Great place. Lots of amenities activities, friendly people and staff food is fantastic.

We chose Garden Villas North because the bedroom was bigger, they had many great activities offered, happy hours, and the staffs attitude, they genuinely seemed to care about the residents! Highly recommend this facility.

We are very happy with this community. Everyone is so friendly and welcoming. They know what they are doing and I’ve had a private nurse with my mom until recently and she said this was the nicest facility she ever worked at. In fact one my mom’s other nurse was so impressed she moved her mom there.

Our loved one loves the salmon, but other than that, mediocre. When it comes to the activities she does not partake in them. What we like the most about Garden Villas North I think it would have to be the staff- [name removed] been great. Very helpful. I would recommend them to other families based on our experience so far.

I would give all categories a rating of 5. I can't say there is anything specific that has made it a great experience, It's just that we have a high comfort level that my mother is being well taken care of in a clean and safe environment.

This is truly a welcoming place. Everyone from the front office, servers, maintenance and the residents have all been welcoming, helpful and made us feel at home. The activities are well posted, fun and well attended. You can be as involved or uninvolved as you like. The facilities are well maintained, new carpeting was installed, and fresh paint throughout. There is so much good food that I was afraid I would gain weight! As it is, the activities and access to walking/excerise has not allowed that to happen. This was the best decision for my husband and me.

The staff is so kind and helpful to my sister in law. The facility is beautiful, inviting and full of activities and opportunities. I am so grateful for the twice a day safety check up, the transportation to doctors, stores, lunches.

They are so helpful and accommodating. My aunt is very well cared for and has settled in nicely. Having meals provided, and her medication managed were her two priorities for leaving her home, and they do a wonderful job at both! She's not very social, but if she wanted to be there are plenty of opportunities at the facility for her to participate in.

Delmar Gardens actually has a garden, and a lake, and a swimming pool. Residents can walk outdoors and garden and stroll beside lake. The dining area is spacious and sunny. The concierge care afforded my Mom has been top notch. Her caregivers really go above and beyond keeping her on track with medications. That being said, she has the freedom to garden and join in with as many or as few activities as she pleases. The activity director has started a bridge group at her request. Lawrenceville has top notch medical care so it was easy to transition her to new doctors. Shopping, libraries and other activities are nearby. It is a compassionate environment.

Mom loves her new place. Makes me happy.

Five for all 7 categories. Delmar Gardens of Gwinnett is an incredible value for what you get, especially on the concierge (elevated care) level. Great food as well. Many of my Mom's friends who live at other places rave about the food and services she gets at Delmar. They often visit just to have meals with her. They also have multiple family activities each year and several kid events. This makes it fun for the grandkids.

My friend moved into assisted in July 2023. The facility is beautiful & well maintained. Most importantly the staff is so friendly & caring, very personal. On top of everything, my friend LOVES it, became very social & hopes he can stay forever??

I have toured several communities and found that Garden Villas was the most knowledgeable in addressing our families concerns for our parents. They were respectful and kind, but what we noticed and was most impressed by, was that the staff went out of their way to step away from what they were doing in a very caring manor to address (by name) each resident that had approached them! It has a cheerful, happy ambiance with a sense of deep friendships. Cruise ship vibes. Very Impressed! This is our #1 choice for our parents in an upcoming Move

Exceptional response to our questions and needs. The staff is kind and very caring to the residents. We felt welcomed from the moment we stepped in. Clean. Bright. Happy atmosphere. We will be moving our mother here! This is the exact environment we had hoped for!

I think we would all recommend it. When I asked my BIL to rate the various aspects, we talked about how it ticked all the important boxes on paper, so that when he got a virtual tour of an available apartment, he snapped it up right away. I only physically traveled to one place and viewed one apartment in person with him on FaceTime --and it was what he wanted because we'd narrowed down the choices. It was also really nice because the place where he ended up, he could put down a deposit and think about it for a month, so technically, we could've gone around and looked at other places and he could've gotten his money back if he found something better. But he was quite satisfied with what we found and didn't feel like he could possibly do any better anywhere else. So, besides recommending the place that he chose, we would all recommend A Place for Mom because it really helped streamline the search and take a lot of the stress out of it.

I am the daughter of a newer resident at Garden Villas of O’Fallon. Of course there is reluctance with any change in lifestyle but my mother was welcomed with open arms from the date of the tour. The staff has gone out of their way to provide any care or assistance. This in my opinion isn’t because she’s a newer resident. I have noticed each visit that this is truly the concept and expectations of this company. Not only is the staff an incredible asset to removing any fear of change, but the residents are the utmost of welcoming new friendships and guidance. I would recommend fully !!!!!!! this community of vibrancy to any family considering assistance for their parent/parents

It was my dad's choice to move to Garden Villas of O'Fallon! He is very familiar with the area. He is in independent living and all has worked out well! He tells me that he really likes participating in the activities that they have provided.

My loved one is a resident at Garden Villas South and everything is working out good. I have no complaints.

I would say it feels like home, or a neighborhood, not a facility. We picked it because my parents loved it and because of the price. I would recommend.
