. My husband and I absolutely love it here. The food is great; the pool is amazing and we have enjoyed the activities. Also, the staff are very friendly! We might stay longer than we expected.

Everyone here is helpful and friendly, the facility is always clean, bright, and welcoming. You can tell the residents are happy to be here.

Feb. 2020 we will have been here 3 years. The improvement in our daily life has been great. We have many on site options and attend events using the Franklin transportation. We have many wonderful new friends to dine, celebrate, and enjoy party and holiday special events with. Our families are always welcomed, in lovely guest rooms. There are options to book some for family celebrations, including food service. This is a wonderful way to age.

This community provides pleasant surroundings, weekly programs (social and educational), special occasion events (rodeo, July 4th) all within a safe and secure environment. Their attention to detail is evident in the consistent quality of service.

There is something for everyone here: arts and crafts, book club, Bible study, dominoes card games, woodworking, and the most important - exercise and balance classes plus individual instruction in the gym. Moving in is easy due to the efficiency of the move in coordinator. Staff and residents are upbeat, friendly, and kind.

From day 1 Franklin has felt like home! The entire staff is sincerely caring and dedicated to helping the residents. The food is consistently delicious with lots of choices. The wait staff is so patient with us seniors. There are so many activities and outings to participate in. Lots of exercise opportunities including an indoor heated pool. I'm very :) here.

This facility provides a wonderful environment for seniors. The activities calendar is well thought out. In addition, the residents always appear to be in a good mood and friendly. Bottom line - a great place to spend one's "golden years."

My wife and I are at this community and love it. We have a nice place to live. The meals and dining is exceptional. They have so many daily activities going on you have to pick and choose because there is no possible way you can do them all. The staff is very good and the people living here are friendly and we are getting to know a lot of people. They will come in and clean every other week and they do our linens. I would recommend this community.

This community was very very nice and brand new. We only saw one resident. The tour was nice and they answered all of my questions. It was decorated really nice we were impressed. The size was just to big.

My mother is very happy at Franklin Park Sonterra and I feel it is a good fit for her. The staff there are very nice and they seem to care a lot about the residents. My father had been there a few years back so I know the place well. There are activities for the residents and my mom enjoys the food and menu that they offer.

The community I saw was so nice but the were asking more than I wanted to pay. I was unsure of the dining room and I feel that he would not be comfortable in the environment like an institute. I got some unclear answers about where the dining area was set up for him. It looked fun and the residents were friendly while talking to me. They would have been a suitable place.

I was very impressed with Acadia.[Removed] was very informative and seemed to understand our needs.I didn't observe anything I was concerned about.
