Well, the staff make this place wonderful for my mom, always friendly professional encouraging The facility is always clean, no offensive odors I'm there at least once a week and they are always very friendly to me and give me lots of feedback on my mom

Legacy Village at Plantation Manor has become home for a close friend of mine. When visiting him the staff are helpful, kind and they go out of their way not only for their residents but for guests as well. I wouldn’t chose another place for my family or friend's!

My loved one is currently a resident at Legacy Village of Tifton and the whole experience has been great for her so far. The staff, care services, and value for cost are great. The cleanliness and friendliness are also great. Our family would definitely recommend Legacy Village of Tifton to others who are searching for care.

One of the directors worked diligently to help me get my mom into a nice room in a very timely manner...I was most impressed with the entire process. The staff is very attentive to each resident. Activities are provided and residents are encouraged to participate but not forced. The folks there really care ...they show genuine compassion and that's something that's lacking nowadays. It's not all about a paycheck...the staff go above and beyond the call of duty just as though they were taking care of their own family members.

Staff is very helpful, gave me recommendations for items to bring for my mom that will be easy for her and them with her care. Asked questions about things she liked to continue them. The move in process was different as we had the tornado then. But they accommodated us and were helpful with the move in. The communication could be a little bit more. I would definitely recommend the facility for memory care. Very diverse and I felt welcomed when I stepped foot in the door.

What has made our experience so great at The Harbor is their staff team. IT s a wonderful place for family members and the staff is awesome they treat the residents as family. My mother has thrived in this community. It has been a perfect decision.

Legacy Village of Hendersonville gets all 5 stars! They always go above and beyond for everything. They are also great with communication!

Overall experience/ excellent 5's for all categories. My mother is healthier, cleaner, and well taken care of.#7 I'd like to emphasize, they go above and beyond for their residents. Much more than " just care"! We would absolutely recommend this community to other families based on the experience we have had so far.

I was extremely impressed with The Harbor at Renaissance. The care was the most impressive thing about the facility. My mother was going downhill fast at the facility we transferred her from and they were 75% more expensive. Everything was much better for her at this facility. They are a good facility and are reasonably priced. I have, and will continue to, recommend this facility to others.

Cleanliness - the patient rooms are very clean as well as hallways and reception area. Friendliness of staff - everyone is really friendly to residents as well as family. Overall experience very good. The staff are very friendly and actually look they enjoy what they are doing and not just there for paycheck. They are very kind to the residents. Quality of care. They inform family of any changes in condition of resident and are good to report to medical providers. ery happy with mom being there. I almost put her somewhere else and both of us would have been miserable.

My experience at the Legacy Village of Hendersonville has been nothing but positive. They make sure I am aware of what's going on with my uncle. He has adjusted well. Kudos to [name removed] for going over and beyond. Based on that experience we would absolutely recommend this community to other families.

My mother has been living here for over six months so I can give a knowledgeable assessment of Renaissance Senior Living in Vero Beach, FL. It is spotlessly clean; the staff is friendly, attentive, and truly caring. The amenities include a beauty salon, art studio, movie room, dining room, and beautiful common areas with a coffee bar and piano. There is a lot of guilt associated with moving a loved one into assisted living; but it is alleviated by knowing she is so happy and is better cared for than could be done anywhere else. Thank you to Renaissance and its director,[name removed], for providing for our loved ones so ably.

I have told everyone whom I came in contact with that I thought might need the services of A Place for Mom how wonderful it is. I was amazed they were so kind so efficient so knowledgeable and I couldn't have found a place for my mom without them. The young man, [name removed] who they put me in contact with was absolutely amazing. It's like the weight of the world was lifted off my shoulders once I talked to him and he took over and told me exactly what I needed to do.

This is a very well run community. The staff show genuine care and concern for the residents. I would highly recommend the community to others for their loved ones. Movies, bingo, special themes, and more are some of the activities for the residents to choose from.

The staff members there are great, they really do seem to care and that it is not just a job for them. The residents are always kept so busy, the activities are wonderful. It is such a bright, cheery, and welcoming atmosphere

Our loved one was there for only a few short weeks but the Renaissance community was wonderful. The staff members were very very nice.

They were too high for me. I think the staff did the very best they could. I just didn't have the money. They had a regular cleaning schedule. They gave me a terrible bed that threw my back out of place, and they wouldn't change it. That made it a terrible experience for me. I liked the food. It was well balanced. I wasn't too big on the activities at the time, but that could just be me. They invited me to go, but I had too much else going on, plus my back was hurting me from the bed.

My review is based on my loved one's experience. I would recommend this community. This is the best place to go. The community and staff have been very friendly and respectful.

They are taking care of mom. My mom is adjusted into the community. The staff is nice to work with.
