Definitely 5 stars. Staff has been amazing starting with the day of our tour. They are like family, and on a first name basis. Level of care is more than we could have hoped for. We have no safety or wellbeing concerns. They manage her meds, take her to doctor appointments, and check in on her regularly. Activities are top notch with usually 6 different activities daily. With added activities depending on the season or holidays. The facility is spic and span. They clean her room twice a day and do her laundry. She considers Legacy home now and is very happy she's there.

[name removed] was pleasant, knowledgeable and professional. I had many questions and helped had all the answers.

The staff really loves the people that live there and it is very clean and kept up. The food is good as well and have plenty of activities.

My father in law states he likes it there and the food is good. We are kept informed of any issues he may have. They try to keep him involved with activities. We are pleased with the facility thus far and would rate everything a 5.

We had a great tour and everyone on the team was so patient with all of our questions. We learned a great deal about mom’s dementia and help us better understand what to expect in the future. Even though we’re not ready for her to move in yet, she enjoyed it so much that she’s is now fine with move out or her house.

Working with [name removed] to find a place for my mom was a great experience. He was patient, listened and helped us understand what’s most important for her at this time. Tons of great insight and support all around from their team.

Cleanliness, Friendly, Firm but caring care. The only thing I didn't like was when my dad fell and had to go to skyline for a week. Nobody called to check on him and ask me how he was doing, and there was no real contact with anybody when I had to end up canceling our stay there and moving him to a NHC rehab

All the staff at Legacy Village were so kind and treated my Mother like family. They are very engaging with lots of events, daily gatherings and social interactions for residents both in assisted living and memory care. I considered many of their staff as my friends in the time that Mom lived there. 10/10 would recommend them to anyone. Mom did not transfer to another facility. She passed away last [date removed]. Legacy took care of her hospice setup and she stayed there until she passed.

We are extremely happy with Renaissance Assisted Living. My Mom is happy, comfortable and being well cared for. Everyone is very helpful and friendly. The food is excellent. We could not imagine her anywhere else.

The facility was all in one floor (a ranch style building). I didn't like the facilities with elevators. The Harbor was mostly clean, some of the staff had been there a long time which made me feel better about my Dad being there. I was concerned about my Dad falling out of his wheelchair, which if he was not properly seated, or observed regularly that could have been prevented. More checking/observation. Overall I was pleased with the care.

What we like the most about the community is the staff work well with the families of residents. Yes, we would recommend this community to other families based on the experience so far.

Between [name removed] ,the Nurse director,I think her name was [name removed] and all the staff,they truly made my dad's transitioning bearable, all the way until the end.They spoke for me when I didn't/couldn't have a voice when a hospice nurse wasn't doing their job.they made my dad feel at home.and actually got to know him.and I appreciate them for being there on days I couldn't.and even though my dad was there for only a short time,they became kinda like family.im gonna miss that nurse.

The activities get a 5++. The activities are engaging and varied. Almost weekly field trips. Staff for are kind and compassionate. Communication with family members is excellent. Cleanliness. It is definitely not perfect but we feel like Renaissance is the best memory care option available in our area.

My mom live at Legacy and she is very satisfied. She loves being around all the ladies there. The caregivers are extremely nice and very thorough with the people there. My mom likes the meals. The facility is very clean and bright. She loves it there. As long as she's satisfied, I am also!!

This was the only facility that treated us like family and made us feel comfortable leaving my mom there.

The facility is clean and the staff are caring and always willing to answer my questions- also my dad really likes the food there and he is a real picky eater.

The staff if friendly, caring. and the genuinely like the residents. The facility is very clean and nicely decorated to feel like home. I highly recommend this facility to others looking for memory care!

The facility is very clean, it did not smell like pee like some other places we visited. The staff are extremely friendly and helpful. The room sizes are good, they are not suites but the residents really do not need much. I would recommend Legacy Village at Plantation Manor to those looking for care.

I looked for a while for a place for my mother who has dementia and came across The Harbor, the staff at the Harbor are very attentive and loving, no false fronts or put on. Great meals and activities, very clean with a beautiful decor and the rooms are very nice. I am so grateful for the love and attention they give my mom and would highly recommend The Harbor for anyone looking for a place for their love ones with dementia to live and be assured they are loved and taken care of.

I have to say it's 5's all the way. We have been so happy with her care there at the Harbor. The personnel are incredibly nice. They are very attentive and have daily activities in a "great room". Never waited for assistance for anything. The daily interactions keep my mother in great shape psychologically. Everyone is treated with great respect. It's clean and shiny with a great outdoor space with flowers, seating and a bbq grill. Their communication is open and thorough. An excellent choice for your loved ones.
