Toured a few local facilities and was disappointed. Then I found Hampton Manor and fell in love. My grandmother since living at this facility has not had one complaint. She LOVES the food and all of the care workers. So happy I found her this place Thank You Hampton Manor

We visited the building and was so impressed with the building itself. Very clean and modern but very homely. We arrived during a meal and everyone was in the dining room and it smelled really good.

The people are friendly, respond, questions, the only bad thing is they seem to have kind of a high turnover rate with their staff. It was close to be able to visit my mom, and they were able to provide for all her needs.

I think it's a beautiful facility. Everyone we encountered was more than helpful. A special shout out to [name removed], an administrator. Although, it's short coming was staff availability. They were definitely understaffed during mom's time there. With adequate staff, I would absolutely recommend them to anyone.

Great Community, providing the best care to residents in the town, feeling blessed to have this community near me and my parents are already enjoying the environment here. Love it!! Recommended to everyone.

We picked this community, because they had a private outdoor space right outside of my loved ones apartment. I would recommend it. The staff was very friendly and helpful. The facility was bright and clean.

I would recommend Commerce Comfort Care to anyone who asked. We picked this community, because it new and the facilities were nice. Staff was helpful and welcoming. They agreed they could provide what my mother needed. And it was available immediately.

Hampton Manor of Cape Coral is new and clean. The staff is very friendly and helpful. The meals are all made from scratch and very good. Communication with the family could be improved, but it's not bad. My sister is a resident there and she loves it. They take good care of the residents. I would recommend this facility to others.

I love Brighton Comfort Care because of the cleanliness of the facility and the friendly attitude of the care staff. The staff took great care of my mom while she was there, especially the Nurse [name removed], he was so caring and attended to our every concerns.

The vibe at Hampton Manor as well as the appearance and cost seemed best out of the places we looked. The care is mostly good, with one or two individuals being satisfactory. The food is mostly good as well, but occasional dining option changes from what is initially advertised to the residents. I would highly recommend Hampton Manor of Cape Coral.

The frequent live music stands out, the varied activities keeps all engaged. The staff are nearly all competent, friendly and caring. The residents are treated as family. Housekeeping is constantly at work maintaining a clean and safe environment. I would and have recommended Hampton Manor to any who are considering memory care for a loved one. I am so grateful that we were able to get my wife into Hampton Manor.

The building is beautiful, warm, and homey. The staff were all very pleasant and welcoming. The food looked delicious. It was clear the residents are well cared for. I highly recommend this facility for your loved one.

I would rate each category other than #4 a 5 rating. Reason... Not enough aid assistance to take care of the residents in memory care (Those that are there do a good job in my opinion). I would tell others to build a rapport with the staff and visit your loved one on a regular basis. Visit at various times to gauge the level of care available.

What a beautiful facility and great staff and management team! It's clear how much they care about the residents! It's clean and well kept and the staff are very friendly. The food looks delicious as well.

This place is not only gorgeous but the staff have been wonderful and patient with my Mom. The nursing staff is always available for questions and we really appreciate all his knowledge. Management has been great too.

It was a brand-new facility, so they did not have that many people there yet. It looked really good. They had high ceilings but in the memory care part, the ceilings were lower, and the space was much smaller. The price was much more expensive.

The staff has been very accomodating. I am very pleased with my loved ones care, and they are constantly checking on them. They provide a lot of activities. I am getting alot more for my money, and they offer a lot of services that my loved one is not utilizing yet.
