We would 1000% recommend Pinewood Lodge to other families based on the experience we have had so far, it is a great place. My dad is very happy there. We love pinewood and we are so glad you helped us find it.

Everyone at the Pinewood Lodge community is so nice, and it seems like a happy place. It is a very clean and seems that residents as well as visitors are very respectful and care for the facility

.The management is helpful...always responds to any questions in an email quickly. It doesn't look like Senior living except all of us seniors ?? I would and have already recommended this facility. It was hard to get over the stigma of "Senior Living" but in this setting the residents are friendly and I do like the staff. Only drawback is only 1 animal is allowed per resident.

I think Pinewood Lodge is a great value for your money. Very clean and attractive. I understand they have had some water temperature/pressure issues that had not been repaired after several months.

I chose Pinewood Lodge because I was familiar with the area and they had availability when I needed it. I could not live anywhere else that has the amenities that are included for this price. They have activities twice a month that the facility provides. They have things like bingo, birthday parties for everybody who has birthdays during the month, and an activity room with puzzles and vending machines. They also have a gym and library available. It is a block and a half off of two major roads so you are close to bus lines. I would definitely recommend them to others looking.

I chose Pinewood Lodge because it was highly recommended to me. It did take a while because they were remodeling, but once I got in here everything has been great. The staff members have been very friendly and if I ever have a problem they are helpful and quick to respond. I would definitely recommend them to others looking.

I chose Pinewood Lodge because of the location accessibility, and it was a great value for the money. The apartment sizes here are spacious, you have a full bathroom, walk in closet, and you also have extra storage in the hallway. They have plenty of activities to participate in especially before covid, so there is always something going on. They have a library, gym, in-house barber shop, etc. Overall I have been very happy with my choice.

I haven't had any issues really. Everybody I have met here has been very friendly and helpful. When I was moving in, it was just my son, daughter-in-law, and myself, and when people saw it was just the three of us, a lot of people helped out and were very nice. I don't truly feel like I'm living in a retirement community. I really like my apartment. The vibe is so good. When I walked in, I just felt like I belonged. It's cute, and it's set up right. Everything is just as I need it. All the light switches are down low, which takes some getting used to, but that's possibly for handicap accessibility. They might not have as many activities as an assisted living community, but they have Bingo twice a month, birthday cake once a month collectively, and sometime they have trips, for instance to Target to shopping. And they definitely put effort into the activities. It has been awesome so far. And I really do like it here!

What really stood out of us in the beginning was the staff and residents, they are both very friendly and super helpful. this community is clean, and the rooms are comprable to higher prices options. We would recommend this community to a family or friend.

The staff where absolutely wonderful at this community during our visit. They gave us a detailed tour of there community and made sure to show us all of the great amenities they had to offer including an activity club house. The apartments where close to the parking lot which I liked and the different studios where very well maintained. Overall I have no complaints it was just not the right fit for my mother. I would defiantly recommend this place to anyone looking into independent living

This is a nice place. It is great but it was lacking in a couple of things I want such as a patio or balcony

Loved the warmth of the facility. Just a really nice feeling and everyone was so very nice; especially the manager. pros: location, ambiance, newer apartment, dishwasher, and hookups for stackable washer/dryer in the unit. cons: price, not as many services or activities, no meals, no built-in safety devices.

This was very clean and I loved the decor! The paintings were so beautiful on each floor. Staff was very nice and very professional. However, I didn't like that they only had showers and no bathtubs. And the cost was more than I could afford, it was $855.00 and $30.00 for the garages. You could only have comcast and I have been thinking of a cheaper cable. But all in all, I was very pleased by this place.

As of right now, looks to be too far for my mothers liking, but it's not 100% out of the running.

At this time I would not recommend this place to anyone. I'm not happy here as they have changed owner/manager, I would like to move.
