the only reason I would mark activities low is because they seem to have a hard time keeping activities directors. But, they do a great job when they are there. 8. 3 I also marked this lower because my mother-in-law is pretty independent and they do not need to do too much for her but when they do, they do a great job.

I toured the Woodhaven location first. It is a very nice facility. I asked A LOT of tough questions and the man who gave me the tour was stunned but had an answer for all of them. He said he was surprised since they are questions no one seems to ask. Room size was average. Staff to resident ratio was good. Meals shown per week was amazing with a huge variety and back up in case you don't like the planned meal. Price was good also

They seem to be well staffed and in my mother's case check on her about every 2 hours, the food is good and they keep the place very clean her room is big enough to put a bed, recliner, and wheelchair and still walk around with walker and they do check the fridge in case there's expired food that needs to be thrown out.

Since I am in Sweden, it is difficult for me to give very detailed firsthand feedback, as I receive most of my information secondhand from my brothers and sisters. Based on what they have shared with me, however, I would give a 5 across the board. It sounds like it was a great facility with a great staff, and we were very happy with the overall experience.

The whole experience and getting my dad comfortable in his new apartment has been outstanding with all the staff at Hampton Manor of Woodhaven. I would definitely recommend it.

The staff is just as friendly as can be. My Mom feels very safe and secure there.

We would give them a five. They're very friendly over there and very attentive. Honestly, we couldn't be happier. We definitely recommend them. My wife's elderly parents are still alive, and if they need assisted living, that is where they will be heading. On a side note, the Hampton Manor is very clean. We're impressed every time we step in there. I know I sound like a commercial for them, but we are thrilled my dad is there.

The patient nurses and employees are very good ,they treat your loved ones very good!

My mother stayed at Hampton Manor for respite care while I was on vacation. I can't say enough great things about the care and attentiveness of all the staff! This was the best experience yet for my mother! She was so happy and busy with all the activities.

My mother is very happy there. She says all the people are very nice. The size of the room is sufficient. The place is well kept and clean. I have no complaints. I would give it a five out of five.

Moving my parents into Hampton Manor of Woodhaven was the best decision we ever made. The staff truly care about the residents and treat them like family. The building is always clean, warm, and welcoming, and my parents have settled in so well. They’re happy, comfortable, and well cared for — and that gives our whole family peace of mind. I’m so thankful for everyone there who makes this place feel like home.

5. My mother-in-law didn't want to be there when we decided that's where she should be with her situation. She is now happy to be there.

They have an amazing staff, we have been very happy there. The doctor is unbelievable and takes time with each patient. We could not be happier. [name removed], the nurse there is basically On Call 24/7 and we're so grateful for her.

They have a lot of great activities for the residents. Great theater. The lpn on staff is excellent, I believe her name is [name removed] . The rest of the nursing staff is great. They always update me, when I'm there, regarding any issue regarding my mother. Director [name removed] is always available for questions or concerns. The dining room staff are wonderful and help my mom sit with familiar faces. Everyone there knows her name. Housekeeping does an excellent job keeping her room clean. My mom is on a patio room which is nice for her to sit outside when it's nice out. Overall very satisfied.

Everything is a 5 except the food. Not great. The staff is fantastic, they go above and beyond. The activities are great so much to do and fun. It's immaculate. The staff is professional and sweet and treat their residents like family. This community it a step above the rest. Not dark, and somber, it light, and lively. It's Immaculate.

So far my dealings with Hampton Manor Punta Gorda have been great. They've been very helpful. They're clean. They take care of my mother. The food that I have tasted, it has been very good and my mother seems very happy with it and the room size is adequate. There's no problem with space.

My in laws love the Hampton Manor. They've been there since June & they are very happy & comfortable there! It is kept clean, organized & the staff is helpful & caring. We definitely recommend the facility to anyone looking to transition there.

My dad enjoyed the delicious meals, and that family was able to join him. The room was like a little apartment. He met very nice people there.

I have recommended this place to many friends for their parents. 5 on all 7 categories. The pool was a draw although it's not used very much by the residents, but water is available to flush during hurricanes. The staff is always smiling & kind, and I am a retired RN so I take note. My mom says they give her too much food, but that's better than not enough. She calls it "home".
