We have a lovely home lots of room for us and are pets. The place is keep up and land saved nicely. Mamtance is always avaliable.. Staff is friendly and helpful. We are glad to be here and enjoy the life stall.

My wife had a stay due to illness at the Otterbein Skilled Nursing Facility wing at their Lebanon, Ohio complex. The treatment she received from the nurses, aides, therapists and all the staff were amazing. They were also very accommodating to me while I stayed with her. They not only took great care and time to work with her daily needs and rehabilitation but also explained to me what they were doing, why she needed it and how it will help get better and also taught me how to continue her rehabilitation when she went home.

All of the staff at Otterbein Lebanon have been very helpful and everyone is very friendly. The apartments are great size, definitely big enough for one person. I highly recommend Otterbein for retirement living.

It has been a good experience for the most part for my Mom and our family. The staff is very helpful with laundry and housekeeping and letting my Mom do a little bit of it herself. I would very much so recommend Otterbein to others looking.

For our family this is the best thing mom still has her freedom but if she needs help it is there she has her own apartment but can have services when she's needs help. Yes I would recommend this facility to anyone. We have not had any problems with the facility or staff the nurse is very helpful and does what she says she will do.

We gave the care services a 4 but she is independent this is based on a few services here and there. Our loved one has made comments that the food is ok. Sometimes it is great and other times not so much. However, the dining room itself is great. She really only does cards for activities, but she loves it. She really liked that they had stuff/glasses for the eclipse.

From what my dad has told me, he really likes Otterbein Cridersville. He really likes the staff. They have exceeded our expectations for taking care of Dad. He had to spend some time in the rehab facility after being in the hospital for a bloodstream infection. He told me if he ever gets that sick he wants to go back to rehab. He was very pleased with the care he received.

My loved one is a resident at Oterbein Cridersville and the experience has been great. I would recommend the facility to others. Actually, I'm trying to talk my 94 year old in laws into moving there. Communication with the family could be better. I wish they had contacted me about the recent power outages. But all in all, I'm very pleased.

My mom moved into Otterbein Marblehead assisted living about two months ago, after a stint in rehab following a fall that broke her shoulder. She had previously been in Portland Place in Sandusky which was marvelous, but after her last fall was no longer viable for various reasons. What can I say other than I'm confident my mom is safe, well cared for, and as happy as a dementia patient can be. That's honestly all I need, but with Otterbein there is much more! The staff is very responsive to all concerns from the family. I've witnessed them interacting with my mom and they are so much more than kind to her. Otterbein is clean and well cared for too. It's a pleasant place to hang out with my mom. That's important to me, because I feel good about it, and that translates to me feeling confident about how they treat my mom when I'm not around. Add to everything else that Otterbein accepts Medicaid when, and if that becomes necessary, and it's just perfect. As my mom said today, This is a nice place. It's a nice room, a nice bed and nice people! I couldn't ask for more.

This place is awesome I love all the people and I have a lot of friends they really are amazing people and they really care for everybody thanks ?? so much for the finding this place for me. all the workers and the people who live here are say hello to everyone

My wife was located at Otterbein Senior Care during her final days of her life. The care that she received from the nursing staff was tremendous. She was threatening the staff stating that she was going to kill them. She had lots of issues going on with her that was affecting her brain, and the staff continued to treat her professionally and patiently. I chose to stay with her while she resided at Otterbein, and the staff treated me as if I also was the patient.

It's been a great experience, and they have friendly staff.Their monthly calendars are always full of activities. Dinners, shows, etc.

Everyone is amazing and encouraging to newcomers. To keep them active and involved in activities. I would recommend Otterbein Lebanon to others, in fact my mother is also looking to move there, she loves my mother-in-law's place and they talked about how good it is.

The staff are very loving and caring. They're very good for the residents. The facility is nicely laid out and very clean. It's very easy to find your way around. The meals are not always served hot, which my loved one tells me about often when I talk to her. Remedying that would go a long way. But overall it's a very nice place for seniors to happily spend their years.

It's just a really nice place with a lot of activities. It's located next to the lake, so it's absolute beautiful. Mom really likes her apartment. It's a nice size, and she's able to fit everything she wanted to, which has worked out well for her.

Our experience so far with Otterbein SeniorLife has been 5++. They had availability when we needed it and they made the entire process come together really easily. The meal are very good, they have plenty of choices to pick from. The activities are great - they offer up a really good variety. Overall the value for the money is excellent, and based on our experience we would recommend this community to other families.

I thought Otterbein Retirement was fantastic. But it was too big, with multiple floors. I felt it would be hard to navigate for my loved one with vision problems. But they had a pool and nice amenities - just things she wouldn't have used. But I think it would be a great place for younger or more active seniors.

I had a terrible nightmare. In the morning of my dream I was shoveling snow. In the afternoon I was mowing lawn. The gutters needed cleaning, the roof needed patching, the furnace needed fixing. Wait! i That was no dream. That was how I lived before we moved to Otterbein. Now, no chores; no worries. We have a beautiful,, safe and comfortable dwelling. There are people all around us who care. They know us personally. They want us to be happy, and they make us so. There are myriads of fun activities, both here and off cam[is to which they will take us. We have friendly neighbors with whom to share the joys of life. No matter what happens, my wife and I are in the right place.
