Delmar Gardens actually has a garden, and a lake, and a swimming pool. Residents can walk outdoors and garden and stroll beside lake. The dining area is spacious and sunny. The concierge care afforded my Mom has been top notch. Her caregivers really go above and beyond keeping her on track with medications. That being said, she has the freedom to garden and join in with as many or as few activities as she pleases. The activity director has started a bridge group at her request. Lawrenceville has top notch medical care so it was easy to transition her to new doctors. Shopping, libraries and other activities are nearby. It is a compassionate environment.

Five for all 7 categories. Delmar Gardens of Gwinnett is an incredible value for what you get, especially on the concierge (elevated care) level. Great food as well. Many of my Mom's friends who live at other places rave about the food and services she gets at Delmar. They often visit just to have meals with her. They also have multiple family activities each year and several kid events. This makes it fun for the grandkids.

My friend moved into assisted in July 2023. The facility is beautiful & well maintained. Most importantly the staff is so friendly & caring, very personal. On top of everything, my friend LOVES it, became very social & hopes he can stay forever??

I have toured several communities and found that Garden Villas was the most knowledgeable in addressing our families concerns for our parents. They were respectful and kind, but what we noticed and was most impressed by, was that the staff went out of their way to step away from what they were doing in a very caring manor to address (by name) each resident that had approached them! It has a cheerful, happy ambiance with a sense of deep friendships. Cruise ship vibes. Very Impressed! This is our #1 choice for our parents in an upcoming Move

Exceptional response to our questions and needs. The staff is kind and very caring to the residents. We felt welcomed from the moment we stepped in. Clean. Bright. Happy atmosphere. We will be moving our mother here! This is the exact environment we had hoped for!

I think we would all recommend it. When I asked my BIL to rate the various aspects, we talked about how it ticked all the important boxes on paper, so that when he got a virtual tour of an available apartment, he snapped it up right away. I only physically traveled to one place and viewed one apartment in person with him on FaceTime --and it was what he wanted because we'd narrowed down the choices. It was also really nice because the place where he ended up, he could put down a deposit and think about it for a month, so technically, we could've gone around and looked at other places and he could've gotten his money back if he found something better. But he was quite satisfied with what we found and didn't feel like he could possibly do any better anywhere else. So, besides recommending the place that he chose, we would all recommend A Place for Mom because it really helped streamline the search and take a lot of the stress out of it.

I am the daughter of a newer resident at Garden Villas of O’Fallon. Of course there is reluctance with any change in lifestyle but my mother was welcomed with open arms from the date of the tour. The staff has gone out of their way to provide any care or assistance. This in my opinion isn’t because she’s a newer resident. I have noticed each visit that this is truly the concept and expectations of this company. Not only is the staff an incredible asset to removing any fear of change, but the residents are the utmost of welcoming new friendships and guidance. I would recommend fully !!!!!!! this community of vibrancy to any family considering assistance for their parent/parents

It was my dad's choice to move to Garden Villas of O'Fallon! He is very familiar with the area. He is in independent living and all has worked out well! He tells me that he really likes participating in the activities that they have provided.

My loved one is a resident at Garden Villas South and everything is working out good. I have no complaints.

I would say it feels like home, or a neighborhood, not a facility. We picked it because my parents loved it and because of the price. I would recommend.

Place is clean, the people who work there are very friendly and helpful. I would recommend them to others.

My loved one stayed at Chesterfield Villas for respite care and everything was great for her at this facility. The atmosphere at this facility is very nice. All of the staff are very friendly. We will definitely return for respite care. I would recommend Chesterfield Villas to others for their loved ones.

It was close to my house for my parents, lower cost than the other places we toured and the staff made my folks feel comfortable. I would recommend to others.

We cannot comment on the activities - have not participate in them yet. The people that work at Chesterfield Villas community are incredibly helpful and friendly. They have literally been amazing

I did visit the facility and have heard feedback from my sister on the food and such, but I don't have first hand experience. This feedback is just based on what she told me. When it comes to the cleanliness it is clean but the community could definitely use some updating. The staff members are very friendly, [name removed] is awesome. No comment on the activities, [name removed] does not participate in them. Based on the feedback and experience so far, we would recommend this community to other families.

My loved one is currently a resident at Delmar Gardens of Gwinnett and everything has been very good for him at this facility so far. The move in was a little bit confusing for us at first, but the staff helped quickly. The cleanliness and friendliness are great. The staff and the food are also great. The activities and the value for cost are good. I would recommend Delmar Gardens of Gwinnett to others!

The staff at Garden Villas North are always friendly. They greet you like family! The place is very clean and they clean the residents' rooms, including changing their bed sheets, weekly. The communication with the family has been adequate. The move in was oh so easy!! The meals are of great quality and on a 4 week rotating menu. They have very special celebrations on Holidays. I would highly recommend Garden Villas North to others. I wish we would have moved my loved one in years ago. She is extremely happy there!
