My mother stayed there for 3 weeks respite. She said she liked the staff, that everyone was friendly. She participated in a few activities also. She is typically hard to please and has high standards so if had no complaints and only praise, her stay was great.

[name removed] was great. [name removed] was great. Independent living is awesome with access to services such as housekeeping and home care at great prices. They have great activities and flexible pricing models.

The cleanliness, welcoming atmosphere and helpful staff are at the top of my list. Also, the quality food and numerous activities offered to my mother has made her adjustment and daily attitude so positive.

The facilities and staff are awesome if you make an appointment for a tour allow 2 to 3 hours.

The facility was excellent, the pre surgery nurses were excellent, surgery team top notch and recovery was excellent..

Dad's studio apartment is large enough to contain much of his personal possessions. He felt no pressure to sign; moved at his own pace. He eats at the restaurant twice a day and goes to the gym 3 days a week. Both without leaving the building. His life could not be better.

The way the staff interacted with Dad through conversations when they stopped in his room to give him his meds, check his sugars or make sure he was doing ok. When Dad was in the rehab area after a couple hospital stays, the staff made sure his needs were met that the doctor prescribed. Dad used the transportation for some of his doctors' appointments. The driver was very nice. Dad loved his room and the patio that was down from his room because he would watch the train, tractors and animals since the facility is located on the edge of town.

Every staff member we have encountered seems genuinely happy to work there. We have spoken to many residents who have nothing but good things to say about otterbein. [name removed] is very happy in her cottage. Plenty of activities for all different interests. It is like a small city. Very well laid out and comfortable.

So warm, welcoming and friendly. We've been here about 6 weeks and I can't say enough about this wonderful facility.

Dad really liked that Otterbein was in an area where he could sit on the porch and enjoy the outdoors. The staff would call me if something happened or to touch base about his needs. He wasn't a fan of some of the meals. He liked the meals that were more comfort type. Dad passed away last July from heart failure. My siblings and I appreciated that he lived where he wanted and was well cared for.

From the first moment we took the tour, to taking our loved one to his new home. They all have been fabulous. Nurses and aids are quick to answer any question. [name removed] who gave us the tour is fantastic. Helps me with any question even after our Uncle has been there for a couple months.

We have a lovely home lots of room for us and are pets. The place is keep up and land saved nicely. Mamtance is always avaliable.. Staff is friendly and helpful. We are glad to be here and enjoy the life stall.

My wife had a stay due to illness at the Otterbein Skilled Nursing Facility wing at their Lebanon, Ohio complex. The treatment she received from the nurses, aides, therapists and all the staff were amazing. They were also very accommodating to me while I stayed with her. They not only took great care and time to work with her daily needs and rehabilitation but also explained to me what they were doing, why she needed it and how it will help get better and also taught me how to continue her rehabilitation when she went home.

All of the staff at Otterbein Lebanon have been very helpful and everyone is very friendly. The apartments are great size, definitely big enough for one person. I highly recommend Otterbein for retirement living.

I am happy to be chosen to be an ambassador for it has been a very nice experience meeting people.

It has been a good experience for the most part for my Mom and our family. The staff is very helpful with laundry and housekeeping and letting my Mom do a little bit of it herself. I would very much so recommend Otterbein to others looking.

For our family this is the best thing mom still has her freedom but if she needs help it is there she has her own apartment but can have services when she's needs help. Yes I would recommend this facility to anyone. We have not had any problems with the facility or staff the nurse is very helpful and does what she says she will do.

We gave the care services a 4 but she is independent this is based on a few services here and there. Our loved one has made comments that the food is ok. Sometimes it is great and other times not so much. However, the dining room itself is great. She really only does cards for activities, but she loves it. She really liked that they had stuff/glasses for the eclipse.
