The community met all our expectations, I would recommend this community to others.

The community was great at caring for our loved one. They were really good at keeping our loved one active. The staff was really good at keeping us updated with our loved one.

The staff there are doing a great job, and when we last visited what we could see the care services seem to be great. The meals and dining services are pretty good, they make sure our loved one is eating well.

We had a very good experience with Main Street. My mom was here for respite and that is why we chose it. The room sizes here were very good, she was in a studio and it was perfect for her needs. She liked the food here as well. They were very attentive and good with communication.

Facility well maintained, staff friendly, care tailored to resident. Residents active, alert and engaged. Can't wait to move Mom in. Not too far away and easy drive.

We have nothing but positives regarding Mainstreet. Every part of the process was excellent and mom loves it here. The staff is very sweet and super professional. We couldn’t ask for a better place.

I do not have anything negative to say about this community. The staff team make themselves available when I call if I have questions. My mother was very reluctant to go to assisted living, however they made her feel very comfortable so that was a big thing with me. Their team is also very accommodating. My mother has a low sodium diet and the chef actually came to personally speak to her about that. Surprisingly, they adjusted the menu to fit her diet needs. I thought because of that she would be reduced to a set menu, but she still gets a variety of choices. She has a set menu and monthly or every couple of weeks the choices changes. They have a lot of activities offered on site. The staff team sends out a calendar to the family to let everyone know what is going on. They have bingo, trivia, a few different people come in to play music and sing, and they have a TV show gathering with all the residents to watch. I know they have outings as well from time to time. My mother has her own hair stylist that comes in to do her hair and she can also get her nails done. I highly recommend this community. My family and I feel that she is getting healthier here.

We liked that this was a pretty active community. They have a lot of programs including exercise and singing. The staff are great and are always busy helping someone. Dad seems to like the food. The community is clean and the grounds are nice. The community is surrounded by beautiful woods and they have a garden terrace. It is quiet and comfortable. The rehabilitation area was good. The residents receive family style treatment and I have already recommended this community.

We toured this community for care for my father. The staff were nice and were very caring to the needs for what we needed for my father. I liked the activities that they informed us on. We thought this community was very nice and had a lot to offer. it would have been a good choice for us, Families should consider a tour to know the cost of the care.

It is very, very clean. Everything is impressive. My mother is very picky and she said they are willing to do anything for you and she's really impressed.

In my time of a prompt placement, I toured them and picked them for my wife. The staff at the Harbor do a fantastic job and I am impressed with them overall. I have no worries about her living in the community and she is doing well from what I see when I visit her. We go out to lunch and take her to appointment if needed. The staff tell me if anything changes or gives updates, there has been no trouble. I would recommend them if one is close enough.

Everything is going great since my uncle moved to the Brookdale Main Street. The staff is friendly, it was one of the main reasons why I chose this community.They are very professional. The place is very clean and well maintained. The meals taste great, I've sampled them myself. Overall this is a great community and i am pleased with our choice.

This is a great community. It was nice to see how clean the community was and that the staff are always so nice and caring. We hae all of our questions answered. They do have alot of activities. The meals looked to be very good. We would recommend otherfamilies to see this for over all great care.

I didn't like Grace five years ago, but Karen has really turned this place around. It's the ONLY place my mother lived that she liked. She thrived at Grace and they took very, very good care of her, and they were very loving even when she wasn't (my mother can be quite ornery and stubborn). I'm an RN and I'd recommend this assisted living facility to anyone. It's easy for family to get in and out of the facility without endangering the residents but it never once felt like a locked ward (unlike another facility my mother lived at). My mother had her own room (i.e. privacy) and their Jack and Jill rooms also offer privacy. Grace has gardens and outdoor areas for the residents and family which are quite nice. They have an full activities schedule including daily devotionals. What amazed me the most however is my mother played table tennis at Grace and joined in the daily activities. Wellstar Douglas Hospital is just across street from Grace which made doctor appointments easy to get her to. They have a visiting podiatrist as well as a visiting psych nurse which can help with any emotional or behavior issues. There's a hair salon on site and even a quite room for visiting. Visit. Talk to the staff and residents. I think you'll be just as happy with Grace as I am.

The staff at this community are well trained and friendly. They offer activities however my Mother in law does not like to participate in any. She likes the food and they keep the community clean. The Advisor from A Place for Mom did a good job in recommending this community.

What I like about this community compared to other places I've toured is that this felt homey. It had a fresh look to it, and it didn't feel dated. It's cheery! I like that they have three different buildings with escalating care, making the next move very easy. There aren't many residents in the community, and I feel the care is better. The staff is more involved. The food is okay. Not fantastic, but some meals are better than others.

It has only been a couple of weeks, but I am very impressed with this facility. Starting with management, and down the line to personal care staff, nurses, dining room staff, everyone has been wonderful. I feel very confident that my relative is in very good hands and will receive excellent care.

This location is among my top two picks. It had absolutely everything I am looking for in a community to place my mother. It was modern, upscale, and affordable with the current special they were offering. The staff seemed knowledgeable and friendly. I left with a feeling that they could truly take great care of my mother. It did not look like a nursing home. The property was very manicured and well kept.

Things are going good since our father in law move into Brookdale Main Street. He is doing very well and really enjoying his time there so far. The community is really nice looking and no problems with the up keep of the place. The staff has been very helpful to us with everything and they are very friendly. My son has gone and had lunch with him and he said the food here is pretty good. The people here really made this a smooth transition and they were really welcoming to us. I would recommend this community to anybody.

I toured this community while looking into care options for a loved one. The facility was well kept and clean, and all of the staff I met seemed friendly and professional. We ended up not placing my loved one here but this was definitely at the top of our list!
