What we like the most about Mayfair Village is, staff retention and that the team looks for various options to meet each residents specific needs. Yes, we would recommend this community to other families based on the experience we have had so far.

My daughter went through and spoke with and toured with Garden Plaza person and suggested it was something I could be interested in. I came down and went through the same tour, found the place well cared for and felt the apartments were quite sufficient for my needs. Also my daughter is 15 minutes away which works for both of us. I am quite satisfied with the move. Would recommend.

Someone checking out the Point Frontier in Cheyenne will find that they work with you to facilitate the stay...:there are two Apartments at the Senior living facility used for respite...it just depends if both are already in use, or spoken for. In Cheyenne, they make a way...price has had to go up as everything else has...but they always welcome [name removed] with open arms! He really liked this facility.

This place is Tops!! I would give a 5 although I have not needed care though good so far!! The room sizes are excellent!

My 93-year old aunt moved into the Bridge at Cherry hill in [date removed] after the sudden loss of her 70 year partner. We could not be happier. She is finally truly settled, happy she made the move from CT to RI and very happy to be in such a caring and supportive environment. We could not have asked for a better place. I would mark 10+ for all of the categories. We have not had 1 bad encounter... sales, office, admin, health- including mental health, religious needs, social, etc etc etc. Everyone has been sooo supportive and caring. The food options are plentiful. Response from the staff is amazingly quick.

I think Remington is a very caring place. I feel they do their best. When my mom was there they were short staffed and yet if I had a concern about my mom all I had to do is mention it and it was fixed. If I had another loved one that needed assistance I would go to Remington first. Also my mom lived to be almost 102, so Remington being so kind was so appreciated.

I had already heard good things about Garden Plaza from a friend whose mother lived there and the process has been very smooth getting my loved one settled there. The ambassador program really helped her get acclimated and feel welcomed and she can be social or alone and both are fine. The housekeeping services are amazing and no complaints about the food. We are both very happy with our decision to move to Garden Plaza.

5 for each. My friend really enjoyed her stay there and I was very confident she was safe and being cared for. The staff treated her with lots of love and care. The facility is like living in a nice hotel, clean, and the grounds are kept manicured. They have a lot of social event. She had a spacious rm. It's a really nice facility. Would definitely recommend it to others.

The Bridge at Charleston gets a 5 for each category, everything about this facility has been great. The staff is very attentive and caring.

Very friendly and lots of activities that are designed for the residents participation. Family members are often involved.

We've used the facility at Point Frontier in Cheyenne 3 times for respite while I took a break from full time caregiving. Price has gone up now at Point Frontier. My husband's Parkinson's is pretty far advanced, & I've enjoyed the breaks...knowing he's being cared for, and is safe. The office manager is a lifesaver and really works with you when she's able to!

They are taking excellent care of him, but when it comes to activities they need something that the impaired hearing and impaired sight can do. Based on the experience we have had, we would recommend this community to others.

I would rate Garden Plaza Independent Living 5 stars across the board. Mom has had a good experience with all the staff and has participated in a variety of activities. Overall it's a good value for the level of service provided. I have also been there many times and every interaction has been nice, pleasant and professional

This facility was a breath of fresh air. Clean, friendly staff. The front desk personnel were extremely kind and helpful. The nurses were very kind as well. Having the added service of being transported to Doctors appointments was also a big plus. I felt that my mother was in good hands while she resided at Harbor Place.

A very positive experience. She is happy there and getting all her needs met.

We chose Harbor Place at Port St. Lucie because of the resort style atmosphere. My Mother is very happy there with no complaints. It is what you make of it.

My mother-in-law is very content at The Abbewood. She thinks the staff is very nice and they take care of her needs. The fact that there is a salon to get her hair done , makes her very happy , because it's been a long time since she's gotten her weekly do. In the evening she has said she gets a bit lonely and bored because most people go to their rooms , and there is rarely anyone to interact with. She has made new friends and does participate in some of the Daily/weekly activities. Honestly if I could afford it I wouldn't mind living there!

Do it. It is the best decision we could have made for my mom. It's a real community where the residents care about each other.

I would say: The staff, from the management, to the desk, to the maintenance is wonderful and friendly and helpful. The head nurse is a treasure! I would also say it is expensive but about the same as comparable communities.
