The meals they are working on. Staff is fantastic. The facility is safe and clean. The move in process went wonderful. We used the Moving Seniors. They were great. I would definitely recommend the facility.

Very friendly people and anxious to know you. Good atmosphere. Staff is friendly and helpful. Certain ones more than others, but society is like that too. Be friendly and usually everyone is receptive to it. I am satisfied with the status quo and no real problems.

Very Happy with our choice with The Bridge at Ocala. Very happy with everything. Great people, attentive care, and according to my father--good food, too.

I like the location and the price is less than other places I visited. The facility is kept up nicely and is rather quiet. They have regular activities. The care director stays on top of getting them to Dr appointments and making sure they have everything they need. Everything has been great so far. Care services has gone above and beyond to accommodate his needs.

All the staff was extremely pleasant and helpful. The building is very clean and inviting. We were in touch with the staff every step of the way, making the whole experience top notch. The variety of food is plentiful and there were options available for super picky eaters. I would recommend this place to anyone looking for a place to stay for a loved one. Knowing mom or dad has a beautiful clean place to live where they are well cared for is a peace of mind that is immeasurable.

Primary reason we chose Mayfair Village was the price; Mom got a furnished 1 bedroom w/ kitchenette for half the price of the previous location she was staying with no kitchenette and not as nice furniture...need to note that the staff is really great and responsive to concerns also. It has been a load off of my mind knowing she is in good hands...

What our family likes the most about the Garden Plaza of Aurora is the friendliness of the staff members, the overall cleanliness of the community as well as the affordability. Based on the experience we have had so far, we would definitely recommend this community to other families.

I have to give all the categories that are listed a 5. I have been there for a little while now and I am well impressed with all that I have encountered. So glad to be here. Based on my experience so far, we I would by all means recommend The Bridge at Paradise Valley to other families.

My loved one is a resident at The Garden Plaza at Cleveland and he loves it there. Very impressive place and staff. I would and have recommended it to others.

There is always room for improvement in all of our lives but you all do a great job. We have been very pleased with all of these categories and appreciate the care you and your staff have given to my mom.

THE BEST PLACE EVER... awesome! 5 on all!!! They gave [name removed] so accommodating and bend over backwards to help in every way. Honestly, I couldn't be happier... my aunt is thrilled to be there. My sister and I are just waiting for our time to move into the bridge!

The staff are very friendly and make the residents feel valued and important. The food needs more variety and better quality ingredients.

The friendliness of the staff as well as the residence really sticks out to me. I feel safe here. I am in a 2 bedroom & w baths. If you don't have a lot of stuff then the smaller ones will work. The amenities are great. The food is good. If you don't like what they are having you can order off the menus. There was 1 draw back and that is their tv system. It is outdated. I did talk to the head person about it and he said he would look into it. He did and we are changing the current system. I am very please about that. I am enjoying my new way of life here

The staff at The Bridge is amazing. Very caring and attentive. Super friendly. We get updates from the facility anytime they have something going on, like a family dinner, maintenance items, etc. Housekeeping does a good job and keeps the apartment clean weekly. We had no issues during move in. My mom says the food is usually pretty good. Says she has only had a couple meals that were not good. Portions are small, so that has been something that she has had to get used to. Recreation seems good, although they do seem to play the same games all the time. Some variety might be nice. How about some easy crafts? I absolutely would 100% recommend The Bridge to others.

The Garden Plaza at Cleveland community is lovely with everything you could want in the apartments. It is a beautiful building with great seating areas throughout the community.

The staff at Inn at Garden Plaza are professional and personable. The housekeeping is reliable and friendly. Limited to 30 minutes per weekly visit, but that is enough to vacuum, dust, mop, clean the bathrooms and change the sheets and towels. Communication is very good. This is a good value for money and the place says full. There are several units moving in at a time. We had to wait about 10 days for private internet hookup. Meals are right size portions, varied, good quality and delicious!

The staff at Garden Plaza at Inverrary are wonderful! They are caring, friendly and helpful! My mother was blind and needed assistance to go anywhere, dress, eat, etc. She always commented on how wonderful the staff was! Housekeeping is okay. You are not at a five star hotel, so all of the corners are not cleaned every week, but the weekly cleaning is adequate. Communication with the family members from the medical staff is excellent! Communication with other departments, such as housekeeping, culinary, etc can be improved. The move in process is very simple. You have an empty space to fill as you want. There are separate elevators for the movers and they can also recommend some companies that they have had good experiences with. We used one of the recommended companies for the move and were very pleased with their services. The meals are adequate. The menu is fairly extensive and you can get as much as you want. The dining room staff are very friendly and will assist with eating, as required. I would definitely recommend Garden Plaza at Inverrary to others and already have to some of my mother's friends.

This is the best place for your loved ones. There is a wide variety of things to do and lots of friendly residents and staff. Apartment sizes are great! They have one and two bedrooms available. My sister is in a two bedroom with a washer and dryer. I think that all of the apartments have washers and dryers in the units.

It is a peaceful,beautiful, and comfortable community. I would recommend to others.
