Excellent facility that is close to family.

I am enjoying Delmar Gardens and I am meeting so many wonderful people and friends. Everyone has been so kind and wonderful. I am so glad I chose Delmar Gardens.

I love it here. My apartment (two bedroom & two bathroom) is so roomy. The transportation services are great. But the best thing is the staff, so friendly and caring. It's the best decision I've made.

[name removed] is a WONDERFUL a management staff member, always happy, knows everyone takes care of people's needs. 1 bedroom apt. Great size! Most all the residents are happy and talkative. On our visit we noticed that right away. We need after that visit that was the place and cancelled the other 2 appt. We had. My mom isn't a big "joiner" in activities but since she has been there she has started to join in more.

We absolutely love the facility and staff. They take great care of our mother. Tons of scheduled activities that residents can participate in. Her apartment is great and is a great home. 5 stars all the way around.

The apartments are very spacious almost all have full sliding glass doors with large outdoor patios. Many have walkouts - which is great for pets. The staff is amazing from activities to the front desk. They are extremely responsive to any housekeeping or maintenance requests. They just replaced the roof and are replacing carpet in the common areas

The place is very clean, bright, and colorful. The staff is very friendly and responsive. The medical care is exceptional in the assisted living wing where my father is. With him there, I don't have to worry that he's not being looked after and I can just visit and enjoy my time with him.

Garden Villas is a great place to reside. The staff are friendly, professional and helpful. Activities are great the food is good. The place is always clean. Mom shares a room they each have their own bathroom and bedroom and share a kitchen and living room. It's the best thing we did for my mom.

We have had a very good experience at Garden Villa of Lenexa. All the stall is very attentive and my husband says that Andrea is the best nurse he's ever had. Only problem with the food is that he has gained a lot of weight since being there...so it must be good. The room is large enough to be comfortable, has more than enough closet/storage space and is kept clean. We are very happy with this facility.

It is excellent. My mom loves it, the food is really good. I was just there with her for weekend brunch which is delicious and a bargain. The staff are really nice and caring. She has a roommate to save on costs, but it is a giant two-bedroom apartment. the kitchen is all brand new appliances and they really take care of everything there. It is definitely the best place that is month-to-month with no upfront `buy in`.

5 for all categories! This place is amazing! My parents were here for 3 weeks for a respite stay while their house was being worked on. I am SO impressed with the level of attention, care, and support they received. If they needed something, there was always a quick response from the staff. [name removed] the administrator and [name removed] the assistant administrator, were organized, kind, and accommodating in making sure they were comfortable. Everyone there is friendly and all of the residents we met were happy there. The entire place is lovely. Their room was updated, got a lot of natural light and they had a balcony with an inspiring view of the lake. My dad enjoyed the food and the extra attention he received from [name removed] the lead server (she noticed his meal preferences made sure she offered them to him at every meal). The care and attention for the residents here is what sets this place apart.

Everyone I have met at Graden Villas is very nice and accommodating to my mom's needs. There are lots of activities for the location as a whole, but could use a more structured activity program in memory care living

What I like the most about the community is the very friendly staff, excellent food. My husband is very happy there. Yes, I would recommend this community to other families.

Meets Mom's care needs, Friendly, Staff longevity, Daily Events, Price, Helpfulness. We are very pleased. Garden Villas South stood out as the perfect choice after visiting four assisted-living communities. They provided exceptional care in a clean and cheerful environment at a reasonable price. What truly impressed us was their friendly and experienced staff. Their genuine enjoyment of providing service to the elderly made our decision easy.

They were very easy to deal with, welcoming, attentive to our needs and accommodating. Mom is going there again next week for 10 days and we have no hesitation. Their prices are reasonable too

The food is good, the activities are pretty good.

I can't say enough good things about the community. I'm compelled to stop people when they are visiting with the Sales Director. I want to personally share how wonderful the Garden Villas have been for my mom. Their front office staff and administrators treat my mom like she's family. They all know my name too. The Engineering team acts quickly on work orders. The residents are welcoming and inclusive.

Chesterfield villas, is an older facility and needs a little face work done but overall it's a wonderful place to be. The staff are all great and the other residence are friendly overall it feels like a home.

The staff is very friendly. I have a very spacious two bedroom, two bath apartment. All my visitors comment on its size. They offer a variety of activities and entertainment with weekly outings.

We consider ourselves lucky to have found Garden Villas. Extremely helpful admin staff and the care takers provide excellent care.
