As a retired nurse we know how to evaluate facilities and this was the first one we had looked into and we truly think it is 5 stars. It is professional, it is run very well and we are very pleased our loved one is able to afford to live here - she is very well taken care of. We have already recommended this community to others and we will continue to do so. We also like that it has a pool.

I toured Brighton Manor Assisted Living and Memory care, it was lovely. If we couldn't get my mom in [community name removed], then she would have been here. We chose another community because Brighton Manor was too far and a bit too big.

Hampton Manor of Dundee has been excellent. The building is brand new, so it is beautiful and beyond clean. The people are beyond friendly. The staff are very, very helpful. They're very courteous and kind. They are sufficiently staffed, which means there's always somebody there to help, and they're not so overwhelmed that they can't get to your parent when they need to. I feel very at ease with my mom being there, knowing that she's getting good care. When I leave her, I feel good that she's in good hands. And Mom is thriving there. She's doing so much better than when she first went into the facility. She feels safe there, she's eating a lot better than she was, and she's on a schedule. They've done a really good job keeping up a schedule for her. She says sometimes the food is good, sometimes not. I see that they have a good calendar of activities - I just wish she would participate a little bit more. The cost seems in line with other places in the area. Overall we're very pleased, and Mom is doing great.

I really liked the community, the community was not able to provide the care when we toured them initially.

Hampton Manor is a newer facility so everything is very nice and clean, and what stood out to us right away was the friendliness of the staff they have been great. It is outrageously expensive but with everything they are getting and all the care they are receiving it is worth it. Based on the experience we have had so far with this community we would recommend them to other families.

Our family is very happy so far, it is really working out well. She is doing a lot of activities - she is loving the daily exercise classes, she has started playing bingo. The residents can also help the staff bake cookies and decorate them. She is doing some arts and crafts, playing pool in their game room and watching movies a few times a week in their movie theater. Based on the experience so far we would absolutely recommend them to other families

The staff members personally reach out to our family and to our loved one to make sure they are getting the best care. They are trying their best with the activities they are certainly attempting given the circumstances with covid. Based on the experience we have had so far with Hampton Manor we would recommend them to other families.

This was a nice community. It felt a little more upscale than we need for our loved one.

Our family had an in person tour and Commerce Comfort Care was absolutely gorgeous we loved it, but it was just a little to far away for the family. We would give it 10 stars if we could

Our tour with Hampton Manor went great, we just felt that my loved one needed more care than they were able to provide here.

Hampton Manor is a beautiful facility and the staff know us all by name and have really bent over backwards for us to make sure we are always informed with what is going on and that is very impressive. Most of the aids are fantastic, we have only encountered a few who did not seemed to thrilled to be there but overall they are so friendly. The chef is outstanding and super friendly, and even with the activities being limited they have done a great job getting the residents and our loved one involved.

hampton manor is a brand new facility that is both beautiful and clean. the staff were good, friendly and nice. i did have a concern regarding the staff to resident ratio, as they seemed to be out numbered. there were times when the residents were unsupervised. the activities did lack engagement as the staff were typically behind a desk instead of interacting with the residents. after spending some time observing, it seems that the tv was the main occupier. overall, this was a good community and i would send my mom back here. i would recommend to others as it did meet my loved ones needs.

Hampton Manor has beautiful and welcoming common areas, I love my spacious apartment with courtyard access and a private patio. The staff is very friendly and caregiving is excellent!

So pleased with Hapmton Manor ALF made the right choice for my father.

Keeps getting better every day. Many activities, new day trips and the staff is wonderful.

The tour was excellent but I was not overly impressed, the facility itself is older.
