Hampton Manor is a beautiful facility and the staff know us all by name and have really bent over backwards for us to make sure we are always informed with what is going on and that is very impressive. Most of the aids are fantastic, we have only encountered a few who did not seemed to thrilled to be there but overall they are so friendly. The chef is outstanding and super friendly, and even with the activities being limited they have done a great job getting the residents and our loved one involved.

hampton manor is a brand new facility that is both beautiful and clean. the staff were good, friendly and nice. i did have a concern regarding the staff to resident ratio, as they seemed to be out numbered. there were times when the residents were unsupervised. the activities did lack engagement as the staff were typically behind a desk instead of interacting with the residents. after spending some time observing, it seems that the tv was the main occupier. overall, this was a good community and i would send my mom back here. i would recommend to others as it did meet my loved ones needs.

Hampton Manor has beautiful and welcoming common areas, I love my spacious apartment with courtyard access and a private patio. The staff is very friendly and caregiving is excellent!

So pleased with Hapmton Manor ALF made the right choice for my father.

We were very impressed with Hampton Manor. This was actually our first choice but it was not open yet and we needed to get my step mom moved right away. The staff were fantastic and so personable, they asked a lot of questions and really wanted to get to know her and her needs.

I had my mom move and we love it there. Staff is super friendly and they know how to take care of their residents. Love the food

The tour was excellent but I was not overly impressed, the facility itself is older.

Brighton Manor has been awesome, we have no complaints at all. They are taking great care of her and we could not be more pleased with our experience. We would highly recommend this facility to others looking.

Hampton Manor is a GREAT facility. All of the staff members and residents are so friendly. She has adjusted wonderfully and is actually participating in the activities that they offer and schedules her days around them. She is so happy here and we could not be happier with our choice and would highly recommend them.

We chose Brighton Manor because of the convenient location and it is a newer facility. The room sizes here are sufficient for what she needs. The staff is very nice and truly care about the residents. The facility itself is very clean and there are a lot of activities provided for residents. I would tell others to make sure to communicate with them, we moved my mom in there was some confusion due to the covid rules. I would highly recommend to others.

Was so happy once Hampton manor of Cape Coral opened. Cape Coral needed a refreshed assisted living and memory care. This place is a dream for our seniors, from restaurant style 5 star dining to every amenity you could wish for. After touring it, I will be moving my mom in within the next few months.

We chose Hampton Manor of Dundee because it was a newer facility, the location was great, and I was impressed with the director. They offer different sizes of rooms based on what you need. The staff members are really friendly and caring towards the residents and I would recommend them to others looking.

I was surprised by the last review, we have had such a wonderful experience with Brighton Manor. They not only have one but two nurses. Staff turned over has been up and down but with current unemployment benefits we understand the challenge these guys are going through to keep folks there. Proud to have mom there!

My Mom and I stopped by a few days ago and it is beautiful. The rooms are huge and the staff that greeted us answered all of our questions. My Mom really liked it - I think she might move in when they officially open.

My mom and dad moved in about 2 months ago and I am so amazed at how smoothly everything has gone. My dad has been moms primary caretaker so he prefers things done a certain way. He complimented the caregivers on how well they care for mom and treat her with the upmost respect and dignity. It's such a blessing to know that they are both happy and well cared for. Dad always has a story or a joke to tell and the managers are always there to listen and joke back. My parents have found their happy place.

Brand new facility with all the bells and whistles.... Beautiful interior, many rooms have courtyard views that add to the homelike atmosphere. This will definitely be a "GREAT" place for Mom when they open.

I toured last week! Such a beautiful building! Its brand new and the Administrator [name removed] is informed and friendly! Highly suggest this place!!
