I have been at Delmar Garden South for 10 1/2 years. Best thing I could have done. The staff which are very caring and helpful, is the best. We are will cared for and understanding. Staff is what make places like this great.

My mother in law moved in to the Garden Viilas one bedroom apartment several months ago. The facility is beautiful and clean! The employees from the front desk to housekeeping to the wait staff have been so welcoming and kind. The maintenance team is very responsive and were able to set up her washer/dryer and install a TV mount as well as a ceiling fan in the bedroom. All for no extra charge! The food is actually very good and can be delivered to your room if you prefer! Again, at no extra charge like other places! Couldn’t be happier to have found this place

This place is wonderful. The entire staff knows your LO's name when they move in. Everyone stepped up to really take care of my mom during her stay here. The nursing staff and aides are top notch and so friendly. The food was also exceptional. I will recommend this place anytime!

Chesterfield Villas made every step of the process "easy" and beyond "accommodating". Everyone is smiling, friendly and helpful! It's like being on a cruise ship. The décor is bright, cheery, big windows very clean. I found the "perfect" place for mom.
