Build Senior Living

I feel my loved one is very safe there. People know his name and greet him. They're very caring with him. They're trying to make things so that he's happy. I like that the fee is the same for everybody, so as his memory gets worse, the cost won't keep increasing. The inside of the facility is really nice - and much improved with the new administrators, although the outdoor areas and landscaping could use some work. (I understand that when times are tough, that's probably the last thing on people's minds). The only thing negative I have to say is that it bothers my loved one seeing people in the dining room who have to be fed. It makes him feel more like he's in a nursing home rather than assisted living. He's not a fan of the food either, although part of that is on him since he won't ask for substitutions that are available.

The Commerce Court Community is just beautiful it is very pretty on the inside. The staff are quite nice and they do regular check ups on the residents. We like that they take their vitals everything and help make recommendation's. However they could use a better cook for the meals and a beautician that is actually able to do black women's hair. We would recommend the community to other families

What a Beautiful community!! The music, the smiles, and love that you feel here is one of a kind!! I have been around the community at Hampton Manor and they are still new and developing. They are all hard at work.The management team and clinical team truly care about providing the best for their residents. It is one of the best places around the area and I highly recommend sending your loved one to their Assisted Living Facility.

Good community, not the right fit for my loved one.

Its clean, management is friendly, very willing to help. The staff does a good job. There are a lot of freedoms, residents are walking around the building. There are warm weather activities when weather allows. The meals are great but the portions seem to be small.

My mom likes it here. It's really nice. The facility is great. I think some of the staff could be a little bit more trained. But overall they're doing a pretty good job. And I would recommend them.

Friendly, caring staff, clean beautiful living area

I like that the smaller community is like a family. Everyone knows my dad and looks out for him. I love the rooms and the accessible bathroom. Just beautiful!

Our family had an in person tour and at the time The Hampton Manor was brand new, and they were just starting to rent our the apartments. There were only a couple of residents living there at the time, and we would of felt more comfortable if the community had some time to open up with more people. It was to soon to tell if it was going to be a good place or not, or even when the activities would start up.

I would recommend the community to others for their loved ones. They are a brand new community, and still working things out. The food is good and they have gone through a few chefs. The quality of the food is good as well.

Communication between the staff and the families could be better. The response time between calls could be shorter. I would recommend this community to others

I don't think they are open just yet but I did tour during the open house week. WoW is all I can say. What an awesome place and who wouldn't want to live there. The details are unbelievable. I will definitely revisit to show my Mom.

The facility is very clean and the meals are great! I do think staff need to make sure the residents who need help are clean and presentable.

Room was nice .They provided bed, dresser and nightstand. Community fee was waived. Personal was nice and friendly. Most of the personal are very nice and try to do their best but facility seems to be continually short handed. Showers are not given as scheduled, meals are cold.

My mom was supposed to be on a salt free diet, the facility did not cater to hers or any client that has special dietary needs. Medications were dropped off which she seldom took unless someone was there to have her take it. Mom was admitted to an assisted living facility there was very little assistance given. In total her care was very poor considering the cost. I believe that she would have lived longer had the care been better. It was a very nice looking facility, but more for independent people.

I also visited Hampton Manor, which is a smaller facility, in a good location. It's very nice, and the price was within our budget, and even at the lower end, but they don't allow motorized wheelchairs or scooters, and the other places do. My mother-in-law is pretty much wheelchair-bound, so that was important to her. Hampton Manor is also fairly new, and didn't have the licensing I was looking for. They are also less welcoming to visitors (at least in my opinion), They do have a pool, which may be important for some people.

Facility is great. Clean, open, minimal residents at this time. However, there is very little staff and you will have a hard time reaching anyone by phone to check in on our loved ones and will stand at the door for at least 10 minutes to be let in each time.

There seems to be a changing of the staff members and that concerns me some. Although the everyday staff that I have had contact with have been very friendly and helpful. Overall the experience has been pretty good for us.

This was not the right fit for my loved one.

The place looks nice, but they don't know how to take care of someone unless they're quiet little old lady. They baker acted mom twice. Both times I paid the monthly fee even though she wasn't at the facility that month but in the end, they wouldn't give me a break and charged me till the 11th even though we were out on the first they also sent me someone else's health records by accident, which I would think violates HIPAA regulations.
