Good community. It was more than we wanted to spend montly.

We like how bright and cheerful this community is, it almost reminds us of a cruise ship and who doesn't love cruise ships. Even with being understaffed at times they are doing a great job. Our loved one has really only eaten dinner so far but they seem to really enjoy it. Based on our experience so far we would recommend the Garden Villas to other families.

This is an excellent experience for us and our loved one. It is very good here. The staff are extremely easy to work with. There is housekeeping and laundry service include in the fee per month. The food is good and our loved ones are pleased with it. Some of the activities available include happy hour, bingo, bus trips for outings, religious services, and more for the residents to choose from.

I have already recommend Garden Villas South to friends for options for their loved ones. The community has an attitude about what can we do for you. They have yet to say no to one of the requests by the family or our loved ones. The staff are wonderful to work with any questions the family or my loved ones have. Things are taken care of quickly and they are attentive to my loved one's needs. There is transportation; however, there are parking for those resident who still drive. Maintenance is amazing! They met with us the very first day, and they had pictures and tv hung by the end of the first day. They were right there supporting the family. My loved ones loved the food, and this was a big concern for us initially. My loved ones have settled into eating in the dining room. My loved one has given up cooking, except on a rare occasion and this is impressive to the family. There is a kitchen in the apartment if wanted.

I just love watching the Garden Villas of O'Fallon team work together! Seeing them come together at dinner time is truly amazing. From the administrative staff, housekeeping, assisted living, dietary, and activities. It is truly a team effort. You can tell that the residents are taken are of. OUTSTANDING!!!

Working with the front desk manager [name removed], along with the super star [name removed] and [name removed] they have made our experience @ Garden Villas of O'Fallon amazing. While these can be tough times for families, [name removed] and [name removed] have always made the process enjoyable. Thank you!!!

I have lived at Garden Villas of O'Fallon for 11 years. I love living here and I love the staff, especially [name removed]. He goes out of his way to take care of us. He gets us what we need. All of the staff pitch in to help when needed.

I love Garden Villas and more importantly, my mom loves it here too. she's back to herself and has adapted here well. my mom is making friends and we both think that the staff are all amazing. our senior living advisor [name removed] with a Place for Mom was really great! this was a big step to move my loved one from a retirement community to an assisted living family, and she helped me find this place! she was very understanding and listened to everything I needed. we really do love it here.

Food is consistently good, because of covid the staffing has been a problem. Prior to covid, the staffing and food was no issue. Staff members are friendly and know my loved one on site. There are activities that happen spontaneously, having games at nights. My loved one acclimated quicker than expected.

I would like to thank administration, front desk personnel, chef, and other food preparers, food servers, cleaning personnel, personal caregivers, nurse aides, maintenance, and anyone else I may have missed at Garden Villas of O'Fallon. You were always very friendly, helpful, patient, and accommodating. I would like all of you to know you were greatly appreciated by me and my family.

The staff are wonderful. Everybody is really friendly, and they try to help out as much as they can. The nurses are right on top of their job, giving medications, checking on the residents, etc. The service is wonderful as far as I can see. They have plenty of activities - something to do every day. They do a good job keeping the residents informed. They put out cheerful, colorful fliers every day that let you know the activities for the day, and what's going on next week. They give an abundance of information so you know exactly what's going on each and every day. They put menus out weekly and give you time to fill them out. They'll help you fill them out if you need help with it. Overall they're just wonderful. They really go above and beyond. They encourage the residents to get up and out of their rooms and get involved, so they're not just sitting there. The residents are awesome too. Everybody speaks to each other and says hi and introduces themselves if they don't know you. I would absolutely recommend it here.

We have had a very positive experience at Garden Villas North. When we first moved her in here, she was in a wheelchair and they got down on her level and talked to her and answered all of her questions which really impressed me. They have been super accommodating with helping her and they also provide a bus service to take residents to appointments, the grocery store, bank, etc. They also do fun outings as well. I would definitely recommend.

We love the Garden Villas of O'Fallon. The staff is friendly caring and very accommodating! We could not ask for anything more. The facility is beautiful and easy to navigate for residents. The residents are friendly and include everyone in activities regardless of disabilities. We would highly recommend to anyone. We love it for our dad. Our dad loves it here apartments are beautiful and clean.

I am happy with living here and am very happy how they handled COVID. They took very good care if all of us and I felt safe. I have made a lot of friends. There are tons if activities offered. The parties are fantastic. I am very pleased with everything here at Garden Villas of O'Fallon.

I enjoy the friendships I have made. It's special how we care for each other and do things together.

I toured Delmar Gardens South and it was absolutely beautiful and had a great location. The staff were very helpful and great with their follow up. My loved one is visually impaired and I did not think she would have many activities to do.

Garden Villas has provided excellent care and services for my mother. Great support from administration and staff. Positive, understanding and patient folks.

Delmar Gardens is a beautiful facility. Our tour was very nice and we really liked everything that we saw. It was too expensive for us, but I think even though it is more costly it would be worth it.

you will fall in love with Garden Villas as soon as you walk into the door. We had been to several other senior living facilities. There is so much more here than any other places we had looked at. Employees treat everyone like family. They are so friendly and helpful. There is nothing we have asked them to do that they haven't gone out of their way to get done. We visit my mom quite often and she tells me how much she enjoys living here. She has made so many friends. They have daily activities to help the resident's minds and bodies to stay active and have fun too. My mom loves the food here and so do we. They encourage you to spend as much time as you can with your loved one. There are so many Amenities here for everyone to enjoy. There is a party room with a bowling alley, poker tables, a movie theater, an indoor and an outdoor pool, library exercise rooms, and a beauty salon. I have used the party several times for family gatherings, and everyone had so much fun and I can't wait to come back. Shop around first. Then come to Garden Villas, you'll be glad you did.

The staff is extremely friendly and cooperative. Ready to help with anything.
