My loved one is currently a resident at Garden Villas of O'Fallon. The facility is great and the staff is so friendly. The meals are good and provide a lot of variety. I love the Ice Cream Shop. There are lots of activities for the residents. We've had no problems with the housekeeping. The staff is the BEST thing. All of the other residents are happy, so they must be doing something good. I love that they have two pools, a movie theatre, and a bowling alley so that families can spend the day and visit.

Our family had an in person tour with the Garden Villas of Lenexa community, and overall we thought they did a very good job on the tour so it was a good experience.

We are thrilled with everything about Garden Villas!!! My dad has had some health problems since going there and they have assisted him beyond what is recommended from the community. He considers the staff friends and has already made friends with other residents. We are thankful we were able to find this community for him. Advice for other people... the facilities are very clean and well maintained. The staff responds in a timely manner to any concerns. They have good food and friendly staff. The social activities are easy to get involved in for a newcomer. The staff checks on my dad 2 times a day with a door hanger system so they know he is ok if they do not see him at meals.

The facility is a safe haven for my loved one. I really appreciate that the staff allow him to maintain his dignity.

We have been very happy with Garden Villas, the staff members are very attentive and if there are any issues or concerns they take care of it right away. Our friend is thriving there and is doing much better here then she was doing at home. We really like how the residents can visit and socialize with everyone, it keeps her mind right and we would absolutely recommend this community to other families.

This was a good community. However, they weren't able to accommodate my loved one's dietary restrictions.

I feel very safe and secure. I have met a lot of new friends. There are a lot of activities offered, and it keeps me busy. I'm definitely not alone.

I toured this facility and it is beautiful, but not the best fit for us. The rooms were further away from the dining than I was looking for. It's a large facility and I felt like it would have been too overwhelming for our mom, personally. Also, only one meal was included in the basic monthly rent. I was impressed with the facility, but it was out of our budget. I would recommend it as an option to others, though.

I almost chose Garden Villas of Lenexa, it was a great facility and tour but I just felt another place we looked at was a better fit for my loved one.

We would highly recommend Chesterfield Villas, they have proven to be a wonderful experience and the location is very close to us. Everyone there is wonderful, there is something positive that happens each day. They have a fantastic activities program and the meals are outstanding - they have a fabulous cook. The administration is very top notch - no matter how small or big a problem or issue may be they are very approachable, responsive and will work to fix whatever it is immediately. They are always very encouraging to our loved one, so attentive and accommodating to his needs and we are so happy.

We like how bright and cheerful this community is, it almost reminds us of a cruise ship and who doesn't love cruise ships. Even with being understaffed at times they are doing a great job. Our loved one has really only eaten dinner so far but they seem to really enjoy it. Based on our experience so far we would recommend the Garden Villas to other families.

This is an excellent experience for us and our loved one. It is very good here. The staff are extremely easy to work with. There is housekeeping and laundry service include in the fee per month. The food is good and our loved ones are pleased with it. Some of the activities available include happy hour, bingo, bus trips for outings, religious services, and more for the residents to choose from.

I have already recommend Garden Villas South to friends for options for their loved ones. The community has an attitude about what can we do for you. They have yet to say no to one of the requests by the family or our loved ones. The staff are wonderful to work with any questions the family or my loved ones have. Things are taken care of quickly and they are attentive to my loved one's needs. There is transportation; however, there are parking for those resident who still drive. Maintenance is amazing! They met with us the very first day, and they had pictures and tv hung by the end of the first day. They were right there supporting the family. My loved ones loved the food, and this was a big concern for us initially. My loved ones have settled into eating in the dining room. My loved one has given up cooking, except on a rare occasion and this is impressive to the family. There is a kitchen in the apartment if wanted.
