Came in for a broken leg rehab. Got great help and the upmost respect.Everyone helped me to recover in a friendly atmosphere. The nurses and help know what is happening. Rehab people were kind and help me get back to moving around better than I was before. Thank you Otterbein Senior Life of Lebanon for a job well done

Otterbein was a well kept, clean and bright facility in the main building where my sister and I were looking for my mother's next home. The activities for independent living were impressive. The rooms were clean and bright.

My family is so pleased with the choice of Otterbein Center for our 92 year old mother. She loves it there! She feels safe and loved. I only wish we had made the decision of moving her there years ago.

We toured this community for care. We did not like the room would have been on a higher level. They did not have the care that was needed for my mom.The staff were nice and answered the questions. We wanted another lever of care for mom. We would recommend that others tour the community for the options of care that are available.

So far our loved one is settling in quite nicely at Otterbein North Shore. The community is kept very clean and has a homey feel to it. The overall atmosphere is very warm and inviting. They are very welcoming to family members whenever we come to visit. The staff is very friendly and attentive to my mom's care needs. My mom says that she thinks the meals they prepare are good. They offer various activities that they encourage the residents to participate in. Outside are some areas and views for the residents to get out and enjoy the fresh air.We feel mom is being well taken care of and is in a safe environment. I would recommend this community to others.

I am very happy that I moved into this community for care. I like that they are keeping the environment clean and offer a lot of activities. they offer me healthy meals and the staff are willing to be very helpful to my needs. I would recommend others to this community for care.

So far feels the least like a nursing home. No move in scheduled yet. With the "rule" plan seems to be the best deal financially too. Have your own washer and dryer.

The staff at this community are outstanding. We like the cleanliness of the community. The menu is appealing with a lot of choices. The activities are available for the residents who want to participate. We would recommend the care and value of this community to other families.

Trellis Gardens, the memory care facility at Vista Grande Villa (VGV), was the perfect choice for our mother who suffers from late onset Alzheimer's. Each resident has their own room and we were able to bring in her own bed and furniture. This helped to make the transition from her home to VGV much easier and less stressful. She has been there for about 1-1/2 months now and members of her family visit on a daily basis. The staff are always friendly and responsive to the residents' needs. Our mother and her room are always clean. From the beginning we were encouraged to bring any questions or concerns immediately to staff and have found them to be genuinely concerned and responsive. The memory care facility only has about 14 or 15 resident rooms which is one of the reasons we chose VGV (a more homey atmosphere). There is a TV lounge, dining area, small kitchenette, and enclosed courtyard for the residents to enjoy. Quarterly meetings with the nurse supervisor helps to keep us informed and to ask any questions we may have. I like that all administrative staff, from the director to the staff on the floor have an open door policy. Having checked out several care facilities in the Jackson area, I would say that the cost is towards the upper end of what I consider the normal range for Alzheimer's care facilities, but well worth the peace of mind and feeling that our mother is getting the best care possible. I am glad we chose VGV.

Mom likes the availability of everything on site. They have a large dining room, country store and a bank. The independent accommodations are wonderful and the maintenance is quick to respond. They have a large variety of activities. Mom's apartment is beautiful and the memory care unit staff are fantastic. The entire staff is positive and upbeat. The nurses take good care of my parents. They kept all their promises and the value is better than at any other community we looked at.

My mother was in Sunset Village almost 2 years in the Overmyer Wing. When my mother first arrived one of the staff said your mother is our mother. It is the most loving and caring place I have ever seen. The place is clean and never had a foul odor. We were Bless to have our mother at Sunset Village. Some of the staff came to our mothers funeral. We still have a personal relationship with some of the staff.

I really like this community. the staff are nice and treat you with respect and kindness. The attitude here is very positive and cheerful. I like that They serve really good meals. They have excellent activities for everyone. they have everything you could need. They had a great dance on New year's eve that everyone really enjoyed. I highly recommend this for great care and a great value to other families.

My father is very happy here. The staff is nice and friendly and very caring. He is happy with the community being clean and well taken care of. They do have alot of activities for those who want to participate. I would recommend this community for other families for good care.

Staff is very helpful and area is comfortable for resident and guests

This is a beautiful place that is surrounded by the woods, it is gorgeous. It is in a good location for our whole family. Mom is able to signup for many activities and has been on a few outings like a concert and state park. She is able to be more active and social. My parents are doing very good but the communication could use more improvement for the independent side.

The staff at Vista Grande Villa are delightful and are taking great care of my mother during her respite stay. The community is very welcoming and tidy. I have had a few meals with my mother here and it was very good. My mom enjoys the variety of food offered.

Otterbein Cridersville has wonderful staff. With my mothers short stay the staff took great care of my mother and treated her with kindness. The community was very clean and well kept. The food was great!

My father is doing great at this community. They are caring for him very well. They really made the transition to the community easy for him . The staff is great, they are all very helpful and friendly. He enjoys the men's lunch's they offer. There are nice activities as well offered for the residents. The food is good, they do serve well balanced meals. He has access too help if he needs it. Overall everything is working out well. I would recommend it.
